Das Hotel Cusani liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Mailänder Dom,Theater La Scala und Shopping Area.Zu Fuss nicht mehr,als 10 minuten.Leider liegt er auch an einer ziemlich lauter Kreuzung.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, nur einige Gehminuten vom Mailänder Dom und den Restaurants entfernt. Das Hotel befindet sich an einer sehr laut befahrenen Strasse, jedoch hört man bei geschlossenen Fenstern absolut nichts. Das Personal war z.T. sehr freundlich. Im Grossen und Ganzen ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

I stayed here at the end of December 2011. I found the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet included was adequate, although I didn't find any better included breakfasts at any of the hotels I stayed in. The location was great for walking around to see the sights and go shopping or eat. I found the room clean and quiet. Note about airport: I did make a mistake and came into the wrong airport and ended up with a $150 euro taxi ride, so wanted to make note of that for other travelers to make sure where you arrive is the closer airport. Great little boutique hotel in Milan near to the Castle They took good care of helping me with everythin I needed.

The hotel is in a great location. The breakfast was okay, but on the last day we never did get our tea and coffee, which to me is inexcusable. The staff was not warm and friendly on arrival, but in the end were very helpful. The bar was rather cold in feel, though the bartender was the most charming staff person we met. I had walked by the Una Hotel Cusani on a previous visit to Milan and made a note that I should try it. It's perfectly situated for a visitor to milan as it is an easy walk to the either the castle and the park, or the duomo, or the Brera district with all of it's restaurants. It is also steps away from the metro red-line, and a short walk to the green-line. […] It is also a walkable distance from the Cadorna station (Malpensa express train from the airport). The hotel itself is a bit dated but still stylish and well maintained. The staff was courteous and professional and handled all of our requests. Overall stay here was great and I'll definitely stay again next time in Milan. Mehr

This is a hotel I will definitely stay again. The staffs went their way to help me in various issues, e.g., printing boarding pass. The location is perfect, close to all major attractions. The room was clean and staffs were very friendly and helpful.

This was a terrible hotel. The room was incredibly small, they made a point of charging for every normal amenity, the surrounding neighborhood is completely dead. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great Location, Good service, Good breakfast. The only problem is the room service surcharge. Highly recommended.

I spent 3 nights at Hotel UNA Cusani and it was perfect. The room was spacious and with lots of natural light. The only complaint would be the pillows which were quite hard. Breakfast was good and with timing from 7am to 10.30am gave you plenty of time even if you wanted to sleep in. The reception team was very helpful at all times and swift in catering […] to any request. Overall a very enjoyable stay and I would go again. Mehr

The hotel was quite fine and the staff too. It is also in a great location. The only thing I didn't think was top notch was the TV and the stations they carry. The TV was a 13 inch tube type and they only had 2 english speaking channels. The AC worked very well, which sometimes isn't the case in Europe.

This hotel is in a great location for sightseeing and restaurants, the staff are very friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. BUT the room was very small, the ac did not work well and it was hot. Given that the price was high I would not recommend it. there are other bettter alternatives in Milan.

Th s hotel has great location to Metro, Dumo, shopping and other attractions. It is a business hotel, it seems but I was very comfortable there. I would recommend it anyone travelling to or through Milan.

There were so many benefits to staying at this hotel, so I wish I recommend it. However, the street noise was so loud we barely slept the 3 nights we were there. We blamed the first night on adjusting to the time change, but the street noise was so loud it woke us up each night (and kept us up). The cable car, motorcycles, ambulances, cars, people walking […] on the street, could all be heard like they were in the room. If you are willing to sleep with ear plugs, or taking a sleeping pill, then I would stay here. The staff was so courteous, and it was so centrally located. Not being able to sleep really killed the deal though. Mehr

Milan is a tricky city for hotels - all the big name 4* brands are in less convenient locations. This is a smaller 4* hotel, but the rooms are calming and really comfortable, and the location is perfect - just 3 mins walk from Via Dante and 10 from the Duomo. Also conveniently just 5 mins walk from Cadorna Station which is where the Malpensa Express […] leaves from. Great choice. Mehr

The hotel was in the perfect central location but still very quiet and comfortable. It is also right next to the metro stop which made it easy to get around the city quickly. I was most impressed by their attentive service and wonderful local recommendations.

The location of the hotel is a major plus. It's so close to the Via Dante with its cafes ,to the Galleria,Cathedral and Castle. Very short walk to Metro/tram. Hotel staff were welcoming and our room (superior) was spacious with a lovely bathroom. Our only complaint was the bed which was very uncomfortable.The mattress must have been old as there was […] a real dip in the middle! Breakfast was good with lovely fresh fruit. The hotel is well located, close to the Castle, the Zani Viaggi tour operators and Open-Top Bus stop. It is also a nice walk to the Duomo cathedral along a pedestrianised street that has a few cafes and some nice shops. The Hotel itself was quite nice. The check-in staff were friendly and the breakfast staff were very quick to come up and take coffee […] orders. The room had great air-conditioning which was very helpful in August. There was a speaker in the bathroom ceiling so that you could hear the TV whilst in the bathroom. The TV channels were mostly European except for CNN and a Sky movie channel showing movies in english which was great. Everthing looked clean, but there were a few clear plastic wrappers from the soap on the bathroom floor when I arrived and the cleaners didnt notice them the following day when they came through either which I found very strange. Apart from this, I was quite happy with the Hotel and would stay there again. Mehr

Good location (5-10 minute walk to the duomo), extremely clean rooms, comfy beds, great (free) breakfast buffet with fruit, warm foods, baked goods, etc. We will definitely stay here again. However, concierge could have been much more helpful when we were planning activities.

The hotel is modern and in a very good location right next to the castle and a short walk to other sights and nice food areas. The hotel was clean and first impressions were good. The bins weren't cleaned for the days we were there (3 nights) which was strange since they were full to the top but generally the rooms were well kept. Breakfast was nice, […] buffet with a good selection of food and drinks. One bad note was the parking. We stayed and parked in Pisa, Rome and Florence and paid about 15 euro per night for hotel parking so were expecting similar in Milan. When we checked out we got the parking bill of 96 euros. That was 32 euros per night, which is pretty ridiculous pricing, particular for guests of the hotel who are paying a lot of the rooms to start with. Mehr

The UNA Cusani is situated bang in the heart of Milan - whether you want to shop or walk to the Duomo, visit Armani or catch up at Porta Ticinese, this hotel has an ideal location. With the Cairoli tube station just outside the hotel, one can plan one's travel with stops at the hotel whenever required. Just one thing - wish the staff understood a bit […] more English. Hotellet har veldig bra beliggenhet. Gangavstand til severdigeheter, butikker og restauranter. 10 min å gå til togstasjon med direkte tog til flyplassen. Veldig hyggelig service.

Perfect Location inside Milano City - 1mins walk from Cairoli Metro - 5-10mins walk to Cadorna for Malensa Express - 10-15mins walk to Duomo, all the way is shopping area & restaurant Nice & Tidy Room with Excellent & Helpful staff !! Will stay again in next visit !!

Flott hotell med meget sentral beliggenhet i Milano. Kan anbefales på det sterkeste. Eneste som kan forbedres er sengene!!

Det tidligere SAS hotellet i Milano trenger en renovasjon. De høye vinduene på rommene får man ikke tettet til, og da er trafikkstøyen ganske så hørbar! Røropplegget er også dårlig. Skrikende lyder og brunt vann før vannet har rent en stund. Internettopplegget var meget dårlig. Ingen wireless tilgang og betaling for et tregt system i resepsjonsområdet. […] Uff! Mulighetenes hotell! Flott beliggenhet, men altfor dyrt pr d.d. Mehr

Hotellet ligger mycket bra i Milano. Nära Malpensa Express och precis vid Dantegatans borjan. Nära till La Scala, restauranger m m. Mycket fräscht och bra hotellrum och bra frukost (som ingår). Lite mindre hotell vilket innebär lite mindre lobby, bar som bemannas av reception m m men det tyckte vi bara var bra eftersom det blev lugnare. Enda negativa […] var mycket trafik och språvagnar på gatan utanför. Mehr

Veldig sentralt, få minutters gange til Duomo og sentrale handlestrøk. Endestasjonen for Malpenza ekspress, flytoget kort gangavstand eller et stasjon med Mettro. Veldig beleilig, noe vi ikke var obs før etter vi ankpom hotellet. Hotelelt kan absolutt anbefales. Flott frokostbuffet inkludert

Отель UNA Cusani прекрасно расположен в Милане. Это, пожалуй, главное, но не единственное его достоинство. В пешеходной досягаемости от него: в одну сторону - Дуомо, в другую - замок Сфорцезско, в третью - квартал моды, а в четвертую - район без туристов, где местные вечером целуются при входе с официанткой, едят Пармскую ветчину с дыней и разговаривают […] руками. Все службы отеля в пределах нормы, без особой роскоши, но пристойно. Если приедем следующий раз на шопинг, думаю другой отель искать не будем. Mehr

Custo x benefício muito bom; bem localizado, funcionários atenciosos, quartos confortáveis, limpos e silencosos. Metrô na porta, proximidade do centro histórico e do que há de melhor no comercio da cidade (Galeria V. Emanuele II, Corso Venezia, Corso Buenos Aires).

ドゥオーモまで、徒歩可能圏内。メトロの駅の目の前の立地で便利。部屋は防音効果が高く、部屋の扉は防音加工がなされていて、窓も二重になっているので、外の喧騒も気にならなかった。Ｃ/Ｉ時に対応してくれたスタッフはフレンドリーで、日本語で挨拶をしてくれた。 残念だったのは、空港までのリムジンサービスと忘れ物への対応。リムジンサービスは当初、均一料金（タクシーで普通にいくより割高な価格だった）と聞いていたのに、蓋を開けたら、単にタクシーを呼ぶだけで、そのタクシーも、約束の時間より送れて到着するし、請求された金額も聞いていた価格より高かった。また、忘れ物をした旨、メールを送ったが何も回答がないことも残念だった。 サービス能力は微妙な点があるが、立地やファシリティ面では利用価値があるホテルだと思う。

Rent, nytt og fint hotell med super service, midt i sentrum med de viktigste handlegatene rett på utsiden av døren og kun 3 min gange til Duomo og Galleria med alle luksusbutikkene. Be om rom i 2.etg eller oppover og gjerne med vindu vendt mot bakgård da gaten på utsiden er veldig trafikkert. Dette hotellet anbefales på det sterkeste! Great and new […] hotel right in the centre of Milan. Good service, clean rooms and the biggest shoppingstreets right outside of the door. 3 min walk to Duomo and Galleria with the luxerystores. Ask for a room on 2nd floor or higher with windows to the backyard cause the streets outside has a lot of traffic. Mehr
