Good location and great service by all especially with breakfast and dinner.

Close to restaurants and mall

Very convenient to the event we were attending. We enjoyed the free breakfast!

Would do it again if in the area.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and convenient.

I was pleasantly surprised with the amenities of this Hampton Inn...from its spacious room, very comfortable bed, decent free breakfast and the business center...which saved me on getting a very important document out early Friday morning! Good stay and I will be back.

Great Hotel - very clean.

Very convenient to mall and restaurants. The front desk was very helpful getting us delivered food after all the restaurants were closed. Only complaint is that you could hear all the doors closing in the hallway from 10 pm until 1 am so it kept waking us up.

The Hampton Inn was clean, convenient, affordable, and the breakfast was good. They had coffee and tea available all day long, and a variety of food choices available for breakfast.

Missed our wake up call which made us late for convention Mgt did offer another night --gratis for the inconvenience

Little worn down and yellowing bed linens not what i've come to expect from hampton inn, but it's philly and it's tougher and much more traveled than those in the south i normally frequent. staff was very friendly. also a pleasant surprise was working and vending machines with reasonable prices.

I have never had a bad stay at any Hampton Inn. The only negative to this particular Hampton Inn is the location. You have to back track to get to it, due to the large highway. However, even though you are on a large, busy highway the noise is not a problem.

I was very pleased with this hotel. It is just about across the street from King of Prussia. I felt that I got a good price, the room was clean, the breakfast provided had great variety and I was very pleased with it. Overall, I really have no complaints and everything was great! This was overall a pretty good hotel. The bed was a little hard for my taste, but the pillows were nice and soft. The odd thing about the bed was that the comforter was lumpy (by design, I think) so when I first arrived I thought the mattress was lumpy.. don't let that throw you off! The bathroom was fine and clean. The carpet floor actually seemed […] to be slightly damp when I was walking around barefoot, which was odd. It didn't have a bathroom, but the overall size of the room was good. It is VERY close to the King of Prussia Mall which is fantastic! But it is slightly hard to get to because the road in front of it runs two ways but has a divider in the middle so if you start outon the wrong side of the road, you end up having to make a really weird U-turn about a half-mile up the road from the hotel. Also, don't be fooled! Do NOT go into the gas station and then try to go into the hotel parking lot! It cannot be done! Wait until you are already on your way out to stop at that gas station. Mehr

This hotel is very close to King of Prussia Mall. It is very quiet, the room is clean. However we did smell cigarette smoke in the bath room, although we booked non-smoking room. Breakfast is great from the hotel and employees are very polite and helpful.

It was easy to get to from main road. Very close to mall. Hotel was very clean and bed very comfortable. Service was excellent. We had a pull out sofa bed for our daughter and it was broken and they moved us to another room without any complications. They were very accoomodating to our needs. One needs to make a U-turn to get in or out of this hotel, but they are within 1/4 mile of the parking lot. It's still very convenient and worth any traffic inconvenience. The building was clean enough, breakfast was varied enough to please the diversity of breakfast desires in my family. Plenty of towels, staff were friendly, parking was plentiful […] and well lit parking lot. We will definitely stay there again. One area of difficulty, however, and bathrooms are not easily accessible for individuals with disabilities. We were not able to book a room with an accessible BR. The lobby BR had pull bars. My aunt who came with us waited until she went downstairs in the am to use the toilet rather than use the BR in her room. Mehr

Very clean, very friendly staff. Very convenient area to be in. Took my daughter back to college and had to get all the things for her school year. Great Location, BedBathBeyond down the street as well as Costco, office supply, grocery & King of Prussia Mall down the street. the air conditioning was exceptional when we travelled in heatwave. beds were comfortable. The only negative item, there was no waste basket in the bathroom. And the onloy available was a little to small.

I was taken with how friendly everyone was at the hotel. Every morning I was wished good morning and asked how I could be helped. Very friendly, very polite, very helpful. I stayed in a room with a king bed which was comfortable and refreshing. The daily maid service was excellent. Overall, a wonderful stay and a shining example of customer service […] . Mehr

Very nice hotel. The room was clean and attractive. The beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was large. Only complaint, is not a great continental breakfast. But it was nice.

Pleanty of room for the 3 of us. No linens for the roll out and the bathroom was a bit musty otherwise would recommend it.

Having to travel a block where no uturn was allowed ....having to go into a neighbor to circle around to get back on the highway to get in the correct traffic lane to enter the hotel was not convenient.

Rooms at this hotel are as comfortable and large as other hotels in the area but the cost is far lower. Free WiFi, business centre and breakfast were a real plus.

We only slept and showered there, so our total time in the hotel itself was probably only 7 hours. The beds were high off the floor and just the perfect support in the mattress with lots of pillows.

This comment and survey is not for the King of Prussia, but for Hampton Inn Springfield, Springfield, VA22150. We checked in at the property on 6/24. When I open our room it was very disappointed. We were put in a room by the elevator and the room oversee a dumpster. The a/c was noisy, cold and very hard to adjust (Frigidaire). I could not sleep all […] night due to the noise, cold ac and crumble comfortor. Next day, I requested to have the technician adjust the ac, and the house-keeping change the comfortor at the fron-desk. The new comfortor was still crumble, so I called the fron desk, but the lady shouted at me and hung me up. That was my exprience at this Hampton. The other Hampton that we stayed were fine. Mehr

The staff went out of the way to greet and welcome us with every encounter. The room was immaculate and the front desk provided a typed list of dining choices that were all very close.
