A quick overnight between flights was all I needed. Shuttle service was fast and reliable both directions and breakfast was superb. Most hotels of this type put out some stale bread and dry cereal while this Days Inn went above and beyond with a hot buffet and lots to choose from to boot. I'd stay here again and again.

The hotel is outdated. The staff is not very courteous. The room is very small. The shower water becomes cold all of a sudden, then back to hot, then cold And so on (this happened in our third floor room. I don't know if it's the same in the other floors/rooms). The tile floor in the elevators is broken. Overall, the hotel is showing aging signs very […] badly. The south Asian staff isn't very courteous. The breakfast selection was limited. We stayed the second night in a hotel one exit away for exactly the same price... Big difference in quality Mehr

Rooms are to small for more than one person. Fridge didn't cool and they wouldn't fix it. Breakfast was terrible

Overall the room is ok for the price. The room is located at the 1st floor and it is very noisy...people walking thru the hall way. Probably better to choose the 2nd floor instead.

#1 on my list of hotel needs is the need for the rm to be clean. We stayed for 5 days. Rm looked like was from the 70's with outdated everything plus box TV. We had 2 double beds. Beds uncomfortable. No rm for air mattresses or anything.. Barely rm to walk. But was clean, staff was friendly an accommodating, great location near airport and freeway. […] Breakfast limited but had eggs, breads, potatoes, oranges, and grits. Would stay again but only for one or 2 nights...not comfortable enough for 5. Mehr

The hotel was nice, very clean and smelled good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

This was an ok room for the price. Rooms are small. Not a big variety of breakfast choices, but fast & easy check-ins & outs.

The HOtel staff was not able to arrange a taxi for the next morning. The room was very loud, people would walk constantly across the hall way. I will not choose this hotel again!

It was clean and cheap so it worked for what we needed. Breakfast could have had a little more variety but it was ok. They needed more people working in the evening. We needed an extra pillow and could not get one because maid service was already gone for the evening and there was only one person working the whole front desk. Would have slept better […] with one more pillow. We just needed a place to sleep before we flew out the next morning and it was perfect for that. Would stay again if we were in the same situation. This hotel was good because of its location to the airport and the free shuttle was great. Not top ot the line hotel but comfortable.

we stayed in late Jan 2012 on the 3rd floor. This room is in desperate need of remodeling and a new mattress that doesn't sag in the middle. The lobby and breakfast is fine.

The room was clean and nicely furnished! We enjoyed our stay.

It was ok, I was there for one night. I found the people friendly and very helpful. It smelled clean and was clean. I would stash there again.

As soon as my wife and I were on our way up to the room on the third floor there was a group of people hanging around outside on the balcony drinking. Not a good start. The room was pretty old and outdated. Stayed at the Microtel for the same amount of money and was much much nicer. Just felt like I was not in a decent place.

The hotel was clean and quiet. It's located very close to DFW and was a great bargain. The daytime staff is friendly, but the late shift staff was not as helpful. The breakfast was good and much better than a simple continental breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel for an overnight stay while traveling to/from DFW.

room was clean and furnishing were updated. could've used some paint, but i didn't really care about that. needed a place to stay overnight before an early flight. hotel was very convenient with a free shuttle. beds were comfortable and there was a microwave and fridge, which was great. overall a very good deal for the price.

Seriously. Breakfast was cold. Frontdesk service was "annoyed" I have been trying to think of something good to say...nothing.

I appreciated the rate, however my flight came in earlier than expected and I was so tiered from my travel, I came to the hotel and asked to check in early. The receptionist was not warm and then she informed me that it would be a fee to check in early. The place looked so slow, it ticked me off that there was no real hospitality. The beds are small, hard, and close to the floor. Not clean. The only good thing about the hotel is the breakfast buffet and that is is close to Denny's.

OK for the price. Pickup at airport should be better explained as they don't use a Days Inn marked van.

Only thing that I didnt like was the shower as it went from warm to cold water

Upon check-in, I asked the clerk at the front desk about a shuttle to the Cowboys game, which I had confirmed they had back in May and also at the end of July. He rudely informed me that they no longer had the shuttle but the manager would call me in the morning about it. After checking in, I used the restroom in the lobby which I found had a strong […] smell of urine because the urinal was stuffed with paper towels. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the temperature of the shower kept changing from freezing cold to almost too hot. The next morning, the manager never called so we went to the lobby to talk to him. He informed us that he would look into getting us transportation and would call our room in the next 15min. I checked on the lobby restroom to find out it smelled worse (if that's possible) and nobody had cleaned the urinal. We went back to our room and waited for the next hour for the managers phone call. We went back to the lobby and asked to talk to him again but he wouldn't even come out and just told the desk clerk to tell us we were out of luck unless some other private company could do it. The girl at the front desk was very helpful in contacting a private shuttle and informed us that the rate was $40 round trip per person. After returning to the hotel in the shuttle, the driver, who's English wasn't that great, informed us that we each owed another $40 and that the girl who had worked at the front desk, who spoke better English than he did, must have misunderstood. When we told him we only had $45 between the two of us, he said he would take it and it would be okay. When we checked out, the urinal in the lobby restroom still hadn't been cleaned and now it looked like water/urine was running over onto the floor. Overall, the customer service was very poor and the hotel room was average quality. I never plan to stay at this hotel again and woudnt recommend anybody to stay here even if it had the last available room in the Dallas area. Mehr

The motel is very convenient, and the but is: 1) in the day I was there at 9:00 p.m. was 103 degrees, and the walk way to your room is on the outside where the airconditioners vent, it burned my legs to walk past the rooms in order to get to mine. 2) Alone,(no car, I flew in) I did not want to walk anywhere to eat, and not having a car needed to buy […] something to eat from the coin machines that sit outside in 108 degree temps, I didn't think those munchies would be close to eadible. I thought the hotel was nice, however the air conditioning was not working properly, which was ver unfortunate.

Room was old and hotel showed it's age, room smelled of mold, carpet was dirty, towels had stains on them, sheets on couch bed were dirty and had popcorn all over them. Do not recommend staying here

We could not have been more satisfied with our room, nice amenities and reasonable price. Very Nice.

I chose this hotel for convienence because it was cheap and close to the airport. It also met my criteria of having a swimming pool. Over all the room and the pool were small. No complaints though.

no one working the front desk could tell us how to get to the airport to return our rental car..even with maps, it was not an easy task. Had my spouse not driven around the night before, we would have been thoroughly lost.

The Days Inn hotel is very conveniently placed, right off of the freeway & about a 5 minute drive to the airport. Check-in was fast & easy, nice empolyee working the front desk. Also, there's a Denny's around the corner which was a major plus! But that's where the good notations stop... The room itself wasn't what my wife & I expected. We've stayed […] at various other Days Inn hotels & always had a nice room/experience. But this was by far the lowest quality. The elevator stunk HORRIBLY of rotten eggs and garbage, therefore we took the stairs each time after that discovery. The room itself had weird yellow stains on the doors, bathroom tiles, and countertops. The front door is a metal material & faced the sun, so it was burning hot & we had to push the door open with our shoes all day. The a/c made a loud, clunking sound the entire time we had it on & on top of that, only half of the vent worked so it took twice as long to cool the room down. We also had a 'do not disturb' sign on our door but at about 8am, the cleaning service was banging on our door, yelling "room service!" I had to get up & explain to them that we don't check out until noon, & pointed to the 'do not disturb' sign. They were apologetic though, & quickly left. In the end, the employees were very nice & the price was good but with all the bad marks, we won't be staying at this hotel again. Mehr

Nothing bad to say about the hotel. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Used the rooms and pool to host a get together for 20 church members for my daughters graduation. The group was well mannered and the staff did not complain. Everyone had a great time and they cant wait to go back again.

The service sucked,the shuttle sucked the room sucked the food sucked,what more can I say.

I was very pleased with theDays Inn.My only concernwas that my room wasright behind the swimming pool and the noise was disturbing for several hours. Idid notwant to move by the time thenoise began.

Room had everything that you need for overnight stay, but would have been quite crowded with 4 adults. The rooms were too small, infact I can't remember such close quarters in any hotel that I have stayed in the past. Other than that everything was nice.
