Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig zu erreichen und hat eine eigene Tiefgarage (kostenpflichtig). Es ist sehr geräumig und hat auch für Kinder einen Spielebereich. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt, ein Internetzugang ist auch möglich. Wir habe ein 2 Bettzimmer mit zwei Ausziehbetten genutzt, das Zimmer ist dann zwar pickepackevoll, aber es geht. We have never stayed at a Novatel before but was very pleasantly surprised. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we experienced a warm welcome so will definitely be returning!

We stayed for 2 nights, very pleasant hotel with very helpful staff. One of the best buffet breakfasts I have ever had!! Would recommend to anyone

A great hotel but a little out of town, had to get a taxi that cost £8 each way

Room clean and smart, but sofa bed and bedding not very comfortable. Coffee and tea not replaced as used. Reception staff very helpful indeed.

Nice Hotel, very impressed especially with the price we paid for one night. Only down side, 2 business vans blocked our car in in the car park and we couldn't get out. I don't feel the hotel staff did enough to find out who the vans belonged to and request they be moved but eventually got sorted. I'd recomend this hotel.

The hotel was really nice. We stayed there for two days and it was in the perfect location walking distance from train station and centre of town. Food was good and hotel was very nice. I'd recommend it to anyone. Definitely worth the price i paid.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. It was all that we had wanted - convenient to the shopping centre and a very comfortable place to stay. The bedroom was spacious, nicely furnished and with extra seating - so good not to have to sit on the bed to read/watch t.v. The bathroom was also very clean and modern. A comfortable business hotel in the middle of the city. On the inner ring road, but good double glazing minimises traffic noise. Friendly and efficient staff.

The hotel is located 0.5 miles from city center, which makes it ideal for a comfortable stay in Bristol. Good customer service and breakfast. Lobby interiors seem a bit dated, and can be improved.

Quite a pleasant surprise as the price was superb via Hotels.com plus we have stayed in some Novotels that were not too good, but, this one in Bristol is excellent, nice big room with sofa and very large bed, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Although its city centre it is actually in a pretty quiet road and caused no problems at all, for […] those that moan about the £10 parking costs just do what we did, there are parking bays over the road that are free overnight, just get up at 8am and stick a 50p ticket on it and it gets you through breakfast til you are ready to leave, great hotel, great rooms, great price. Great service, they worked with us to get lost luggage delivered and were very helpful. As with most hotels in the city center meals at the hotel are overpriced, but there are so many great cafes within walking distance I don't know why anyone would eat at the hotel. I'd recommend, but look for the speacial rates.

Nice hotel, however our room was next to the fire doors at night each time a guest passed by they closed with an almighty thud that kept us awake half the night. The hotel could have easily rectified this by fitting door closers.

My friend and I stayed at the Novotel on Victoria Street Bristol for 2 nights whilst visiting Bristol. The hotel was comfortable clean and good value for money, it is easy accesible to the centre. I would certainly stay again.

Reasonably convenient location for where I was working. Parking was expensive and it wasn't that obvious you needed to pay. This bumped up the original good price. Its a bit of a walk into Bristol but not too far. Overall OK.

Not a bad place to stay - the room was a little small for 3, but on the hole not bad. The Xbox in the foyer kept our son happy! Buffee breakfast was nice but a bit pricey! I suppose that is partmofnthe 4 star experience.

Stayed here to visit Bath which was just 15 mins up the road. We took our cocker Spaniel and two kids and all stayed in one room The put up bed ws ideal and large enough for the two children (11 and 13 years). Dog made most welcoe and we ate Dinner in the Bar/Breafast in the bar area in which the dog was allowed. Car Parking Ten pound a night and dog […] charged at £8/night. An excellent room and hotel, very clean and efficient. Only issue really was the expensive car parking fee. This fee should be clearly advertised on the website as it came as a bit of a shock to us upon arrival. Also carpark spaces were very small and we only just managed to find one and fit in it!! Lovely breakfast and staff.

From the moment of arrival right through to checkout this was an enjoyable stay. The hotel seems to be relatively new and is well cared for with a spacious reception space containing some toys and a free games station for children/teenagers. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful and the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The hotel is in […] a relatively quiet area but is a short walk to the Temple Meads railway station and perhaps 10 minutes walk from the harbourside area where there are lots of cafes, restaurants and clubs. Booking through hotels.com gave a considerable discount - we paid one third of the walk in rate and at that price it was very good value though it wouldn't have been worth the full price. One minor annoyance is that wifi and internet connection was available only at an extra cost whereas in my experience many hotels provide this free. However, there are stations in the reception area giving up to 20 minutes of free internet access which might be sufficient for some people. Overall though a very pleasant hotel. Mehr

Good location close to shops and restaurants. Hotel staff friendly enough. I refused to have my passport photocopied as it it illegal to do so which ruffled a few feathers but I stood my ground and of course agreed to show it. Why I needed to identify myself is beyond me. I had paid in advance!!!!

our room was grand but my friend in the room next to us found a knickers in the drawer. i found the hotel fine and location was great to see the city by foot. would go there again.

Perfect location and great service. Did notice that we saved over half the price of the room going through hotel.com. Although good not worth full price.

Having previously lived in Bristol (but never stayed in a hotel there), I was suprised at the number of new buildings around this modern hotel. Good location and car park was £10. Bed rather hard and no duvet for the sofa bed, but staff willing brought one promptly to our room when asked.. Would stop here again. Reception staff were pleasant. The Novotel Bristol was an excellent choice for our long weekend away! The staff we very helpful and friendly, it was clean and quiet and the drinks at the bar were not over priced for a hotel which was fantastic!! The only downside was paying £10 parking for 24 hours as wew were there for 3 nights this was a shock!! We had a great stay and would go […] back again! Mehr

Excellent location - a quick stroll to Bristol Temple Meads station. Good little coffee shop nearby 'the coffee cooperative'. All exactly met our needs on this trip.

Chose Novotel as they accepted dogs - we took ours as taking an overnight theatre trip to The Hippodrome. Excellent location as there is a green area across the road and just up the street at theTemple Church park for exercising our pooch. Very clean & modern hotel, rooms well appointed and well equipped, large underground, air conditioned car park […] and great location for all the city sights. Exceptional breakfast buffet with a choice of both hot and cold food, fresh fruit, pastries and copious coffee and tea. Excellent stay. Thank you. Mehr

This hotel was a good value for money for my family of 4. The restaurant service was very fast! We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant and were pleased with both meals and all of the staff. The only thing that takes away from this hotel is the bed. Our double bed was no more comfortable than sleeping on chunk of cement! My husband and I […] both had backaches for our entire weekend away after sleeping on the very hard beds. The children slept better on the pullout sofa bed which was definitely more comfortable than the double bed that was in the room. Everything else was good. Parking was not difficult and seemed secure enough. All staff were friendly and the kids really enjoyed all of the 'perks' of free goodies and check in and at the restaurant. Overall a good value for money at the Novotel Bristol and much cheaper than staying in Bath city centre if you are visiting Bath! Mehr

I regular stay at the Novotel in Southampton and therefore was expecting, and indeed received the same standards here. Nice sized car park, good restaurant and a great gym for a hotel made this a very pleasant stay.

Executive room was quite quiet and comfortable. Breakfast reasonably good. A typical business/transit hotel. Not bad but nothing special.
