Sleep Inn Phoenix Airport - Phoenix

The room was very small and the overhead lighting was non-existent making it very difficult to repack bags. My room was definitely in need of renovation. However, all I wanted was a place to lay my head near the Phoenix airport at a reasonable price. Probably would not stay here again though.

One night easy stay, very close to airport. Free shuttle was punctual and efficient. Good place to stay coming in or going out of Phoenix. Room was very nice and the staff were very efficient and friendly.

We arrived late, and left very early. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The 24 hr airport shuttle was essential for us. It would be nice if the hotel would provide tea/coffee, fruit or something for people to "grab on the go."

The rooms are small but have the things that you would want. Nice TV, hot water, breakfast and the room was inexpensive. Towels were a little fread. But every thing worked like it was supposed to. Breakfast had cereal and warm items as well. Biscuits & gravy hashbrowns (Tatortots), Juices bagels. etc.

The hotel was great but there was a problem getting back money that was charged to my debit card for incidentals. I was told it would be $25.00 but what they took was $84.94. One clerk said I would get the money back the next day, but the morning clerk said I had to monitor my account for 2 weeks and then call them back if it was not refunded! Ridiculous! […] What a way to run a business. Just received a call from the manager who now tells me that the bank will not allow him to release my money.... WOW! Shuttle was quick even at 12am. Rooms were good, nothing fancy but enough to sleep and shower in. Breakfast ok

We needed a room for one night before flying home from Phoenix, and for a very reasonable price, the Sleep Inn provided all of the services we desired: a restaurant with a few yards of the hotel with very nice fare; free shuttle service to and from the airport; a surprisingly generous breakfast; and a clean, comfortable room. Wanted a hotel close to the airport with free transport to and from. Also wanted a hot tub to unwind overnight between flights. Was able to order in food at a reasonable price. On short notice was a great stay

We had two rooms, which were clean and well laid out. Internet access was great. My daughter particularly liked the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was the equal of other "free" breakfasts, with juices, cereals, muffins, toast, hard boiled eggs and DIY waffles. And decent coffee.

The room was comfortable enough for an overnight stay and airport shuttle made the hotel very convenient.

This hotel is as convenient to Sky Harbor Airport as both nearby Marriotts at a far better rate (the Courtyard would have cost another $100). My room was clean and quiet, and I slept very well. The hotel shows some signs of wear and the TV was older, which I don't really care about, and breakfast was negligible. But each room has a fridge and microwave, […] which allowed me eat healthier and cool my beer without running to the ice machine. The wifi connection was fine. Also, the staff was very friendly. Shuttle to/from airport was efficient and convenient. Contrary to comments in other reviews, the shuttle runs to the airport & back, and the light rail station & back. We didn't use the 2nd option. The shuttle doesn't operate to other locations. The airport was conveniently close, whch is why we picked this hotel. The breakfast that starts at 5am already […] is a plus. Mehr

The Sleep Inn in Phoenix was in a perfect location for our overnight before our flight the next morning. The location was close to the car rental and the shuttle to the airport.

The hotel was nice, but for the price I was not very happy. I had asked for a smoking room, which I didn't receive, so I had to go downstairs every time I wanted to smoke, but hey, I get it, I'm a smoker. I also had asked for a room with 2 beds, but the hotel was pretty booked so I did not get that as well. Also, if i wanted a room with a bed that folded, […] it was extra!! Pretty lame. So the room was tiny for what I payed. It only had a stand in shower, which was ok, but it had a sliding door to the toilet, which was not ok. The shower was clean and so was the toilet. The room was also clean, but when the cleaning crew came in, they never took all the trash in the room, which sucked because the room was small. The bed was comfy and was clean. Overall the room was nice, but just expensive. The lady at the front desk was confused about everything, which was awesome!! It was however close to the airport and they had a shuttle. But being close to the airport I constantly heard planes overhead, but that wasn't too bad. But being so close too, there were always people coming in and out of the hotel especially on my floor, so it was kinda loud. It being the week of spring break didn't help much either. Had a fridge and a microwave which was nice. If I only had to stay a night or two, I would probably stay here if I had no other choices. All in all, the hotel was nice, but I think I will take my chances elsewhere. Mehr

This was our second visit to this hotel. We had stayed here 14 days prior at the start of our vacation (as a easy-airport access option- we were travelling on to Mexico). We had no problems. The hotel is not fancy, but its clean,up-to-date, and its very close to the airport. There is a free shuttle easily accessed from Sky Harbour and the driver, Juan, […] is hilarious. There is a perfectly adequate continental breakfast. There is no other food at the hotel, but there is a bar/grill at the very nearby Hilton. or you can walk a few blocks to Denny's if you need to. If you dont mind no frills, and want easy and convenient airport access, I would recommend the Sleep Inn. Mehr

arrived at airport late at night -- catching the shuttle and getting to the hotel were easy and hassle free. hotel was clean and convenient.

It was your typical run-of-the-mill hotel. Nothing special about it but no major complaints. My wife thought the room was too small, but I thought it was fine. Do be aware that this hotel is close to the airport and not well sound-proofed. I was awoken by the early morning flights. Just something to take into account if you are a light sleeper.

Average airport hotel. Small room. Staff not particularly friendly. Shuttle departed 10 minutes late.

Affordable hotel. Hotel was just as I expected for the price. Service was good, hotel condition was good, location was good. Best part was the 24hr shuttle. Had an extremely early flight, scheduled shuttle for 5am, and shuttle was on-time. Great room, quiet, professional, very clean and updated. Definately GPS the directions it's hard to find!

The hotel was affordable and the beds were comfortable and that was all we needed. We were going to check out after the first night however because the rooms were old and muggy, the bathrooms are very small, they were cleaned but suffering from too much moisture. The beds seemed clean. We called on other hotels in the area and they were quite a bit […] more expensive so we just stayed, but I wouldn't stay again. The breakfast was ok. The front desk service was bad, they checked you in and out, but didn't really want to mess with you much besides that, unless you were a pilot, then you got priority. The shuttle was helpful. Mehr

The room smelled like mold, the shuttle driver was gassy(not much you can do there), I had difficulty understanding some of the staff from India. The location is very close to the airport. Overall the hotel is nice if you need a nice cheep deal. If you don't have transportation it can be quite a walk to food unless you want Denny's.

In previous reviews I read that this hotel had been recently remodeled and with their proximity to the airport and shuttle service, I was sold! The woman at the front desk was very helpful and the room was quite comfortable. I would stay here again.

very reasonable rate for hotel near airport. Very clean, they are in the middle of a remodel. I got a recently remodeled room, which was very nice. Staff was very friendly. Will stay again!

Suficiente para pasar unas horas antes de coger un vuelo a primera hora de la mañana. Simplemente correcto.
