Das Hotel liegt 2 Gehminuten von der Champs Elysees entfernt, 5 Minuten zum Triumphbogen. Viele Lokale in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wir haben ein gratis Upgrade bekommen, damit genug Platz für das Zustellbett des Kindes ist. Das Personal war besonders freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Bar im Hotel ist gut sortiert, hat eine live Pianospielerin, ist […] aber sehr teuer. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr ruhig, Blick zum Innenhof, für Pariser Verhältnisse extrem großräumig und mit einem tollen, großen, hellen Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Mehr

Beautiful hotel, centrally located to metro station and usual tourist attractions. Even though it was non-smoking, it was evident that the linens were washed by someone who did smoke as you could smell a faint odor. The room itself was spotless. We were put on the sixth floor that was being renovated, so the other floors looked nice. The room overlooks […] an indoor patio that was extremely noisy at night and the cigarette smoke and conversations drifted up to us on the sixth floor, so we had to close the windows. Nowhere in the hotel guide were we told that there was a charge for breakfast. It just said to enjoy an American style breakfast in the restaurant, which usually means to me included in the price of the hotel stay. We were shocked to be charged 50 euro each day for the two of us for four days. If we had known, we would have gone elsewhere or stocked up on food for our lunches. was very disappointed with the hotel; firstly it claims to have a restaurant - it doesn't work in the evenings, we had to order room service first evening we were there because my son was tired and the food was awful, the bar it claims to have is a drafty lobby area where although they do serve the drinks i wouldn't call it a bar; also it took me about […] 5 calls to the receiption to get someone to put a travel cot into the room (i've requested it when registering), and then further 2 calls to get the bedding - we ended up getting everything ready for bed at about 9 pm which is very late for my 2 year old son; the fridge in the room wasn't working well which meant we couldn't store my son's medication which had to be stored in the fridge; also the breakfast was not great but very expensive - so i am afraid i haven't got any positive feedback to give and overall am very disappointed and would not recomment this place to anyone Mehr

Lovely hotel with wonderful service. Very pleased that the concierge was willing and able to make dinner reservations for us a month in advance of our visit. Really enjoyed our visit here. The only drawback was the distance from the Ile de la Cite area and the Left Bank which was where most of our interest lay, but this was easlily conquered with the […] Metro. Would definitely return. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are great and location is a bit grotty because of near by construction but you're very close to everything and that is a big bonus. Very elegant hotel.

Great location, right off the Champs and near all the shopping as well as the George V rail stop (and a few others). Area is expensive but if you find the cafes a block of two off the Champs you get a great experience - also less noisy! Hotel was in great condition - very nice bathroom - though it had a half door (don't know how to describe this) and […] it took a minute or two to master showering without getting the room wet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is construction and constant traffic on Rue di Berri - but you can't hear it in your room - or even in the lobby! Wish I had stopped at the hotel bar for a nightcap - it looked fantastic - but after long days of walking up Montmatre we were too tired! I'd recommend this to friends and family. Mehr

We just returned from a 5 day stay in this hotel. I would NOT recommend staying in this hotel. The hotel and room was very clean and comfortable but the staff and what they call customer service was very poor. They have no real concierge to help you with any information or logistic questions you may have. And when you do ask, many of them act like you […] are stupid and taking up their time. This is Paris.... so many tourist, why wouldn't they have one on staff at t hotel such as this??? Also, we had to ask several times for items to be brought to our room (extra towels, ice, etc.) some items never made it, even after several calls to the desk. Last on my list of complaints...DON'T EXPECT TO HAVE INTERNET!!! The wi fi in the lobby (and not in the rooms) only worked a few hours during our entire 5 day stay... for the kind of money this hotel charges, they should provide you with reliable service. Hotel is conveniently located just off of the Champs Elysees. Its an older but tastefully classic French interiors hotel. Excellent and attentive staff who go out of their way to welcome you and provide assistance. Rooms are very large for a central Paris Hotel and beds are extremely comoirtable. Nice hotel good location

The Pro's: Check in and check out was fast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They even upgrade our room to a suite for free. When we left the doorman insisted on getting us a nice town car taxi so we would feel comfortable. Service and staff was AMAZING!!! The cons: The hotel was on a crazy, noisey and scetchy street. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and will surely stay in it next time we visit Paris,espescially if room rate is convenient. Reservation through Hotels.com was very easy and highly professional....we,surely,shall use your services next time we travel.

Super convenient to Champs Elysees!! Close to the activity and restaurants. The hotel staff were very attentive and professional. The breakfast buffet was included in the room costs and offered a large selection of cheese, meats and fruit as well as eggs and sausage. Food was well prepared, tasty and not greasy. Too much building work going on in the street near the hotel and major renovations underway in rooms in the same corridor we were staying in. Very convienient to the marathon.

We spent two nights at the Hotel California. We had a lovely room with a fantastic bathroom. The hotel's location was brilliant- only a minute's walk to the Avenue de Champs Elysees. We found this a perfect location for our stay in Paris. Staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us good advice. The beds were really comfortable and we didn't hear […] any noise from other guests. The buffet breakfast was lovely and was available until 12 at the weekend. A super hotel in great location close to the Metro. We were able to check in early and it was a good base to see the Champs Elysees and Eiffel Tower, and with the George V metro stop a 3 minute walk away access to all the major sites was easy. We weren't sure where to eat on the Satruday night so checked with Concierge on local options - he steered […] us away from the overpriced local bistro's and made a reservation for us at a fantastic restaurant about a 10 minute cab ride away - a real treat. An elegant hotel, with staff that really makes you feel at home. They were delightful to deal with and we enjoyed dealing with them and were super helpful. The hotel is really targeted at businessmen however, and not really a tourist hotel, but to us this did not matter. The room was a little smaller that we expected. I recently spent six nights at the Hotel California Champs Elysees in Paris with a friend. One would expect that a four star hotel would have better security. On our first day there we got into the room about one o'clock in the afternoon and took a nap for a couple of hours. We left the room about five o'clock, went for a walk and dinner. We arrived […] back at nine-thirty. During this time someone came in our room, went through all our luggage and stole our Blackberry and charger. We had all valuables in the safe, but the blackberry was on the desk charging. This room uses a key card for access and access to hotel floors are by card access only. When we went and talked to the hotel manager, he told us that they record all key activity and would get back to me in a couple of days. We knew they were not responsible. It stated clearly that the only time they are responsible is if you left something in the office safe. Two days later they left a letter in the room. It stated that there had been no entry into the room during the time we were gone. Clearly someone did enter our room as our Blackberry and charger were gone when we returned from dinner. If their security did not record the entry, they have a serious secuirty flaw. I did not expect them to do anything, it was clear that they are not responsible for anything stolen. But, to tell us that no one came into our room was upsetting and made us feel less safe in our room for the remainder of the trip. Mehr

Ren og nyoppusset rom. Hjelpsom og svært hyggelig betjening. Sentralt i Paris lett adg til metro og gå avstand til de fleste severdigheter og shopping.

Vi är mycket nöjda med vår hotellvistelse. Speciellt uppskattade vi gymmet, som trots att det var ganska litet gav oss det utbyte vi önskade. Persolen i receptionen var trevlig och hjälpsam.Hotellets läge passade oss utmärkt med närheten till Metron

샹젤리제 근처에 있어 접근성이 좋고, 체크 아웃 후 짐 보관 가능. 전반적인 서비스 질이나 호텔 상태는 좋으나, room에서 wifi 이용이 안되는 점은 많이 불편함 (노트북이 있다면, 제공되는 LAN cable로 인터넷 이용 가능)

hotel ottimo per posizione pulizia gentilezza, ci hanno messo a disposizione anche l'ombrello per la pioggia, ma secondo me 25,00€ per la colazione è esagerato soprettutto se si prende solo un caffè.

Her var det en meget hyggelig og observant betjening som var på plass når man trengte den. Vakkert utsøkt interiør i fellesområdene med flott kunst overalt! Nydelig frokost. og meget sentral beliggenhet i sidegate rett i smørøyet ved paradegaten Champs-Elysèes.

The hotel was welmainrained but I am not sure if I would recommend the hotel to the others. But if you want to be in a great location but don't care much about facility or size of the size of the room, this works all well.

Es un hotel agradable en los Campos Elíseos. Las habitaciones están redoradas aunque con muchos elementos que habrianquenir cambiando. Para nosotros la mayor pega estaba en la limpieza diaria y el mantenimiento de los cosas básicas como toallas o champús. Pero en lineas generales es cómodo y con buen servicio.

Bokade hotellet under paris marathon 3 nätter, ville sov centralt på ett fräscht hotell som låg nära start och mål linjen. Fick verkligen att jag önskade av detta hotell. God mat, grym frukost, extremt trevlig engelskpratande personal, bra service i övrigt. Rummen kunde ha varit lite större för det priset , men 20-25 kvd räckte gott och väl till två […] personer några nätter. Spelade ingen roll vilken tid på dygnet vi var tillbaka, det var alltid nybäddat och nya handdukar osv till oss. 1 min tog det till champs .. så det var verkligen centralt. Kan anbefalla detta hotell i det starkaste ! :) Mehr

Hotel is zeer goed gelegen. Vriendelijk en gedienstig personeel. Zeer goed ontbijt, mooie propere kamers. Verzorgd.

Negativ: Måtte vente i 2 timer før rommet var klart. Lydt mellom rommene. Veldig lite rom. (rom 202) Positivt: Beliggenheten var veldig nærme Shamps Elysees. Prisen som vi fikk gjennom hotels.com var veldig mykje rimligere en prisen som hang i resepsjonen.

pour un hotel de cette classe, le confort est rudimentaire; petit lit (140) un seul chevet pas de fenetre dommage le personnel est charmant et très attentionné,

enfin un véritable 4 étoiles
