Great hotel could use a little updating but I loved the court yard with the pond and waterfall also the breakfast was 1st class too quality just a great experience

Bed and pillows were fabulous! Queen sleeper was comfy too! Kids liked the pool and we loved the breakfast. We would definately stay here again!

I lOve everything everything about it we will definitely stay here again...love the happy hour and the continental breakfast!!!!!! Worth the price!!! My family loves it!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the food was good, and the hotel ambience was great. It is located near a freeway with easy access to all the theme parks. We enjoyed our stay at the Embassy, the front desk staff were very professional and kind. The breakfast was outstanding!

I was not too happy when I check in my room becuase they had give me a hande cap room which the bathroom was so hard to use. The bathroom that was build open so when you take a shower and walk out it all wet and its was very hard to put your cloths on specially your pant. I had call the front desk asking about it and he say there is no more room that […] he can change for me, which he should let me know when check in. love the cozy atmosphere, great morning breakfast buffet, nice suite, great indoor pool (be better if the filtration were stronger), area is ok just hard to find nearby restaurants, only thing was needed fixin really was that one elevator (had a mind of its own), otherwise very comfy hotel and would recommend to others. staff all were smiles

Managers reception every night was awesome, free drinks snacks and sodas. Breakfast was the best free breakfast I've seen, omelets, pancakes, hash browns, eggs, sausage, bacon, etc... Shuttle to Disneyland was convenient even tho had to pay for it

My wife and I stay at this hotel all the time and never have any problems or compaints. We finally got a room in the rear of the hotel. And the noise from the warehouse behind us really didn't bother us. Maybe because we are heavy sleepers, I don't know. The noise stops at about 8pm-10pm. Stayed here with my family for 3 days for Disneyland and we enjoyed our stay very much. Very nice hotel and easy to get to.

The hotel was dirty and run down. Not at all what I would expect for the embassy suites. Not very happy.

We chose this hotel because we needed a suite - separate bedroom and living room, as we were traveling with our daughter's friend. Problem is the bathroom is inside the bedroom, so everyone has to go into the bedroom anyway - kind of reduces the privacy. We also chose it because it accepts pets, Beware though, the pet fee is high! The hotel is also […] not very close to Disneyland, if that is your focus - about a 15 minute drive. It also seems to serve tour groups that arrive in a mass by bus, which can make it very busy. The room was fine. We made sure to ask for the quiet side of the hotel. Did not expect the center of the hotel to be a garden of eden. Stream w/large fish and turtles, small water fall and lots of plants. Beautiful. The complimentary breakfasts were a feast and everyone was so nice and professional. We had a blast and we will go back.

The night we checked in with our written conformation they informed us that the rm we reserved was not available we now had a 4 person while we were 5. It was 1am in the morning and we had no recourse so we took the rm and made my 23 y/o dauther sleep on the floor. Which was very sad because this was her trip to celebrate becoming a nurse. I love this hotel we have stayed here over 6 times. I love it the staff. The breakfast is great and well worth it. I have to older kids and 2 younger ones, so to save time I get up go get breakfast and take it back to the room. So as the kids are done getting ready they sit down to eat, this way we don't have to wait till everyone is done. The kids […] love that they can swim all year long, and the happy hour is fun for them also. My mom and dad often stay at a cheaper hotel, this last time my mom stayed with me and she loved it. She figured it out between paying for parking and breakfast it is cheaper to stay here. LOVE this hotel Mehr

Although this is a very nice hotel with a comfortable room, there is a party atmosphere with the younger generation. I was awakened at 1am with yelling outside my balcony window that I had to threaten to call the front desk. Then there were people going in and out their room with the door shutting closed whcih kept us awake. This happened both nights […] of our stay. For the money, I will stay somewhere else next time. My over all stay was excellent . The staff was more than helpful. Stan the morning driver was most excellent helping my family have a fine vacation. My 80 year young mother felt the staff did a fine job. Mom enjoyed Stans driving and quick wit. Thank you Dave B and family .

We stayed here during a visit to Disneyland. Embassy Suites is a good 10-15 minute drive away, but convenient enough. The breakfast - as always - was great.

We stayed there for 6 nights during our last trip to Disneyland. The hotel is beautiful! We were VERY impressed with the free breakfast.. We even decided to skip our character breakfast and just ate at the hotel. We had 6 people in our party and stayed in a 2 double suite. It was very roomy and the beds were quite comfortable. Our only complaint was […] that one of the elevators closest to our room wasn't working 1/2 the time. Other than that, we REALLY enjoyed our stay there and would do it again! Mehr

Great hotel for the money. The free cook to order breakfast was awesome and the free happy hour drinks were a PLUS. Rooms were clean, and very comfortable. Also a plus there was NO parking fees and NO resort fee. Great Deal.

Overall very nice hotel in a convenient (for Canyon business park) location! Unfortunately very slow internet at $9.95 per night. Very good warm breakfast buffet with cooked to order eggs and omeletts!

My family visits Anaheim at least 3 times per year for the last 12 years. We have stayed at almost all hotels in Anaheim including Hilton and Marriott, I have never enjoyed my stay at Anaheim more than my last visit at Embassy Suites. Beautiful hotel and service is great!

Our room was located in the back of the hotel, with a view of the Orange County metal recycling plant and the local drainage conduit. This was topped only by the industrial sized AC fan outside of the room that ran 24/7 during our stay. Funny how this view NEVER gets in the pictures. Exterior paint looked tired and needed an update. Interior condition […] was also old and needed help. There were suspect mold like spots on the ceiling of the bathroom. Needless to say, it was not a good deal and I would not suggest this location regardless of the savings. Mehr

I love this hotel! The staff were friendly and my family enjoyed the complimentary cook-to-order breakfast. The ambiance at night was magnificent! Their atrium was so classy. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Stayed here while attending a convention in Anaheim. Our room was clean, comfortable and roomy. The tap water in this location is not the best. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The breakfast saved us $30.00 a day -- was fresh and tasty. Would definitely stay here again.

Good value for the money, and the shuttle was extremely easy for traveling back and forth from Disneyland. Surrounding neighborhood is a bit dodgey.

The room that we stayed in looks run down but clean. I think the hotel just needs some refurbishment.

I have stayed in other embassy suite hotels and this was a dirty hotel. 3rd floor! The bed was covered with a fitted sheet, another sheet and bedspread! We all know that bedspreads aren't the cleaness, so removing the bedspread leaves you to just a sheet over the fitted sheet! They offer shuttles to Disneyland for $5 unlimited rides, but if you have […] 3 in your group, parking fee is $12 at Disneyland. It was raining, so we were cold waiting for the shuttle. Next day, we drove to Disneyland which was easier for our party of 5. Mehr

I was not going to be able to register at required time, so hotel allowed me to pre-register and that way I could take my time checking in later.

What a great place. Friendly and very helpful staff from the front desk to management to te housekeeping.. Great environment !!

friendly staff but had to go across the parking lot to get some sandwiches at 4 in the afternoon bar closed at 10;30 0N fRIDAY NIGHT CLOSE TO DISNEYLAND AND GREAT POOL FACILITY

The staff was very professional, and curteous. The room was spacious, clean, and peaceful. The lobby was beautiful, and serene, with an in unbelievable koi fish pond. The complementary made to order breakfast was well worth it. It was an enjoyable experience.
