Das Hotel ist sauber , die Mitarbeiter helfen einem stets weiter und man sieht ständig jemanden putzen! Das Frühstück besteht aus Toast , frischen Waffeln Kaffe und Säften , also völlig ausreichend für einen ersten Snack. Das Hotel liegt 15 Minuten von Manhatten entfernt , es fährt alle 5 Minuten ein Shuttle Service direkt zum Times Square für 3 $ pro Person. Der Shuttle fährt bis tief in die Nacht. Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Unser zweiter "Urlaub" in NYC. Super Hotel für den Städtetrip. 2 Min. Fußweg zum Time Square. Alle sofort zu erreichen. Mit sicherheit in der Hauptsaison ein wenig teuer, aber für die Nebensaison ansolut empfehlenswert. 5 Nächte im 15.Stock. Würde es sofort wieder buchen...

ausgesprochen nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, liebevoll bereitetes Frühstück, Lobby wird gerade renoviert, das beeinträchtigte uns aber in keiner Weise. Zimmer sehr klein, obwohl wir Deluxe-Kategorie gebucht haben, dafür aber sauber und ansprechend gestaltet. In unserem Zimmer waren die Schränke leider sehr alt, aber ausreichend Platz im Schrank. in der 31. Straße, direkt an der 5th Avenue ist man schnell in Greenwich Village + Soho und -wer mag- auch am Times Square. wir haben alles zu Fuß erreicht. Die Umgebung wirkt sehr sicher, auch als Frau allein.

"Schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage"
Wir hatten ein schönes, geräumiges Zimmer im 31. Stock. Die Aussicht von dort war eindrucksvoll und wir hatten keinerlei Probleme mit den Aufzügen nach oben (bzw.natürlich auch nach unten) zu kommen. Die Angestellten waren freundlich und die Lage ist einfach perfekt (MoMA schräg gegenüber). Kurzum: wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

"Herunter gekommenes Hotel an bester Lage"
Diese Haus lebt in und von der Vegangenheit, als Cary Grant noch einige Monate hier logierte, worauf sie heute noch sehr stolz sind. Die Lage war damals wie huete hervorragend. Leider istd as HOte inszwischen sehr in die Jahre gekommen und enstpricht nicht dem heutigen Standard: Zimmer sind klein, Badezimmer absolut minimalistisch - mann nennet hier […] in Badezimmer von 60*90 cm inkl Lavabo und WC-Schüssel noch ein 'Bad mit Dusche'. Die Zimmer sind 'verbraucht' und leicht schmuddelig. Die Ausstattung ist minimal - z.B. muss man Kaffe aufs Zimmer bestellen, was man erst nach genauer Lektüre der Hotelunterlagen herausfindet, die Hotelhalle ist klein und es hat keine Lobby. Die Heizung funktionierte in unserem Zimmer nicht und as bei Aussentempereaturen von -3C und konnte erst nach 2 Tagen behobene werden. Die Bedienung sowohl in der Hotelbar wie auch im Frühstücksrestaurant ist unmotiviert und unaufmerksam. Schade. Mehr

Really enjoyed staying here. We asked 4 a twin double room as our adult son was with us. The room was perfect, could not fault it at all. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this Hotel and it's location, the only thing we did not like was that they charged us extra each night for a roll away that was not comfortable at all.
This hotel is first rate in accommodations, service, cleanliness, and location. The bar is very sophisticated and the bartender remembered us from previous stays. So the personnel are as fine as any we have encountered even thru our travels abroad. Definitely our go to place in NYC!!!

We go to New York every year and stay in the same hotel over and over. We decided to try the Warwick to change things up and wow it was fabulous. We got a quiet, large, comfortable room. Great service and location. This will be our new hotel that we will stay in over and over. And hotels.com gave us a great price!

"The Warwick Hotel in December"
We had to make last minute reservations for New York in December and were very concerend about room rates. The Warwick had great rates and was in a great location. The staff was pleasant and the hotel was charming. The interiors were a little dated but it was clean and very comfortable. For the price we will definitely stay there again!

Hotel room was very clean and comforatble. Staff was wonderful throughout my stay especially the front desk staff. Upon check in the girl was very professional and helpful. Upon going into my room with my daughter I could smell cigarette smoke immediately in the bathroom. I went back to the front desk and when I quietly told the front desk staff, the […] girl who had checked me in immediately apologized and gave us another room right away and called housekeeping to address my original room. I did not want to be held responsible for that smoke since I had just signed a paper upon check in that I knew it was a smoke free room and I am highly sensitive to smells with smoke being the worse. She was very nice and the new room was perfect. The next morning the front desk staff again was professional and very helpful. Kudos to the front desk staff! They made me feel very welcome. The room was a very elegant, comfortable and clean. I will definitely stay there on my next trip hopefully this summer. Mehr

Staying at the Warwick Hotel was part of a wonderful trip to see New York City at Christmas time. The location was close to Radio City, Rockefeller Center, and Central Park. "Unconfortable stay"
Uncontroled room temperature. The hotel guy opened window to reduce temperature. Brown water at bath room. We could not use bath tab due to bad water.

The Warick is a wonderful boutique hotel with a very interesting past. The hotel was built by W.R. Hearst and used for his friends and associates. This was once the residence of Cary Grant, and the hotel used by the Beatles during their Ed Sulivan visits. Very good location across from MOMA.

We spent 5 nights here starting xmas eve. Had xmas brunch at Murals 54,very good,although they 1st tried to squeeze us into Randolphs bar for the brunch,and I walked out!! Murals is quality, Randolphs is comfy and staff sleepy, no hurry there. Rooms are spacious and comfy,slight paint smell as renovations on the go. Room staff very friendly,reception […] staff-not, concierge great. Should put room staff at reception and vice versa!! Location is good, close to Times square and Central Park, and Madison and 5th ave. All in all OK, although the price goes up each night of stay, not so good, should be the opposite ?? Mehr

Great hotel, close in walking distance to everything and Central Park just a few blocks away. My wife and I took our 16 year old daughter to NY for the first time and she loved it! We love staying at the Warwick. The staff is very friendly.. the rooms while not huge are more than satisfactory and have been kept in great condition. The Randolph Restaurant off the lobby is very good. The buffet breakfast is great.

"Good Location"
Our stay at the Warwick was a satifactory one as we did not stay long in our hotel room. When we arrived, the lobby was quite nicely decorated, but the hotel rooms need to be renovated. The furniture is worn and the carpet was not the cleanest. Upon arrival our phone and tv did not work. We called and they said they would send someone up and 2.5 hours […] later when we returned the items were still not fixed. So if you are looking for a hotel in a good location but not necessarily the most upgraded hotel this would work. The staff at the front desk were very warm and accomodating. Mehr

"Wonderful Location"
Our room was very quiet and comfortable and super clean. The location of the hotel was great. We were so close to shopping on 5th Ave and walking distance to The Plaza. We would certainly stay there again when in NY. The breakfast was great also.

The only complaint is that the room was very warm, but we didn't call the front desk so they might have been able to fix it. Everything else was comfortable! My teenage daughter and I had planned a day trip to Manhattan, however at the last minute, I decided we should stay overnight. It was the weekend after Thanksgiving and I began to search the Internet for a hotel that would offer comfort, cleanliness, a convenient location, and classic luxury at an affordable price. We found all of these things in the […] Warwick New York Hotel. Both my daughter and I were very happy and satisfied with the service, guest room, and the location of the hotel. It was great to be able to walk to all of the places that were on our "things to do list" which included a visit to MoMA, shopping on Fifth Avenue, and dining with friends at a restaurant near Lincoln Center. We wished we could have stayed at least one more night to enjoy the hotel and the city a little longer! Mehr

Very nice / friendly Hotel. Staff very pleasant and accommodating to any and all questions. Convenient to area. A little more than busy Thanksgiving Eve - could have used dining room open later, but every place was busy in area. Food was great! We would go back...

An overall wonderful experience beginning at check-in. We arrived well in advance of the 4:00 check in time and no problem with getting a room early. Loved the lobby bar. Got a great recommendation for an Italian restaurant within easy walking distance. Needed extra towels ( and a toothbrush) and they were brought to the room within minutes. Loved it.
