Der Blick über Lyon war herrlich, auch das angrenzende Shopping-Center war toll.

Hotel ist gut. Aussicht ist herrlich. Die Zimmer sind etwas älter, hat aber nicht gestört.

normal roons are too small and uncomfortable. we changed to bussiness room its roomy,alight-day time, enough wardrobes. poorly night lighted (night) away from the bed. Room isn't maintained properly Blackout drapes, finished work. Great halping staff !!

The hotel day time concierge is kind and knowledgeable. However, the night shift concierge is a waste of time. We asked him to call a restaurant for us and make reservations, which he obliged. When we got to the restaurant, they said he only enquired and never booked; therefore, we were turned away due to full capacity. It's not as easy to get a taxi […] in Lyon in comparison to Paris, very painful! The location is near Part Dieu station; however, if you have big suitcases, don't attempt to walk...please arrange for shuttle pickup. Breakfast is very good at the restaurant downstairs. Mehr

Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Lyon. Carlos G.

no adjustment possible on loud AC providing almost no cooling effect. windows don't open. small rooms, king bed was 2 twins, ceiling damage unrepaired, mold on bathroom tiles and curtain, light bulb dead, unfriendly welcome. But great location and free shuttle to Train station.

This hotel is very close to the Lyon Part Dieu train station, but unfortunately it is not easy to find when you arrive at the train station as we did not see any signage. There is a shopping mall between the station and the hotel, directly connected by a multi lane road (with narrow sidewalks) that tunnels under the shopping mall. We arrived on a train […] late in the evening and it was not clear in the dark that we would be safe walking though the road tunnel, so instead we entered the shopping mall that was nearly closed and could not find the exit to the hotel. We ended up exiting the shopping mall and had to walk a long way around it to find the hotel. Even though we had reserved a bed for two people, when we checked in they told us they only had that type of room available in a smoking room. We opted for two twin beds in a non smoking room, but it was no issue as the beds were alongside each other like one big bed. I think the front desk person should have explained that to us. The hotel appears to be built 20-30 years ago and the facility is out of date. The first room we got was very warm because the air conditioning was not working property and none of the windows open (it was cool outside!) The bellman was very helpful and brought us a bucket of ice and then arranged for us to change rooms to one that was cooler. There were no available power outlets near the desk and all the power outlets (except for the TV) turned off when we turned out the room lights, so It was difficult to charge my laptop or cell phone overnight. There was not even a power outlet in the bathroom! My laptop power supply did not work at all on any outlet, and I assumed it had been damaged on the train, but later it worked fine, so it was the hotel’s power outlets that did not work. I would hesitate to stay in this hotel until they remodel the rooms to ensure air conditioning/ventilation works correctly and there are power outlets suitable for a business hotel. excellent view, good service a bit run down in maintanence suggest to add coffee maker and safe in room suggest to improve the pillow

A notre arrivée, le voiturier nous a demandé d'enlever notre voiture des places de stationnement situées devant l'entrée alors que nous avions réservé dans l'hôtel. Donc le 1er accueil nous a tout de suite refroidi. En ce qui concerne les bagages, pas un coup de main, pour nous indiquer la réception pas non plus d'informations de sa part, et pour finir […] pour se garer au parking de l'hôtel on a également dû se débrouiller tout seul. Concernant l'accueil à la réception, rien à dire. Nous avons eu rapidement nos clés et l'administratif a été rapidement fait. Nous avions réservé au 39ème et dernier étage. La vue de la chambre est magnifique. Par contre, après avoir rouler pendant 5h nous voulions prendre une douche histoire de se rafraichir avant de sortir. Et là, surprise, une baignoire sale. De la saleté et des cheveux ou poils. Donc niveau hygiène ce n'est pas le top. Le dernier point à noter également : le parking est très chère (15 euros la journée). En résumé, nous avons été déçu de l'accueil du voiturier et de la propreté des lieux pour un hôtel 4 étoiles et pas donné niveau budget. Mehr

La chambre n'était pas très spacieuse. Le plafond de la chambre était tout écaillé. Je ne sais pas si c'est parce que nous avions fait une réservation à tarif "hotel.com" que cette chambre au plafond abimé nous a été attribuée!! mais au tarif normal, c'aurait été très désagréable. L'emplacement de l'hotel est idéal pour une vue sur Lyon.

Cet hotel a serieusement besoin d'etre renove. La peinture pele, la moquette sent et il y a de la moisissure dans la salle de bain. Les meubles aussi ont vu de meilleurs jours. Pas acceptable pour le prix de la chambre.

Accès complexe depuis la gare malgré la proximité. Chambre mal éclairée, vétuste, le papier se décolle, la peinture est écaillée et la moquette tachée, une odeur de moisi. Le restaurant où est servi le petit déjeuner a été victime d'un dégât des eaux, des trous dans le plancher sont dissimulés par des tapis. Il faut sans cesse réclamer pour obtenir […] ce qui manque sur le buffet. J'ai fait part de mon mécontentement au départ et on m'a répondu : "nous savons beaucoup de nos clients nous le signalent. nous espérons vous revoir prochainement". Pour un 4 étoiles, je suis vraiment très déçu, lit tout mou, télévision d'un autre temps, et obligation de demander une lampe supplémentaire car on ne voyait rien du tout. Le petit déjeuner pour la modique somme de 20 euros est une aberration, presque rien sur le buffet, rien qui ne justifie un tel prix. Chambre trop petite et devrait être refaite car de nombreuses fissures. Pour le reste c'est mieux que l'Hilton à Lyon concernant la qualité du service hôtelier.

Les chambres sont chères, sales et vétustes. Pas d'écran plat mais un simple téléviseur qui date d'au moins 15 ans... Minibar affreusement cher. Taches sur la moquette.Parking non compris. Bref a éviter...

La seule chose à retenir est la vue panoramique que l'on a sur tout Lyon. Cela est vraiment super, surtout si la chambre donne sur la presqu'ile (arrondissement 1,2,4) L'état des chambres n'est vraiment pas trés bon et n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles : tapisseries vieilles commencant a se décoller par endroit, et des rideaux pleins de poussiéres. Hôtel de bon standing très bien situé, à proximité d'un très grand centre commercial et à 15 minute à pied du centre ville. Vue sur la ville magnifique. Personnel très sympathique et serviable. Notre chambre était bien agencée et très tranquille grâce au système de double porte couloir/hall/chambre. L'hôtel mériterait quelques rénovations mais le confort […] reste encore bon. Mehr

L'hôtel est difficile d'accès, le personnel est inattentif quand présent. La chambre était sale, taches aux murs et au plafond, poils et cheveux sur le lit. Le décor de l'hotel est mediocre mais la vue est superbe.

chambre trop petite . aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement wc dans salle de bain pas admissible dans un 4 étoiles rapport qalité / prix moyen pour ce typed'établissement
