Hotel Le Marais - New Orleans

Waren insgesamt zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Super Lage. Reinigung der Zimmer so naja. Wer findet schon gerne gebraucht Unterwäsche vor Vorbewohner in der Schublade ... Auch wäre ein Kleiderschrank im Zimmer nicht schlecht. Sonst aber alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

A good hotel front desk staff was very helpfull location was great only drawback was the bathroom shower way too small but despite that would recommend this hotel to anyone going to New Orleans

Great location, very clean and beds were really comfortable. I would recommend to anyone.

VERY cool spot tucked on Conti off Bourbon in the French Quarter. Lovely pool area, complimentary breakfast, helpful & pleasant staff - overall a perfect night in NOLA!

Nice hotel in a good location for the French Quarter. The rooms are not large but are good for the location. The courtyard is great. Bring your own hair dryer. They do not provide one in the room.

really nice.. right off bourbon and really clean and modern. staff was really friendly. love the bartender!!

Absolutely perfect location and beautiful rooms. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to visit the French Quarter.

We loved the hotel the room which was so comfortable. The staff was super friendly, we were greeted every time we entered the lobby. The photos on the website were accurate and only showed a bit of the beauty of the pool. It was so nice to be able to sit by the pool in early March and not be freezing, I only wish I had brought a swimsuit to swim in […] the heated salt water pool. Highly recommend this hotel. Mehr

If you want to be in the heart of the French Quarter, stay at Hotel le Marais. The staff was friendly (allowed us to check in a bit early), room was clean, bed was comfy, nice TV and relaxing courtyard. Only negatives - really slow elevator, small bathroom/room and when loud neighbors were in the hall you could really hear them. Had a great stay. Everything was within walking distance. Very clean, nice.

The Hotel was even better in person! The pictures cannot tell how cool and chic this spot is. From the Lobby, to the Bar to the outdoor pool area. All very modern and hip. The rooms were just as nice. Great gym, all the right equipment to get a solid workout!!

I've been to and stayed at many places and this place was the best. Everything was great. Staff was super friendly. Room was clean and everthing in the room was new and worked. They even have an iPod dock to listen to "your" music. I had just stayed in a three hundred plus dollar a night 1100 sq ft suite in a well known italian named hotel in Vegas […] that didn't measure up to this place.....I will always return to this place when ever I come back to New Orleans...Thank you! This place was exactly what I wanted. It was contemporary, new, clean, and classy. Its literally 1 block from Bourbon St. Room was immaculate. Cool contemporary design in the room and common areas. Great hotel bar, gym. It was too cold to use the pool but it looked really nice. I'd definitely recommend this place. The only thing it doesn't have is a […] restaurant/room service, but there's good restaurants right next door (and all over New Orleans for that matter) so that was a non- issue to me. Mehr

A nice little boutique hotel. Location in the heart of the French Quarter. Advertised as having a pool but it was really more of large hot tub -- too small for exercise, but enjoyable just the same as it is in a scenic courtyard with a bar just a few steps away. This hotel was perfect in every way: close to everything, modern and appealing to the eyes, packed with the convenience of a business center and a nice bar, run by a friendly, accomodating staff. My only minor complaint is that the pillows are overstuffed. The beds were unbelievably comfortable with soft, plush linens and pillowtop mattresses. If only […] the pillows had been less stuffed and firm, the stay would have been perfect. That small gripe aside, I'd recommend Le Marais to anyone. Mehr

A wonderful experience with this hotel. Loved the food, great breakfast, super location, wonderfully helpful staff and nice courtyard pool. I was very impressed with it! Small and quaint but very clean and well decorated!

We did not ask the age of this hotel but everything looked new, clean, and impeccable. The vibe is very contemporary which was fun since nearly everything else in the French Quarter is old world. You can't go wrong. Just steps from Bourbon Street the Hotel Le Marais is one of the grand dames. Can't say anything bad. It was a great experience.

we had a great week stay in August with hotel being in such a great location, with great staff, and lovely breakfast to start our day. Hotel was clean, quiet, and served to be a great place to stay in NOLA

This was a great little hotel in the heart of the French Quarter just off Bourbon St. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfy beds, breakfast included, nice courtyard area with pool which was a nice way to end the day.

Initially parking/dropping off your car is confusing. Check-in was fine, but when we arrived at the room, we were surprised to find strange spots on the ceiling and chair underneath. A friend and I stayed at Hotel Le Marais for a wedding next door. The rooms were clean and the staff was extremely kind, especially the very lovely lady who was the evening manager. Peaceful courtyard. Bar was nice. Excellent rooms with very comfortable beds. Rarely did we hear Bourbon Street. Convenient location to everything. Without a doubt I would […] stay here again. The only drawback is that you have to temp park on the other side of the street to load and unload your bags. It was nice, but I expected nicer for the price. It's right off Bourbon St, if you're into that, but still pretty centrally located. The pool is small, but nice, however the sun only beats down on the pool area from about 11am-1pm. The bed is comfy, but there's no amenities like a normal upscale hotel. This hotel is amazing for the price. Near Bourbon St, but quiet! Staff is great, rooms are immaculate, with all modern conveniences. Good breakfast, newspaper, small, but decent gym. It's just perfect!

My wife and i stayed here 3 days this week. The hotel looks and feels new. Very nice room on par with our stay at the Omni in Austin, TX. The valet is expensive but I don't think you can do cheaper on your own. Restaurants and bars just down the block are excellent. Definitely a gem.

My girlfriend & our 2 boys had a great, quiet, comfortable stay at Le Marais. Close to everything with great walkability & a cool International ambience... Good coffee & Restaurants are close by.... The staff were excellent and attentive, & friendly!! - 3 cajuns & a Hawkeye in Chi-town!

Hotel renovations done within the past year are still sparkly fresh. Everything in the room was clean and new, and the bed was very comfortable. Individual temp control in the room was handy, as the locals seem to prefer refrigerator temps indoors. Even though steps away from Bourbon St, the room was very quiet. Walls a bit thin though -- could sometimes […] hear the neighbors. Courtyard was beautiful, and we frequently had it to ourselves. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Location is perfect, between Bourbon and Royal, and just 3 blocks from Canal and streetcars. Didn't need a car the entire time. Just taxied to and from airport, and the rest of time walked, biked, or took streetcar. Fantastic vacation. Mehr
