Sehr saubere und gut eingerichtete Zimmer.Nettes und sich kümmerndes Personal. Liegt allerdings etwas sehr außerhalb.Für einen Zwischenstopp, um noch ein anderes Ziel zu erreichen, Klasse.

Das Hotel bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.Das .Zimmer war gut ausgestattet mit Föhn, Bügeleisen und -brett, Mikrowelle.Heiswasserbereiter. TV. In San Antonio ist man ohne Auto wie im Gefängnis -total unbeweglich. Die Lage des Hotels war für uns optimal in der Nähe unserer Verwandten, das heisst 10 Minuten Autofahrt mit Tempo 100 kmh.oder 15 Minuten bis Downtown

Das Hotel bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für eine Übernachtung vor einem frühen Abflugtermin. Ein kostenloser Shuttle bringt einen in fünf Minuten zum Flughafen. Gute Shopping Mall kann zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreicht werden.

Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht da (Rückflug), aber das Hotel hat direkt überzeugt und wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Super eingerichtete Zimmer. Alles wirkte wie neu renoviert. Bequeme Betten und viel Platz. Sehr empfehlenswert. In Deutschland wäre das Hotel locker ein 4-Sterne-Hotel.

"Love the sleek modern look."
Only rhing i didnt like was the nosiey A/C. Other than that I loved it!! Clean, plenty of space freindly staff. Thank you SpringHill Suites. My stay was very peaceful.
Breakfast was a great benefit as we had 4 grandchildren. SeaWorld close and easy to get to.

We stayed here with our 4 yr old triplets the room was so clean the beds comfy the bathroom impeccable the staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great lots to choose from and the coffee delish!! we will definitely go back!!!

"This will be my new "home away from home""
when I'm in San Antonio. Everything is just the way I want and need it. Location is great--staff is wonderful--the beds are divine--the rooms are fabulous! We just opened a new office in San Antonio, so I'll be traveling there from time to time and I'll definitely make this my new San Antonio home!

"Family Reunion"
We were fortunate to arrive at the hotel after the majority of the renovation work had been completed, and it was beautiful! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was vast and fantastic! Our blended family of 10 will definitely choose Springhill again!
"Exclenet service... but confortable enough"
The hotel is well located, the staff is great, but the rooms are too old. they are starting a renovation on the hotel. I did not like the design. The TV is old and it does not have chanel for kids, and they put it in between the living are and the beds. I had the filling that for that amount of money I would it have a better room in another hotel.

this was my 2nd time to san antonio and the 1st time i didnt have a good hotel. this time i had a great time. my family and I really enjoyed the breakfast and everything the hotel had to offer. the staff was very helpful with everything we needed. the next time i return to san antonio i will be returning to this hotel.

Hotel was very easy to get to, after receiving verbal instructions from the front desk employee. (GPS wouldn't accept the NW 410 Loop address.) The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was better than the normal Continental Breakfast offered by most. "Nice Hotel!"
We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Don't rely on your Garmin, when you enter the address it defaults to another address. You have to search it by the name of the of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel!!

Really nice hotel, but GPS users need to be aware that the hotel address is a problem for both Garmin and Magellan (and possibly others) - they route the user to the opposite (SE) side of the city. Friendly and competent staff. Decent breakfast. Very comfortable bed. We'd stay here again. GPS users note: Garmin (and, according to the hotel staff, Magellan and others) incorrectly map the hotel's address and put the user on the opposite (SE) side of the city. El unico detalle negativo, fue que un dia no hicieron el aseo del cuarto
"pesima limpieza"
Estuve 10 dias de estancia, de los cuales solo 2 hubo limpieza en mi habitacion. Los vasos los dejaban sucios, las camas mal tendidas, no aspiraban, no se aseaba el baño. Pedi cuna y no se acordaron y hasta los dos ultimos dias la enviaron. No lo recomiendo.
