"Tolles Hotel - viel Schein, weniger Sein"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 29. Jan. 2013Beurteilung immer in Abhängigkeit des Preises: Sauberkeit i.O., bei genauen hinsehen Staub, Kratzer und Abnutzung obwohl das Hotel relativ neu. Ausstattung nur zum Teil nutzbar wie z.B. Fernseher im Spiegel ohne Funktion (warum baut man dann sowas), Fehler konnte nicht behoben werden. Dusche war eher ein Rinnsal. Servicequalität: Kredit Karte ist bei CheckIn immer Pflicht, Hinweis das Kosten bei Abreise Cash bezahlt werden wurde "vergessen". Aber - Blick toll, Lage für die Innenstadt toll, freundliche Dienstleister, gute Organisation.

"Für unseren Zweck genau richtig"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 6. Jan. 2013Das Hotel macht schon von aussen einen guten Eindruck. Es befindet sich zwar an einem Hwy, doch davon bekommt man drinnen nichts mit. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet was man für eine Übernachtung nach einem langen Flug braucht, vor allem aber waren sie sauber und ruhig. Weder am Abendessen, noch am Frühstück gab es irgendetwas auszusetzen. Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen an das Hotel, dafür wurden wir positiv überrascht.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 31. Dez. 2012... für das tolle Hotel, das voll und ganz unseren Ansprüchen und dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis entsprach. Die Umgebung ist nicht besonders schön, aber in Dallas ist eh alles nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, also fährt man weg. Vom Highway haben wir im Zimmer nichts gehört. Im Hotel gab es sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, der Zimmerservice war ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr geräumig, die Betten super, dazu mehrere Kopfkissen und auch ausreichend Decken. Alles praktisch eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer mit Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Wenn man weiss, wo man ist, kann man sich auch mit dem Frühstück arrangieren - es ist eben amerikanisch. Es gab jeden Tag frisches Obst, Vollkornprodukte, heißen Kaffee und alles war sauber. Wir können das Hotel in jedem Fall weiter empfehlen.

"etwas enttäuscht"
Nach einer Texas-Rundreise wollten wir noch zwei Nächte entspannen bevor es wieder nach Haus ging. Das Hotel wude wegen der guten Kritiken hinsichtlich Service und Freundlichkeit neben der Gesamtqualität gewählt. Hotel insgesamt ist in Ordnung, schöne Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer auf die Skyline von Dallas, Bett gemütlich, sauber, aber alles in Allem […] etwas enttäuscht von der Einrichtung und auch vor Allem von Service und Freundlichkeit beim Frühstück. Hier hatte man nicht das Gefühl sehr willkommen zu sein. Dies kann aber eine Ausnahme gewesen sein. Ansonsten, wer das Hotel zu einem günstigen Preis buchen kann, durchaus zu empfehlen. "Nice and Close to AAC"
Our check in was bittersweet. The first man to greet us was very friendly. Unfortunately, there was an error. A second man came to help. He never acknowledged us. At the beginning I had mentioned my Starwood card for points. I told him I had trouble activating it, and the nice man said he'd help me. During all the confusion, he forgot. So I mentioned […] it again. The rude man said "You can't use it since you booked through Expedia." He speaks?! I told him I'm aware of not recieving points for the booking, but what about for any in hotel spending? He says"Oh, you wanna do that?". Of course I do! I still don't know if it worked. The first man apologized and thanked us again, and off to our room we go. I chose this hotel because of the closeness to the American Airlines Center. Also, to accommodate friends. The room was perfect! Roomy and comfortable. Beds were cozy. It was just great for us and our friends to relax! Location is great for going to a game or concert. The room service was good. It was just a shame that we waited for awhile before they told us of being out of an item. But the server was friendly and the sandwich was tasty. The lobby and lounge area were elegant. The indoor or outdoor pools were cool! Nice and clean. Any staff we ran into (other than the rude man at check in) were just lovely. I will definitely be back! "Wonderful stay!"
We went to Dallas to see family and watch a hockey game. Unfortunately, I had gotten food poisoning two days before the trip and was still feeling sick while we were in Dallas. Hotel restaurant has a good breakfast buffet. However, we ate dinner in the restaurant the night before and it was hit and miss on the entrees. Overall, the service at the hotel was great and we will definitely stay there again! This is our 2nd time staying here. For the price you cannot beat the price and location near Uptown/Downtown Dallas. Since we have two toddlers, the suites with separate rooms are very important to keeping somewhat regular sleep patterns and less fussy kids on a weekend trip. Hotel is well kept (our room this time had some trash in it when we arrived), […] has all the amenities of higher priced hotels (room service, bar, indoor/outdoor pool) and the staff is always very pleasant. They have made an attempt to update an aging hotel. The staff couldn't have been better from the breakfast buffet to the front desk. The rooms were clean and it was great pricing including the free breakfast buffet and free wi-fi. "Awesome stay in Dallas at Sheraton!"
Had an amazing experience at this hotel. First, Deborah at check-in was super friendly and helpful. We got there right at 3 and there weren't any clean rooms yet so she gave us a room on the preferred guest floor (not sure what it's really called). We were pretty wowed at the room. It was like a small apartment with a separate bedroom. It was clean, […] quiet, and the bed was ultra comfortable. They had a great indoor pool and hot tub. Every time we walked by the front desk, we were greeted. The breakfast was fantastic and even had a Texas shaped waffle that was delicious. EVERY single person that worked there was friendly to us. The only thing I can think of that was negative was there was a slight musty smell in the hallway and room. Once the A/C kicked on though, the smell went away. I would definitely stay here again. "Did not get correct room"
Paid for 2 queen suite, got to hotel and learned they did not have that room for me because they were so crowded. They had a king suite for me and our room was for 5 people. Are you kidding me! They also could not give me great directions about finding the train. Instead stopped at a holiday inn down the street and they were so helpful! The rooms were […] clean and comfortable. So.... I'm irritated because I made this reservation 3 months in advance. Maybe this is the first and only time for the Sheraton and hotels.com MehrAuthentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

I was very unhappy with the fact that I specifically requested for two beds in the bedroom area and was forced to deal with only one. The people at the front desk assumed it was ok because of the pull out couch, which it was not because that bed was extremely uncomfortable. Excellent clean room with a balcony! Complimentary shuttle and free parking, hard to find this anywhere. Giant comfortable bed with seperate bedroom area and living room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! I actually just got done booking it again!Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

"It's just OK... Barely"
Nice check in Dirty sheets Rooms were not the worst I've seen. Bar was horrible (no cold beer and they only have.....one wine glass...one!) everything else gets a water glass. Nothing around this place except Medieval Times.... HazaaaaaAuthentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

"Didn't want to go home!"
The service was fabulous from the front desk clerk, to the waitress and bartender. We had a second floor room with a balcony and a very pleasing view if the Dallas skyline. The knob in the shower was broken, but other than that the stay was GREAT!!!Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

The staff was so nice - very helpful and friendly. Our room/suite was great -beautifully clean with very nice amenities, 2 flat screen TV's and roomy-and we had a fantastic view of downtown Dallas from our balcony. The free shuttle to the American Airlines Center was also a major plus! In the end, I wish I could have stayed more than one night and will […] definitely stay there again when I am back in Dallas.
