TV remote did not work. Toilet was difficult to flush properly, however It was serviced promptly. Free breakfast was minimal. A hot food item byond toast, would help a lot. location and room rate make it a good choice.

The best thing I can say is the beds were comfortable, but this place could use a makeover. The towel rack over the toilet was loose. I saw at least one loose cover plate for an electrical outlet. One of the blankets was dirty, but was quickly replaced when it was pointed out to a maid. The breakfast is just cereal, toast, and bagels. Try one of the […] nearby restaurants for something more substantial. This hotel was fairly close to the convention center, which I appreciated. I have stayed in Days Inns across the country and the remotes never work. I even took this one to be exchanged and the new one didn't work. Also, I went to use the phone book and someone had stuffed a Penthouse magazine inside of it. I found it funny but it could have been tragic had the children been with us.

Bad neighborhood. Unclean. Staff is nice but nothing they can do.

On your way to Niagara a good place to stay and sleep for 1 Night.

Everything was there and comfortable...breakfast included. Not the cleanest hotel I've stayed in (the carpet was disgusting but the bathroom was clean). Everyone at the reception desk was very nice...for the price...I'd stay there again.

the Hotel Daya Inn in Monoreville,pa. need to keep the room cleaner and better with cont-inental Breakfast choices.

Outdated...I was cool with they stay I pretty much knew what to expect...as I am from there and wanted to have privacy rather than staying in family's cramped apartment. So it was an inexpensive option. It was clean not immaculate like a five star but acceptable. Very convenient to food, turnpike, shopping, and entertainment. Despite of the good location i wouldn't recommend this hotel. There's practically no greeting, the receptionist didn't even ask for my ID, so i guess anyone could sign in instead of me. The bathroom looked dirty. The heater did not maintain temperature, so all night we had to get up to turn it on and off.

I read the reviews about the Days Inn before my stay, wasn't sure what to expect...for the price the value was excellent. It was clean. The room heater was new and did not make a sound. The shower was hard to turn on but the water pressure was perfect. The only people I heard were people going to their rooms. No excessive noise. I will definitely stay […] here again for the price. The Days Inn Manroeville was better than expected. It was a little difficult to find the entrance. But the room had newer carpet and was clean. The condition of the bathroom was in need of improvement and I would have never used the coffee maker. It was a room...needs updated and repaired. Hard to find the way into the hotel parking lot when one is not familiar with the area. Continental breakfast was poor. Best part of staying there was the Gateway Grill Restaurant behind the hotel. The food was fabulous! Would find someplace else to stay the next time we are in the area.

This hotel was not in great shape. The steps we had to use was not lit, they were icy and dark, bulb out. The room was fair but shower had to be tricked into being turned on, my son had to fix the stopper so the water would drain, the headboard, (which was nailed to the wall) had fallen, the property upkeep could have been a lot better, not stinky though. […] No DND sign or ice bucket. The staff was nice. Close to PA Turnpike, Highways, food, etc. Had to stay a day longer, changed Hotels. Mehr

Very easy to access I-376. Room heater is too noisy.

Pubic hair on the bathroom floor, something leaking(floor was soaked outside bathroom/below sink) as soon as we checked in. Bed was 'itchy'

I am from the area, but live out of town now. The price and location was great, plus we had a dog. However, the rooms were old and very outdated. The decor was from the 1980's and in need of a serious overhaul. I was surprised to see such a police presence and can't be sure but I am pretty sure I saw a room being rented by a "working girl". Even saw […] her whistle to a client indictaing that she was waiting. When I told my family, who lives less than 2 miles, away where we were staying they said that the motel had a very bad reputation for drugs and prostitution. Mehr

We stopped in just for a short night during a long vacation. linens were clean. The carpet needs replaced but if your not going to sleep on the floor then don't worry about it. The continental breakfast was cereal and bagels. Nothing hot but coffee. There was juice. It was great for what we needed. This hotel didn't hit the spot for myself or my husband. Staff and check in was great. The location is ideal as it is pretty close to restaurants & shops. But the layout of the hotel is weird. After checking in you have to go outside to access your floor & room and that was annoying. We went in November and it was cold. You could just run to the front […] desk really quick to grab breakfast. You literally had to put on a hat and coat to get there. The breakfast mainly consisted of cereal & bagels, nothing major. Nothing in the fitness center worked, which was disappointing for me. And I couldn't seem to find anyone to fix it. The room itself was clean. I had no problems with it but my husband did not like the noise the heater made. I wouldn't mind staying here during warmer weather and my husband doesn't want to go back. Mixing valve in shower doesn't work right..hot then cold then hot then cold...etc. Have to hold down handle to flush toilet. No do not disturb sign to hang on doorknob-maids keep coming around. it's cheap and clean- so that's about it!

this hotel was completely mediocre. clean enough, but not fantastic. easily located next to the highway, but hidden behind the AAA, so not incredibly easy to find. sandpaper towels, cheap-o tiny shampoo / conditioner packets, cringe-worthy old school motel bedspread. but they have decent free breakfast in the morning, and it's an okay place to just […] get some sleep for a night. It was nothing like last year when I stayed there. The doors locks were loose gap in door. Stink bugs in room. Blood on bathroom door. Was very disappointed thisbtrip.

Very nice for or stay overnight. Restarants near by make it easy for dining out also.

Dirty rooms, baths, and common areas. Vending machine rip off money.

I stayed at Days Inn Monroeville for business in Pittsburgh. Monroeville is about 15 minute drive to Pittsburgh which wasn't inconvenient at all. There are numerous eateries, a mall, etc close proximity of the hotel. Surrounding neighborhood was safe. hotel very easy to find. Check in was uneventful. Price was reasonable considering the cost of staying […] in Pittsburgh center city. The room was very adequate in size. Bed comfortable. Linens appeared clean. Carpet worn but not too bad. Bathroom could have used some remodeling work. Very difficult to turn on shower faucet. Almost pulled off the wall panel, so be careful. Put pressure against the panel while pulllng the handle to engage the shower/water. The level of the tub/shower is higher than the floor so be careful stepping out of the shower. the towel rack is not very secure in the wall so do not use it for support. I find these more of an annoyance rather than a real issue but reading a lot of reviews from others, they would find this inexcusable and ramble on and on about how their life was adversely affected over stuff like this and how they had to get psychological counseling. My answer to them is: stay home or get a Five Star Hotel!!!! Mehr

We enjoyed our stay at the Days Inn Hotel in Monroeville. It was very handy to many food places, the Monroeville Mall and other places. The only thing that I thought would be nice would be some sort of air freshener in the room. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Carpet was very dirty and moist. The bathtub turned black when the water hit my feet. Other than that, good place for a low price.

Accomodation was good.. hotel staff were friendly..

I like to stay at Days INN. But I was disappointed with the breakfast. Most of the food was unhealthy, donuts ( stale and soggy), bagels and bread only white bread, no whole wheat. choice of fruit -- only apples. Other than -it is ok.

Not recommend, This hotel is totally run down. This is not even one star hotel. Hotel.com should remove this hotel from their portal. Government authorities should shut this place.Full of bugs and dirty and sticky carpets.

THIS PLACE IS FILTHY. MY FEET WERE STICKING TO THE CARPET. THERE WAS LARGE AMOUNTS OF MOLD STAINING THE WALLS OF THE BATHROOM.
