Das Hotel war gut erreichbar und fussläufig zu Downtown

Durch die Lage des Hotels direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstrasse ist an Ruhe in der Nacht nicht zu denken. Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants waren wohl in der näheren Umgebung. Downtown war leider um zu Fuß zuz erreichen zu weit entfernt.

No one told us the hotel was in the middle of a major renovation. The overlook of the hotel was not good and the unavoidable noise of the renovation was disturbing. I believe the hotel should be better once this renovation is complete.

We found it very comfortable , slept well. The room atmosphere was excellent, not stuffy as many hotel rooms tend to be. The TV set up wasn't easy to use, no menu on the screen.

Accent Inn Kelowna-very clean-excellent location-comfortable beds, very reasonably priced with excellent staff on-hand. I highly recommend the Accent Inn Kelowna to anyone planning a stay in this city, and particularily to travellers with pets. During our stay, it was a pleasure to stay with hotel keepers who obviously are animal lovers themselves.

Hotel was under construction, and I got frostbite from the staff!

dissapointed in hotel.coms neglecting to ask if we qualified for any of three discounts that we indeed did qualify for so we ended up paying alot more than needed .as far as the hotel its self it was alright.

We were looking for a clean quiet hotel close to the Hospital in Kelowna.... The Accent Inn was great, comfortable beds, ABC resteraunt and Starbucks, next door and very close to the Kelowna Hospital... I would recomend this hotel... we were very comfortable here during our three day stay...

street side of hotel very noisey. sink taps hard to work &bath tub tapes where backwards.room was nice & the beds were great. i would stay there again, but only on the backside away from the srteet.

Hotel was clean but undergoing major exterior renovations and this information was not stated at time of booking. However, front desk staff was very accomodating in changing our room so that the noise would not wake us up in the morning (our appointment was later in the morning so we didn't need to get up early). We stayed at the Accent Inn in Kelowna and it was affordable, clean and there is a restaraunt almost in the front parking lot as well as a Starbucks for a quick early am snack or breakfast. That was very handy and made our stay that much better. I was also happy that we didnt have to physically show up to the hotel to check in, but I called to make […] sure we could get in later on in the evening, and that was not a problem. Convienience is a big factor when you do not have your own transportation but rely on family when visiting. Mehr

Room was very clean and comfortable. We would recommend the Accent Inn to anyone.

Nice hotel in convienent location. however the bed was rather uncomfortable.

The Kelowna Accent was close to town and the beach (an easy walk for adults), and the room was clean and comfy. The air conditioning was welcome and efficient. Three small issues: 1) taps dripped (this is easily remediable); 2) the TV and its attendant remote seemed to have a mind of their own - time for an upgrade to flatscreens I'd say, even for a […] motel (this one is not so easy obviously); and 3) the kitchenette was actually very useful but it was missing a few obvious implements (a mixing bowl and a bottle opener for those few that still drink Coronas to name two), but it almost seemed as though it was really expected that we'd not make use of it? Just had the best stay! We stayed there 4 nights with 4 of us to the room and was comfortable and enjoyed the peace and quiet so quiet there. The staff will do what ever to make you feel at home and anything you need they will get it or tell you how you can. Beds where comfy loved coming home to them after a day of play. The only neg would be the resturant […] on site there it was terrible however the starbucks was amazing!! Everything is really close to the inn i would hightly recomend this hotel to every one thanks ACCENT INNS Mehr

Very comfortable and great location, near everything. Security out after midnight lent to a feeling of comfort. Comfortable bed. Water closet was outdated though.

Very clean and nice staff. Pool slightly small, but good for small kids.

Very happy with the room, staff was very polite and helpful.

Very clean- Very comfortable bed- great location with easy walking to many restaurants and shopping. Love the re-cycling box in the room.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to everything you need, would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to friends and family.

The staff were extremely helpful and informative. The location was within walking distance to waterfront, shopping and restaurants.

Stayed for two nights. Hotel was situated centrally so it was easy to get around. Surprisingly quiet given that it was just off of Harvey Ave/Hwy 97. The room was basic but clean. Staff was friendly. Good value.

This was our second stay this spring, in a reasonable, updated motel in a good locale. Quiet and clean, offering a variety of amenities, as some rooms have a mini-kitchen, or a sofa....ABC and Starbucks are right there, shopping is near, also close to Kelowna Hospital, which was vital for us.

Went over the spots available and got the best bang for my buck. VERY clean. Friendly, polite cleaning staff (and very thoughtful). Only negatives were that the elevator wasn't working on check-out, had to drag all our stuff down 3 fights of stairs and not able to get smaller bills/cash a $100 bill at office "over the weekend".

The staff at front desk was rude when we checked in but the next day staff was very pleasant. The traffic noise from highway is very loud, but I guess that can be expected when you want to be centrally located in Kelowna. Pool was not open yet, that would have been nice since it was very hot that weekend. Overall I suppose you get what you pay for.

This hotel is very well located in Kelowna, easy walking to the boardwalk and downtown. Very clean, very comfortable and very pleasant staff. Would recommend this hotel. Great Stay!!!!

Our stay at the Accent was very good. The desk clerk who was on at the time was verypolite and well informed. She also considered the noise coming from the very very busy street in front of the building and gave us a room at the back, where the noise was considerably less. The room was clean, but some maintenance is needed in the bathroom. The shower […] didn't work properly and the repairs made to the tub was a little beyond desired. But all in all for the price it was a very good stay. Mehr

Great Hotel. Nice location and clean. It can be noisy if the other guests are loud but that's not the hotel's fault. I will stay there on my next trip to Kelowna.

The lady at the front desk when we checked in should get roses. She was so pleasant and helpful.

Staying at the Accent Inns Kelowna was all I expected. All the Accent Inns I have stayed in in the past have been clean, great staff and good neighbourhoods. Any questions, any time are all met with a smile and correct information. The rooms are clean and spacious. My dog and I were treated as valued guests. They will even provide you with a tea kettle […] if you need one! The pet fee is a little high at $20 but not that far out of line for what the other hotels in the neighbourhood are charging. Mehr

The room was very clean and our room was on the back side of the hotel whcih was quiet. The hotel staff were friendly and polite. For the price this was a good deal. My daughter is 5 years old and the duck they leave on the edge of the bath was a nice treat for her!
