Hotel und Service ausgezeichnet. Die Lage am Gendarmenmarkt ist ideal für einen Berlin-Kurztripp, da sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Zusätzlich befindet sich eine U-Bahn Station direkt vor dem Hoteleingang.

Hervorragende Lage, die Zimmer bieten alles, was man für einen Kurztrip braucht. Wer genügend Zeit mitbringt, kann sich im Spabereich verwöhnen lassen...

Hervorragender Service. Zentrale Lage. Gute Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungstouren. Reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Wir haben in einem Deluxe Zimmer mit 2 Betten übernachtet. Die Betten waren ziemlich schmal. Die Zimmer und das Hotel sind farblich und auch sonst in den 80-er Jahre Still (oder Ende 70-er?) gehalten. Lediglich das Frühstücksraum ist eine Augenweide mit riesengroßen Fenstern und schönem Blick auf dem Gendarmenmarkt. Das Frühstück selbst war auch super gut. Am Abend haben wir in dem Brandenburger Restaurant gespeist. Es war leider etwas enttäuschend, obwohl die Bedienung super war, das Essen war schön und extravagant eingerichtet (was bei Berliner Spezialitäten nicht sein muß) und hat leider nicht so toll geschmeckt (zu wenig oder zu viel Gewürz) . Die Preise waren natürlich gut gesalzen ;-)

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, wenn man zu Fuß die Sehenswürdigkeiten in Berlin Mitte erkunden möchte. Vor allem die 6. Etage mit executive Lounge ist zu empfehlen.

Hotel kann man empfehlen, Lage für alle Unternehmungen in Berlin ideal, Frühstück vielfältig, Wellnessbereich viel zu klein,dadurch zu voll, keine Möglichkeit für Maasage, keine Liegen zum Relaxen, wurden weggeschickt, Sauna kostet extra!

Die Lage begeistert: Direkt im alten Zentrum und doch absolut ruhig gelegen, kann man von diesem Haus aus Berlin bei Tag und bei Nacht bequem zu Fuß erobern. Nach entsprechenden Besichtigungen findet der Gast dieses Hauses alle Bequemlichkeiten, die man von einem Top-Hotel erwartet. Sehr freundliche Bedienung und eine sehr gepflegte Atmosphäre runden den Besuch ab.

Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen, man kann wunderbar dort essen, das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend und am Service, der Zimmerausstattung sowie der Sauberkeit ist rein gar nichts auszusetzen, man braucht sich um rein gar nichts zu kümmern!

Zimmer sind funktionell und gut e ingerichtet; Bad könnte etwas größer sind! Hervorzuheben ist der schnelle und gute Service beim Frühstücksbuffet!

Leider ist die Hotelbar nicht sehr ansprechend da sie in der Hotelhalle integriert ist und somit nicht gemütlich wirkt.

Hotels in Europe are usually small, old and not up to American standards. The Berlin Hotel is a true 5 star hotel at a 5 star location.

A great hotel! The location, only a kilometre from the brandenburg gate and with a U-bahn station right outside couldn't be much better. The staff were friendly and very helpful allowing us to use the health centre to shower after the marathon even though we had already checked out.

We booked an Executive Room which was on the 6th floor. Room was beautiful. However directly above it is a Private Club which holds private functions and which is apparently outside the control of the hotel On our first night we were disturbed and kept awake by noise coming from there which sounded as though furniture was being moved around. We requested and were moved to another room on the same floor next morning. The alternative room was fine - very quiet. Also, although Trader Vic's Restaurant is advertised on the website and also in the hotel lifts, we were told that it has been closed for 2 years. The main restaurant was excellent , however, and there is also a very good self-service cafe in the hotel which is open for lunches. All the staff were fantastic. We would return without any hesitation, (but not to the room we were first allocated).

I was on my stag and all we wanted was a good base with breakfast and a pool to knock the cobwebs out in the morning. This hotel delivered everything and the staff where always more than helpful given we where a stag in a nice hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for a night in July and was surprised at the price for a 5-star hotel. The pool was small but gorgeous, and the fitness room was nice too. The spa was really well taken care of and offered a lot of different services (expensive, nonetheless). The hotel lobby was great as well. However, the room was pretty small and the shower not impressive. We were told we would get a shower/tub combination and only received a shower. The decor seemed a bit outdated, and wasn't very romantic or stylish considering the Hilton's reputation. The hotel is located around a lot of shops, and directly across the street from a beautiful church. The money was worth it for the pool, but if you want a big, beautiful room, look elsewhere.

The hotel is excellent. I wish the cost of breakfast was not so high (25 Euros approx. $32 US). But it was a delicious all-you-can-eat buffet style. The problem is; if you want an early breakfast in Berlin, you don't have much of a choice as most restaurants in town don't open until 9am. As a result, they've sort of "got you".

Excellent hotel with good service. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The position is great, easy access to many of the major sights, the open top bus tours and the underground. Berlin is a fascinating and beautiful city.

Great location. Great hotel, impressive reception area. We enjoyed the pool eventhough it was not warm. We got a good rate including breakfast as we booked early and stayed 4 nights

We stayed over a busy Easter bank holiday arrriving late at night to find there were no queen non-smoking rooms left and were given a king smoking room instead. Otherwise our stay was very good and the hotel coped well with a very busy breakfast time.

Had a blissful stay in hilton berlin. Friendly staff, great service and wonderful buffet breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

The location of this hotel is excellent cud not beleive checkpoint charlie five mins away Reichstag ten mins away that walking. The hotel staff were very friendly but do remember to put do not disturb on door as the cleaner will make several attacks on your door from eight o clock on other wise. We had breakfast inthe hotel as it was included in our room rate and it was excellent. Shopping in the area is fine but if you r looking for anice pub to unwind and relax in late at nite forget it you have to travel elsewere and that is a pain as you r on the go all day and r exhausted.

The Hilton in Berlin went beyond our expectations. The room was a little smaller than what we had thought a 5 star room would be but it was very comfortable and had everything you would need. The cleanliness, service, food and everything else was outstanding.

Our stay at the Berlin Hilton was excellent. It was centrally located and right across the street from what proved to be the finest Christmas Market in Berlin. The hotel may have been old but it has been totally refurbished and looks great. A great pool and excellent service. Our room was excellent and the service outstanding.

What a great location for the Gendarmarket Christmas Market, the biggest and best in Berlin its just across the road. This hotel offers a great location with the Ubahn outside your door to take you anywhere. Also the tour buses pass by Gendarmarket Square and you can pick them up on route. However if you are taking the tour bus don't buy your tickets at the Concierge they are €5 dearer than getting on the bus on route. Reception staff so helpful and pleasant with excellent service. We didn't eat at the hotel but did have a nightcap there and the prices were on par as those in Dublin. The rooms were a good size and well appointed with luxurious toiletries, bathrobes and towels replaced each day. If you use the minibar and move anything about inside it is automatically debited from your credit card as there are pressure pads under each item and they are quite expensive. We inadvertently bought a packet of peanuts for €3! Another point I would make is there is a little coffee bar called Einstein on the opposite corner of the hotel. They were rude to English speaking customers but so friendly to the other customers when they heard us they went all dour and unhelpful. We found the same treatment in Newtons Bar on the other side of the Square in which the staff were rude to us on discovering we were not German. If you are Irish like us or English speaking I would not give them business.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel entrance is beautiful, however the room was very disappointing!! The room was more like a room in a 3* hotel not a 5* as advertised. Overall it was pleasant but do not expect 5*!!

My husband and I just spent 3 nights at the Hilton Berlin. The hotel is very well located, close to CheckPoint Charlie, across the road from the Staddmitte U station and in a really good shopping/restaurant district. We found the service really good and the concierge very helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel itself was probably the quietist hotel we have ever stayed in and our only gripe was the pillows were awful. Too soft. Otherwise really good business style hotel.

The hotels was perfect. It was located in a beautiful part of the city, close to shopping, restaurants and museums. I couldn't have been happier with the location. The hotel itself has fantastic amenitites and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. Needless to say, I was thrilled with this hotel.

Hotel très bien situé sur une très belle place au centre de berlin. Excellent petit déjeuner. Faire attention au choix des chambres : certaines dont le 8ème étage sont très petites avec seulement une douche et un rideau qui ne permet pas l'obscurité dans la chambre. Les couettes sont ridiculement petites ce qui n'est pas normal pour un hotel de cette catégorie.

Les plus : hotel très bien situé sur une superbe place, métro et taxis aux pieds de l'hotel, chambre agréable, bien équipée et tres silencieuse, super petit déjeuner, restaurant de l'hotel tres bon niveau. Les moins : pas grand chose, literie pourrait peut-etre etre de meilleure niveau

THe hotel is located in Stadtmitte and close to the major must see sight in Berlin. The hotelroom itsself was not extra ordinary, but the facitilies(swimming pool and gym) and services are great as side activities. The breaksfast in hotel is one of the best I have experienced.

Fick mycket god service, personalen var hjälpsam och trevlig. God frukostbuffe, mycket att välja på.

Super lækkert hotel, med en rigtig god beliggenhed. Ligger lige ud til et torv med cafeer og levende musik og et par gader derfra ligger shoppinggade. Undergrunden ligger også lige i nærheden.
