Room was dirty. We checked in late so really didn't complain at all just dealt with it. Pillow top matress?? I don't think so! I stayed in nicer places that were cheaper. Breakfast was ok...the hot items were cold.

Hotel has a potential but : room had heavy smell my back pain return after one night in the king size bed bathroom - small, poorly planned and no ventilation I think that you have to pay extra to get this badly smelling soap and shampoo. the bath towel is big enough only to dry face and head - the rest you must leave to the nature or you can use hair […] dryer - it is working. Very good price and very clean, good hotel staff. Breakfast eggs not too tasty but plenty of cereal and and juices and fresh fruit. Will stay again.

The room was dated and dirty., with cigarette burns on the bedding and floor - hair in the shower. I had to go purchase air fresheners so I could make it through the weekend. No remote for the t.v. Drawers had things from previous guests, dirt... Breakfast was nasty with pre-cooked frozen egg patties and sausage that had been over-nuked.

Centrally located, great price, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast (well supplied and attended). Would highly recommend. Hotel halls could use a little updating, but who cares...it was a great place to stay!

The room smelled like smoke (even though listed as non-smoking), there was a hair in the bathtub, and the toilet barely worked. I would definitely not recommend staying here (even for the cheap prices)... definitely spend a bit more money for something nicer and cleaner.

everything was really nice, easy to access and service was good too. brought a dog along with me and there were no issues with that. I would recommend this hotel for a simple, down to earth place to stay at a good price.

It was 80 degrees outside and our air conditioner didnt work properly. Room was very warm and fan only blew room temperature even though we turned it all the way up. Reported it to the desk attendant, but she didn't seem too interested. Bathroom was very small.

Bathroom & room were small for the price, but they were clean & comfortable. Breakfast was also good.

very expensive for a 2 star hotel, The price I payed for 1 room it was doubled because of the long week-end. Very disappointed!

The people at the reception were friendly & helpful. BUT OUR ROOM WAS DIRTY when we moved in and it wasn't cleaned after our first night. My wife didn't think our sheets had been changed after the previous guest had left! I had an allergic reaction from the dirt and the dust during and after staying there.

Clean, very comfortable King Bed , nice and quiet. Breakfast included, the Hot Food was not very good, but adequate. Fruit, yogurt , bagels , cereal, all fine.

We have stayed at this site multiple times. While it remains clean, the bedding has become worn and dowdy.However, we would stay here again as it is reasonable and very conveient.

Refuse this room as much as possible. The Air Conditioner unit or something must have been running underneath this room, vibrating the bed.

Staff members were polite and helpful. Hotel is convenient in location- easy of f, easy on to major highways. Beds were not so comfortable and pillows were stained. Invest in mattresses and new pillows and I'd give it a 4.0 or 4.5

This hotel is in need of some major renovations and updating. The decor is tired and shabby, the carpeting throughout was filthy and the bath towels were thin and scratchy. The beds themselves were comfortable and the outdoor pool looked nice although we did not use it.

Sheets we're too big for the bed. Found myself wrapped up in them three times overnite. Pleasant, helpful staff. Carpeting in the halls was past over due for replacement even for a two star

For the price I found the accommodations less than satisfying.

I was expecting a hotel experience consistent with a moderately priced hotel. Instead, it was a low-budget hotel experience or worse...The lines at check in/out were long, there were no pool towels, and the pool area smelled like sewage...our room was not very clean, it was dusty & musty, making my daughter's allergies flare up. She refused to shower […] in the bathroom, and we did not eat the free breakfast due to concerns about cleanliness. The elevator was also very slow, and I was certain we'd get stuck in it. Everything was fine, except the telephone did not work in the room and our daughters were calling and the line was being cut off. We immediately went downstairs to notify front desk and were told that nothing could be done.

The sink needed replacing. The outside door was rusted and required strength to open and close. The room was clean, though, and the location good.

The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. for the price we payed it was well worth it. Also the front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

The staff was extremely informative about the local points of interest. They were very friendly. Nothing fancy, but what we needed. Rooms were basic and clean. Pool and all areas seemed clean. Basic breakfast, no rush. Cheaper than dwntwn Burlington but only 10 min. away. If we return to the area, would definitely stay here again.

Carpets looked like they needed to be vacuumed.

The hotel was so-so. The breakfast was pretty good with a fair amount of choice. The location was not too far from Burlington centre.

Another one of those places where there's nothing wrong with it, but nothing outstanding. Perfectly adequate for a one night stay. Just off the interstate.

Great stay at a very good price and an excellent breakfast included in price.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the highway and within easy driving distance to downdown Burlington. The highway made easy access to all parts of Northern Vermont and Southern Vermont. Hotel staff were friendly and the morning breakfast, while pretty good, was always the same. Overall, pretty good.

Although the drive to downtown Burlington was about 8 minutes, this was a n extremly good hotel for the price. People at reception were very accomodating and the included breakfast is always a bonus at the Quality Inns. We stayed downtown near the water for three times the price the night before, and found the QI to be a much more cost effective su […] bstitute. Mehr

Nice hotel - very surprised to find refrigerator in room (nice plus!) and full breakfast (not just the usual stale muffins most places are now generally offering). Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is going through some renovations - the lobby area was being updated as was the the fitness center which is temporarily closed. I wouldn't vacation at this hotel - but it fine for a one night stay just. Full breakfast is good and a nice perk for a lower cost hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for a quick overnight and was overall pleased. The hotel is very close to the highway so I heard all of the expected highway background noise. Otherwise, a pretty nice room. I'd stay here again for a quick overnight, weekend, or business trip.
