I have stayed at Viscount for business. The people at the front desk are gret! Wes remembers me, and knows that I prefer a certain area of the hotel. I would recommend anyone coming for business or pleasure to stay at the Viscount. It is a convienient and everything you need is located in the hotel. I had a great stay in this hotel. The room was much bigger than expected and a great room for the price. This was a hotel room plus a living room. All furniture was very nice and the hotel was well kept.

The hotel staff was very helpful. Workout room was nice. Hotel room was very nice. The only thing that wasn't the best was the surrounding neighborhood. Traffic was busy and wasn't close to a lot of things but was fairly central located.

I am a frequent traveler and stayed here on business. I can honestly say this is a nice hotel. The room was a 2 room suite that included a microwave but not a fridge. Very nicely decorated and clean. The entire hotel is clean. They even had a piano player in the evenings. The entire center of the hotel is the atrium area, which all of the rooms overlook. […] Very nice and you can't beat the price. Mehr

The hotel room was great...it was huge with 3 rooms in all...The only drawback was the carpet really needed a good cleaning and the curtains had a lot of stains on them.....

Our room smelled like urine, there was no hairdryer and the sheets felt rough, like they were old and worn, but maybe they were just cheap. It is a great location but it is bummer, but we will not be staying there again.

This is a great place to stay when there on business. I liked the refrigerator and microwave. It would be nice to have utensils and glass coffee mugs. Otherwise this is perfect and I will stay there again.

I will stay again. Very nice place! Towels are very thin and small however.

While I was only in town for 2 nights, the facility was very nice. The room was rather larger, and the grounds clean. The staff was helpful and facilitated all request. Only complaint was that the shower dribbled continuously creating a slight musty smell in the bathroom, but not enough that I had to change rooms. A little older hotel that is dark inside but clean and cool with Good food in the bar.

well, good experience, but, some hotel guests are comped a nice breakfast buffet. but, not hotels.com guests....,why is that? esp in this economy!

Room was really nice, had the king suite and it was large with a great bed. Tv was outdated but no biggie, neighborhood is a little bit sketchy, but overall this was a great place to stay.

If you get a room that has been renovated then it will be totally fine. If not then expect a well worn room. For example, the inside of my bathroom door was damaged. It's like a bear scratched the door and ripped away the first layer of it. Also, the fold-away couch bed is very saggy, so bad that even my kid couldn't sleep in it. The dresser drawers […] were broken and didn't track correctly. Only one ice machine on each floor. Fine if your room is near, totally inconvenient if not. They advertise WiFi in rooms but I couldn't get a signal. I had to use the lobby area or their computers. Breakfast is welcome and a very good price. Loction is good. My stay at the Viscount Suites Hotel was everything I had hoped for. After reading several posts from guests who had stayed there, I was a little uneasy about making reservations. My fears were totally unfounded. The hotel was perfect, everything was what I had expected. The next time I go to Tucson, I will definitely stay again at the Viscount Suites […] Hotel. My stay there was perfect. My room and the hotel property were very well maintained, the staff was very helpful, and the room charges were exactly what I was told on the hotels;com website, no surprises or hidden charges. I will definitely use hotels.com again for my next trip anywhere. I think the Viscount Suites Hotel is an excellent value, ideally and centrally located in East Tucson. The parking is ample and the rooms are very nice and large. Our suite had two TV's and a fridge and a fold-out bed, among many other amenities. This hotel was perfect for us. I was duly impressed by everything in the Viscount Suites Hotel. The one thing that stood out most was the comfortable bed - absolutely perfect! I could find no fault with anything at this hotel. I just loved the indoor atrium and the two on-site restaurants. I liked the way the hotel atrium was totally enclosed, yet it let in a lot of light and made you feel as if you were outside, without all the heat, of course. The layout of the hotel was very easy to navigate, unlike many other hotels I have stayed in over the years. It all just made sense. The hotel property was very well laid out and convenient. It looks as if the entire property had been refurbished, everything was neat and clean and tidy. It is an elegant hotel at a decent price. The next tiem I am in Tucson, I won't even look at other hotels, I will stay at the Viscount Suited Hotel again! Mehr

I really don't know if it's coincidence or what, but whenever I go to this hotel, the pool is not available. This time was the lights that didn't work, so by 8pm it had to be closed. Last time, something wasn't working and it was closed. That is the only "but" I have to say. The hotel service, condition and cleanliness is exactly what I paid for.

For a business trip to Tucson, this was a good spot to stay. Roomy suite, kept clean, lots of pillows and a comfortable bed. There is also a pool and workout room. But for hanging out all day in the room, it seemed lacking much natural light and there wasn't a good way to get any fresh air into the room. Es un hotel que da mas de lo que cobra, esta en muy biena zona y el desayuno es excelente, creo que las habitaciones son muy gandes y no se utiliza la sala anexa

Las habitaciones son cómodas, sin embargo la limpieza de las mismas no es del todo buena. El hotel en general es antiguo y un poco deteriorado. Muy cerca de tiendas para hacer compras.
