Novotel Bristol Centre - Bristol

our room was grand but my friend in the room next to us found a knickers in the drawer. i found the hotel fine and location was great to see the city by foot. would go there again.

Perfect location and great service. Did notice that we saved over half the price of the room going through hotel.com. Although good not worth full price.

Having previously lived in Bristol (but never stayed in a hotel there), I was suprised at the number of new buildings around this modern hotel. Good location and car park was £10. Bed rather hard and no duvet for the sofa bed, but staff willing brought one promptly to our room when asked.. Would stop here again. Reception staff were pleasant. The Novotel Bristol was an excellent choice for our long weekend away! The staff we very helpful and friendly, it was clean and quiet and the drinks at the bar were not over priced for a hotel which was fantastic!! The only downside was paying £10 parking for 24 hours as wew were there for 3 nights this was a shock!! We had a great stay and would go […] back again! Mehr

Excellent location - a quick stroll to Bristol Temple Meads station. Good little coffee shop nearby 'the coffee cooperative'. All exactly met our needs on this trip.

Chose Novotel as they accepted dogs - we took ours as taking an overnight theatre trip to The Hippodrome. Excellent location as there is a green area across the road and just up the street at theTemple Church park for exercising our pooch. Very clean & modern hotel, rooms well appointed and well equipped, large underground, air conditioned car park […] and great location for all the city sights. This hotel was a good value for money for my family of 4. The restaurant service was very fast! We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant and were pleased with both meals and all of the staff. The only thing that takes away from this hotel is the bed. Our double bed was no more comfortable than sleeping on chunk of cement! My husband and I […] both had backaches for our entire weekend away after sleeping on the very hard beds. The children slept better on the pullout sofa bed which was definitely more comfortable than the double bed that was in the room. Everything else was good. Parking was not difficult and seemed secure enough. All staff were friendly and the kids really enjoyed all of the 'perks' of free goodies and check in and at the restaurant. Overall a good value for money at the Novotel Bristol and much cheaper than staying in Bath city centre if you are visiting Bath! Mehr

I regular stay at the Novotel in Southampton and therefore was expecting, and indeed received the same standards here. Nice sized car park, good restaurant and a great gym for a hotel made this a very pleasant stay.

Executive room was quite quiet and comfortable. Breakfast reasonably good. A typical business/transit hotel. Not bad but nothing special.

I was made to feel very welcome by all of the staff- from recption to the restaurant, which is not something i have come to expect from chain hotels. The gym was great, especially as i had it all to myself, and the food in the restauant was of a very good standard. The only downside was that my room was near the ice machine (it is surprising how often […] this got used!), but I can't complain, as I had been moved away from the lifts at my request and been put close to the gym. The price of parking was unexpected, but cheaper than a public carpark, and the internet access was a little confusing and pricey, but high speed, which is what really matters. Hotel very close to Train Station and central for viewing City & shopping. Hotel room spacious with tea making facilities. Had to keep window tightly closed as noisy deliveries underneath started at 5 a.m. Bed very low and matresses not comfortable. Hotel staff very nice and helpful at all times. Greatv hotel, fantastic gym on the forth floor, and nice meal via room service. Only negative is that it is rather pricey, and internet is no free.

extra for parking extra for broadband very very slow big problem if you have a lot of stuff to upload early morning loud banging plumbing or lifts not sure

I booked this hotel for two nights for a weekend in Bristol for two in Sept. It's a great hotel, ideal location for town and the train station. Local bus routes stop right outside, but best of all the buffet breakfast was magical, anything and everything you'd want to start the day with. I would recommend this hotel to all

My first visit to this hotel, but it won't be my last. I was most impressed by the polite and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Like leaving your bags, and picking them up later, great if you want to do some site seeing. Also being on holiday the idea of a late breakfast was a bonus. Look no further for a good hotel!

Overall the hotel was very comfortable and the staff helpful. Evening meal was of good quality, but somewhat expensive. Buffet breakfast was what would be expected of this type of hotel, very good. Needed a hotel on our way onwards, Novotel Bristol offered the best value for money. For a family on 4 we got a dobblerom with extra sofa bed. In particular the sofa bed was narrow, don´t expect great comfort there for kids over a certain age for long. Service was good even though they could not meet all our demands. Nice place to stay for a night.

Good value for money

Modern, functional, comfortable and clean. We chose it over the next hotel up in price and rating because it offered a queen bed. We were happy with the choice. Only one set of towels for two, but the desk brought them up promptly when they were not found in the wardrobe.

it is a nice clean hotel but didnt think it was that central it was about a 15 minute walk into centre, there was no nice pubs shops or restaurants near by , this hotel is about 10mins walk from bus train station ,

Location is 5 min walk from the old town. A few traditional pubs and a eating places on the doorstep . If you want a quiet relaxed stay consider this Hotel . Rooms clean and tidy. Booked room with breakfast . Breakfast extensive with staff attentive. A number of vegetarian options available if you ask. Car parking £8 per 24 hours.

Un seul défaut (ou regret) : des couettes beaucoup trop épaisses donc beaucoup trop de chaleur ( et l'on a froid si l'on se découvre) et l'on dort très mal pourquoi ne proposerait-on pas un choix avec des couettes très peu épaisses ???

Ottimo il trattamento che abbiamo ricevuto...tutto come da accordi presi durante la prenotazione...abbondante e di qualità la prima colazione. Spazi comuni arredati con gusto e spaziosi.
