If you have business in the area this is a great location. Just make sure you bring your GPS with you - it's impossible to find your way around as there are so many same-looking shopping centers and streets. Also, there is nowhere to walk to that is close. We arrived early before check in time and were given early access to our room. Two nights during our stay we had complimentary wine/beer and dinner. There were renovations going on near our room, but never any noticeable noise just people in the hallway carrying room amenities in and out during the work day. The breakfast was great. This was a very nice hotel. The front desk and staff were great. There was a nice breakfast which included hot food. You are about one block away from a shopping mall and not far from downtown ATL. I would recommend staying here.

Personnel very nice and helpful, they offer a very nice and complete breakfast , Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday they have ""Managers night" for all the guest that includes beverages and appetizers and you can share with other guests.We had a really good time and experience , I also want to share that our room was was just remodel.

You know what you are going to get at the Hampton, always nice and clean with comfortable beds and a decent hot comp. breakfast.

So I was in Atlanta for a hiring confrence. I only needed a hotel to sleep, do a little studying, and research, and act as a base camp. The confrence was being held in the Hilton, and as such I did many interviews in various rooms. Everyroom I went in was lower in quality then the room I was in at the Hampton inn. Add to this the hampton inn cost half […] of what the Hilton did, the Hampton inn had a comp Breakfast vs a paid breakfast for the Hilton, and free internet vs pay by the night at the Hilton, the choice was easy. I was worried that even though they are about 2 miles apart mapquest was telling me to get on 285 to get to the Hilton. What I found out was I could drive from my hotel through the mall parking lot straight to the parking garage of the Hilton, which by the way they also charge for. The Hampton INN in Atlanta-Cumberland Mall is a great place to stay. It has a great breakfast. We will stay at it again.

Hampton always delivers quality that I can count on when I stay at one of their properties/locations. I always seek out their availability based on my schedule when traveling due to their outstanding performance in all areas.

Great Breakfast!

This was my first time in Atlanta and booking a hotel online made me a little nervous. Yet, when my friend and I got their we were extremely impressed. The landscaping was beautifully done, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was standard but very clean. We missed the continental breakfasts because we slept in after being out late many of the […] nights, so I can't comment on that except to say the eating area was well kept (grabbed cups of hot tea and apples as we came and went). Best of all we were near the interstate and only 15 minutes from downtown Atlanta and directly across from a mall. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend. Mehr

Overall a satisfactory stay. The room was comfortable. Feather pillows are excellent! The bed was a bit stiff. Excellent location in Cumberland Mall area. I would certainly stay again.

The hotel was very clean and convienent to downtown. The staff was wonderful. I would stay here again.

This was a family vacation trip and wanted a nice neighborhood with good surroundings and close dinning and shopping location. It only took 5 minutes to get to the Goergoa Aquarium and 30 minutes to Stone Mountain Park. Excelent complementary breakfast.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, convenient and suited my needs perfectly. No complaints. Will stay there again on my next trip to Atlanta.

This location was close to the mall and all eateries. And close to the freeway ramp. The room we really accommodating. Breakfast was hot and constantly restocked. The staff was very polite and helpful. Thumbs up to you guys great job. Looking forward to staying there again.

The place is very nice, rooms are big and clean. The only problem is that the hotel is very close to interstate, and if your room it's on the back, you'll ear cars and trucks running all the night.

Nothing fancy. Just a well-maintained mid-range hotel with a good breakfast that is near the Interstate with a handy mall and good restaurants nearby. Into downtown Atlanta in ten minutes for business,but well-away from the gridlock when leaving town.

Business traveller, could not get in Midtown or Buckhead. This is not an ideal hotel for the business traveller. Dark rooms, there is a table but no desk, and chairs to sit in a uncomfortable. I expected less with this being a Hampton Inn but this was the by far the most uncomfortable Hampton Inn I ever stayed in. Staff is friendly, no complaints with […] the people but if you are used to 3 star this will be a real let down. Mehr

Our stay at the Hampton Inn in Cumberland was a great stay. We thought that this was one of the nicer Hampton Inn that we have stayed in. Our room was very pleasant and clean. Breakfast was also great. Thank you Hampton Inn for a Great Stay.

A friend and I stayed in this hotel for a couple nights when we went to AWA it was a great value especially since some of our other friends stayed at the Renaissance/Waverly for twice the cost and didn't get half of what we did (free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, fridge, microwave and more.) Hotel just OK. Do not forget anything in your room at this hotel, you will never get it back. I forgot my electric razor, I call the same day I checkout and was told they had the razor and would send it to me. Two weeks later I had not received it and called back. After a couple phone calls and a couple different stories, they said that they did not […] have it. Mehr

The room was stuffy, and I couldn't open a window to get fresh air. The hotel had a large group who ate up all of the breakfast food so that there was little food left. However, the desk person gave me a to-go bag with some fresh fruit, muffin, and bottled water. She and all of the other staff I encountered were very friendly and kind.
