Location is good, Service was very poor, cleanliness not great.

Room was good. I was disappointed in breakfast.

The stay was fine. Not having the room ready at first hotel hurt because I was clear with what I needed. I had just traveled 6 hours after working 17hours. So that was my only complaint because I had to start over to get another room at another hotel for the exact reason I Clarified I need an early check in.

I am currently working in the Louisville area and have been staying at the Baymont for a few months now. Have stayed at several other hotels around this area and by far think the Baymont is the cleanest and most comfortable for the money. Highly recommend the hotel and staff as they are awesome and always treat me great!

this hotel we have stay many times. The rooms are clean the service is excellent location to louisville is good. Security to second floor you must have a room key to access elevator

very nice freindly staff we had a reservation and check in was handled very quickly. rooms was comfortable and very clean. would recommend to anyone who wants a quite nice good place to stay

This hotel is pretty nice for the price! I think it's overlooked because it's hidden behind a Marriott. The room was clean, the pictures online or older. The tvs are flat screen with HDMI outputs. There was a fridge and microwave in our room. The bed was firm but good. There are 2-3 malls within 5-10 mins of the hotel. And easy access to the Inters […] tate. Mehr

Check in and out very fast! Great price, near many stores/restaurants and friendly staff. The bed is very comfortable. I would stay again.

This hotel was very clean, the staff friendly, and the amenities perfect for the price. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. On the downside, the plumbing was very loud - you can hear every time your neighbors flush or use the sink. The rooms are very tight - two people tripping over eachother in the morning to get ready. The parking was […] less than adequate for the number of rooms and trucks parked in a manner that blocked most of the roadway. Finally, the entrance road to the hotel is only accessible from one direction and the traffic is heavy. You have to drive in circles to get in and out of the hotel area. We have never stayed at a Baymont Inn & Suites before. I was very pleased with the staff, the room, and the bed. The room and bathroom were very nice. The bed was comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was that you could hear the noise from the interstate nearby. It definitely didn't keep us awake at night, though. More noise outside of the my room than I expected. Other than that it was not bad.

The rooms were nice and clean! Would def stay again.

This is a great place to stay. Very clean and nice. The staff was wonderful and helpful. We had no problems. The only downside to this hotel is the small size of the rooms and only one office chair or the bed to sit on. The breakfast was okay, but limited selection. I was very happy and will stay here again.

Good cleam room beds are comfortable. I was traveling with my daughter and was so happy when the clerk offered an interior room. Had to use key card to get in the laundry room and use elevator which makes the hotel feel more safe that others I have stayed at. One feature that I feel needs attention is the bathrooms are so smal and no counter space, […] This was not that hard to deal with but we are use to having a good size area in a bathroom at hotel. The only problem with the room was that the A/C heater was not sealed properly and cold air was blowing in. They have only 1 waffle maker so if you are planing to eat breakfast here don't be in a hurry it took us 30 min to get are waffle made cause of the line. The milk and juice was almost room temp.

We decided to stay at Baymont during Christmas because we have 2 small dogs and didn't want to bother relatives with them. Baymont was very good, close to restaurants, Bob Evans, Olive Garden, and also right off I 64. We decided to stay an extra day because it was so laid back and relaxing.

Would stay again

Street not clearly marked, although GPS said turn, no clear left entry point...couple blocks up and easily back to right street..otherwise, no problem. Pet friendly and I appreciated that.

The front desk attendants were polite enough and when I had an issue with my key they were quick to fix it (I'll talk about that later) so that wasn't a problem. Our room was on the other side of the hotel so we tried to use a closer entrance since it was cold and access to the rooms is from the outside. Unfortunately, even though the light turned green […] when we swiped our key card the door wouldn't open. So we had to go back to the front of the hotel take the elevator and walk to our room on the otherside in 27 degree weather. The beds were rock hard and the heat worked too well. We ended up turning it all of the way down (58 degree's) and still woke up with one of the worse cases of dry mouth and nose. We didn't get a 'do not disturb' sign so room service woke us up at 10 AM on a saturday even though we had the room til Sunday. On top of that they came again after we told room service to not bother us. When we called the front desk they told us that most of house keeping are foreign and that they don't speak much English. Foreign employees are fine but it doesn't excuse bad service. Mehr

This was our second time staying here and I would stay again for sure. The front desk people are very nice and friendly. We are moving to the area and they were very helpful on where to live and where not to live. Very clean and quite. Breakfst is ok. They do have waffles you make yourself, fuit, yogurt, muffins, cereal, milk, water, apple and orange […] juice. Highly recommend!!! Mehr

Very nice - expecially for the price!!! We had not stayed at a Baymont before, but were very pleased. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Very positive experience overall.

easy access to freeway, safe, close to restaurants, good value for price

It was clean and the staff was very nice and welcoming. It is 15 minutes away from 4th street live downtown Louisville Ky. Very convenient!!! I reccommend it to anyone!!
