"I loved my stay there..."
I have stayed in atleast 10 different hotels throughout Killeen and Baymount Inn was by far the best. It didnt cost alot, the location was great, I havent seen a cleaner and more at home feeling in any hotel. The service both at the desk and the housekeepers was excellant, very friendly and helpful.
"Hospitality Plus"
The staff was excellent and helpful with directions to attractions and suggestions for good food in the area. I recommend the Baymont Inn to anyone visiting Ft. Hood.
"Good hotel, uncomfortable bed."
Overall I liked this hotel; however, the bed had to be one of the hardest and most uncomfortable I've come across. It was close to restaurants and the base which was nice, but it tended to get kind of noisy in the area at night. I left mostly satisfied if not quite as well rested as I wanted to be.

Good customer service nice rooms clean great price. Came back for another two nights stay. Easy access to and off the freeway. Lots of food and shoping facilities in the same area.

"Not that great"
This hotel needs to be updated for the prices they charge. TV's are outdated, our first room the heater never started working, the knob on the temp. setting was stripped and you couldn't adjust it. The next room we got was ok but still needed to be upgraded.

"Good location"
There were several choices of restaurants in the surrounding area and lots of stores. It was easy to find the Regional Airport. The employees were friendly. I give it a two thumbs up!

"Dont stay here!"
Rooms are shabby. The "suite" consists of a small refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom sink was not working and I was told I could take care of it myself with a plunger. I told the woman working at the front desk that I was not paying for the room so that I could use the plunger. In fairness, she did come and take care of it. THE STAFF WAS NICE, MY ROOM HAD A ODER AND I DIDNT HAVE A WEATHER STRIPPING UNDER MY DOOR AND THE COLD AIR WAS COMING IN I HAD TO USE TOWELS TO KEEP THE COLD AIR FROM COMING IN AND IT WAS 18 TO 20 DEGRESS
"Baymont good deal"
its in a great location but getting in and out is tricky because its near a busy intersection. But the parking is free and its in walking distance to everything you need
"Loud Party & Outdoor Entrance to Rooms..."
The actual room wasn't bad. The AC would freeze me in the middle of the night & I had no idea how to adjust it so it wouldn't freeze. I would set it at 71 & it would drop to 62. BRR! The room was clean, yet older & a bit rundown. My last night, there was a huge party out in the parking lot. There must have been 6-7 cars in a semi-circle in the parking […] lot & about 30 people, yelling, screaming & taking photos. I've since heard there has been street walkers that frequent the hotel. I finally called the police & the party goers left. The rooms all have outside facing doors. You could hear the cars start up & the people yelling at each other from room to room. I decided to move to another hotel right across the street & this place is so much better for not too much more. I wish I had known it had outward facing doors & that this was a party place before I spent money there. I would have stayed at this hotel instead. (Sleep Inn) Mehr
"Sufficient"
The rooms were not very nice, and the beds were semi-comfortable. In addition, the shower accomodations left something to be desired, as the shower head sprayed water either too hard or not enough. But considering that I needed this hotel only for a place to rest my head after a night out on the town, it was sufficient.

My husband and I wanted to be near the troops during the 4th weekend and to visit a smaller town with a big historical 4th parade. This hotel put us smack in the middle of everything. We however, got a great deal more by staying at the Baymont. The front staff was fantastic! They were the cherry on the top of the cake.

Friendly. Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Good amenities. Good internet. All you'd expect. Three-night discount was icing on the cake. Food & shopping within walking distance. Very pleased.

Check in was very quick and easy. Room was convenient and clean. The air had to be turned down to 60" to get any confortable temp. Was supposed to have 1 king but got 2 Doubles. Beds seemed very small. Pillows small; not standard size. Air not working in Breakfast area.

This hotel is in a very bad location...hard to get in and out of the parking lot due to traffic and a bunch of confusing one-way streets that you need to get used to if you are not from the area (a lot of driving past where you are going and doubling back). Staff was extremely rude...except for the cleaning lady...she was really nice and helpful. Wouldn't […] let us check out an hour later than normal which was irritating and inconvenient. Plumbing backed up in several of the first floor rooms our first night there...that was really pleasant. Towels were really thin, cheap, and old...not a big deal, but irritating nonetheless. We got a half off deal on this hotel for a short stay there which was the only reason we didn't leave immediately and find a nicer place (there are a bunch really close by). Spend a little extra money and stay at one of the slightly nicer hotels in the same area right off the 190...you will be glad you did. Mehr
"Really nice room, rate and staff!"
This was probably the nicest, most comfortable room for the money that I've ever stayed in! The hotel staff was also really great. The only problem - and it's a problem - is the traffic trying to get on and off of Trimmier, and in an out of the hotel parking lot. !st off was not impressed with the night receptionist, during check-in she acted like we were a bother to her and later went and asked for a cable for the computer and must have woke her up from sleep. 2nd After entering the room found that the HBO channel was not operating, notified the staff and was advised they would note it, stayed for 7 days and […] they never got it fixed. 3rd The bed must have been hade out of concrete, I was sore after the first night, might want to have them checked and get softer mattresses. 4th As for the location it was at a busy intersection and wasted a lot of time getting out of the parking lot. The hotel is what you expect from one of these motel chains...the rooms were a little larger than I expected which was nice. Not a bad place to stay if you need a room, not sure how it compares to other places in the area with the same price.

VERY NICE AND TENDED TO ALL OUR NEEDS. THEY DID MISS A WAKE UP CALL FOR US AND THE ALARM CLOCK WAS BROKE IN THE ROOM. BUT NOT A BIG DEAL TO US. IT WAS CLEAN AND THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. THE KIDS LOVED IT.

Not the correct hotel. The right one. You can only get in and out by turning right onto Trimmier. The Heavy traffic won't let you get out any other way. The front desk person was more interested in talking on the phone to her friend than assisting guests. The overall location of the hotel is convienient to HEB, Walgreens and several restaurants. "a good stay"
it was a pleasent stay. trying to make a left turn into the only entrance is nearly impossible. the toilet ran constantly because the chain on the flapper is too short. but over all we were happy to have pick this hotel and stayed there. the staff was nice too.

Our stay at the Baymount Hotel was very pleasurable, our room was very comfortable and roomie. We stayed at a different hotel a few weeks prior and there was no comparison. I will be staying at the Baymount Hotel again very soon, I prefer this hotel over others. Thank You

This hotel is at a great price for the room! Housekeeping was exceptional to my needs even when I did not need cleaning. The room was huge and very very well kept will definately stay there again!
