Days Inn Sweetwater at Lost Sea - Sweetwater

I had a good nights sleep at a reasonable rate. Service was outstanding. Cannot ask for much more.

The only downside was that the room smelled of old cigarettes and lysol.

When I first pulled up to the Day's Inn, I was like - please Lord, let this hotel be nice. It's old style on the outside but the inside was as clean as a pin, beautifully decorated, and at a great price! I was too tired to get up in time for the breakfast the next morning but I'm sure it is the same as all of the Days Inn breakfasts - good! If I stayed […] in this hotel again, I would ask to stay on the back side because the road noise was bad until about 10:30pm. Would gladly stay again! Mehr

Well we could of used alittle more of the added essentials like shampoo, creme rinse, towels and Ice machine located on 1st floor only.....bummer if your tired.

excellent service, beds super comfortable, quite clean. Only draw back that non smoking is upstairs twith open stairs to get there. Non great if you have a fear of heights. Hubby made it though. Super for the price! Definitely recommend.

I really cannot say enough about our stay. The hotel staff was so friendly, considerate, and accommodating! The rooms were emaculate, the surroundings were quiet, and the hotel is close to the Lost Sea. I am so glad we made this stop on our last trip. Wonderful place to stay!

I don't think I'm asking too much when I stay at a hotel for not just shampoo & soap, but also conditioner & lotion. We had to hit up the K-Mart (which is conveniently located just down the road) for these. Then there was no iron or ironing board, so my husband's dress shirt was completely wrinkled for his father's funeral. And it's a good thing we […] didn't have time to use the swimming pool - we would have easily contracted some sort of bacteria by plunging a toe under the murky green water. If we ever have another need to go to that area again, we will definitely not be staying here. Mehr

My friend and I reserved a couple rooms to stay 1 night with our husbands before continuing on to our next destination. We wanted to use the pool but found it to be closed and very nasty looking. We also found that her door wouldn't latch so she had to secure her door by using the metal bar that swings out and hooks onto the bar of the door. We had […] an old tv that had snow on every channel whereas my friend had a new tv. We found both our beds to be very uncomfortable just like the other reviewers commented. The rooms were somewhat clean but not as clean as I would prefer. In other words, my husband would not walk around barefoot. Mehr

It sits right near the highway and next to some decent restaurants, making it a perfect stop on our road trip. It was also very comfortable with a smooth checkin/checkout process. If I had reason to stop in Sweetwater again, I would not hesitate to book here.

First I thought I had book at another hotel....customer service was helpful with this.. The check-in was not the finest...I asked for a ground floor room and had to hear a speech about requesting that up front..I was a little afraid safety wise...but the room was VERY clean and ok for a one night stay.....

This is right off of the highway and the BBQ place (Bradley's) within 5 mins away is amazing! A short drive away is a great dairy farm which sells cheese (Sweetwater Valley Farm) and is worth the side trip. I'm glad we stopped along our trip here ... it was well worth it and the room at the Days Inn was comfortable for us.

Nice hotel. The rooms were neat and clean. The employees were also very pleasant. It was a nice stay.

the room was clean, and relatively quiet. would stay there again.

good for the money

we stayed here as a between point of florida and ohio. The underwater sea was close and lots of local color rooms are what you would expect from a hotel by the interstate. Rooms were clean but a little worn. I would probably stay here again
