Clean, comfortable, easy to get to. Good breakfast. Would stay here again.

I enjoy staying at the Hyatt the staff is alway friendly and rooms a very comfortable. Only issue I had was the showerhead was loose and needs to be replaced. I was able to tighten it enough for a shower. Everything else was very nice and clean.

Handy to everything we needed. Excellent front desk help. Fixed the coffee early just for me. Will definitely stay here again.

the bed was amazing, so comfortable, down pillows were a nice surprise. beautiful rooms. could have used a better cable selection but the stay was great

Great Hotel, price was great, service was even better!!. Highly recommend!! will stay here again.

Nothing is perfect,but the Hyatt was 99.9 per cent! Really enjoyed the stay!!

The hotel was easy to access from the highway and had a lot of parking available. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Access to the attractions around San Antonio were just a short 15 to 20 minute drive. Great place for families.

Saw some bad reviews but decided to stay here anyway. Glad we did. Very luxurious type hotel for a low middle class working person. Not a large buffet for breakfast but the fruit made me stick to my diet. Good change in adding oatmeal on Sunday. Very nice rooms. comfortable beds. very large TV that sways both ways to be viewed by family in other side […] of room. Nice addition of soft water to bathe with. Not best tasting when brushing teeth though. Only downfall was a very loud toilet filling with water after it was flushed. Shutting the door helped. Mehr

Understaffed for Thanksgiving weekend....our beds were not made. Last night the toilet doesn't work and I call reception and they bring me a plunger and leave.....LOL! Some relaxation. If I wanted to work, I would have stayed home!

Excellent hotel -- nice and modern but still very comfortable. The beds are wonderfully cozy! Good breakfast in the morning. Only downfall was the shower -- it was difficult to control the water temperature and the water pressure was inconsistent.

We have stayed at this hotel many times before and we really like the location but most of all the size, layout and comfort of the room. My only complaint this time was the breakfast. It was a very busy morning and the breakfast room was very crowded. Food was running short and the employees were a little reluctant to refill some of the canisters because […] it was getting close to their closing (half hour). I wish this would not have been an issue but it was since I had four girls who were craving those little donuts...other than that our stay was great! Mehr

This hotel was spotless, well maintained, wonderful staff. I don't think we will stay anywhere else in San Antonio again. The maintenance staff even came around shortly before check out to confirm the room was in "exceptional condition" and it was! I don't have a single complaint. A/c in the first room sounded like a jackhammer in the room. But we were quickly moved to a new room.

Loved out stay here. Lobby staff was extremely helpful. Location was great. Near tons of restaurants, close to Sea World. Loved our stay and will definitely stay again.

To begin with the hotel staff was great and very helpful. The room was very roomy. Having a living room along with the bedroom was great. The location to Six Flags was nearby and close to many restaurants and stores. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

4th time we stay and always has been great

Great, friendly staff, most helpful. Since there are several hotels with the same name, it was confusing to find the one we had reservations for. It was difficult to find.

This hotel was overall good but they should think about adding another elevator, during breakfast and check out time its the same time for house keeping and you will have to wait a while for an available elevator and they should consider adding more to their breakfast options ( don't try the food salad)

Excellent customer service and a great room, more than I expected from a hotel this price. I highly recommend this hotel.

The bathroom is too small and there wasn't even a soap kept in the bathroom. For 2 days in a row, the only breakfast available was bread and butter with only one toaster working, so there were huge queues. And the service was lousy - with so many guests around, there was no one to see if the bread was getting over and needed a refill. The breakfast […] area is too small and was over-crowded. *No dresser to put your clothes in. Very little strorage space. After all we were staying for 9 nights. *Furniture is worn and pen marked. *Coffee cups were not clean, and had been drank out of. *When we asked that the bedding be changed. They brought us up a flat sheet and wanted us to change out the bed. * The back window overlooking the swimming […] pool was so charred as if this hotel had been in a fire, that I could not look out the window. Just gross. * Heavy dust in the room. My spouse layed her black shorts and clothes on a shelf next to the couch since there was no strorage, only to pick them up full of dust! The staff did not offer to clean them or anything! *We have pictures and tried to have the manager or the cleaning staff come up and show them. Neither of them showed. *We have stayed in Hyatts' throughout our travels, and for this hotel to call themselves a Hyatt is a total embarrassment to the Hyatt name. *We are comtemplating posting these photos on the social network so other travelers do not have to go through what we experienced! The staff was very helpful made by stay with 5 grandkids a lot easier, the rooms were more than I expected and a great price,will be staying there next visit to San Antonio!

Overall very good. Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Very pleasant, helpful staff. Plenty of free parking, excellent wi-fi. No major complaints. Just a few notes as to what could have made it better: AC did not seem to work in the hallways or the elevator. Some stains in the elevator capet. Breakfast could have been more...expected meats, eggs, potatoes, […] waffles, etc as other hotels offer. Newspaper available in lobby but not delivered to room as I prefer. However overall experience was very good. Staff is outstanding and very attentive. I needed to return to the hotel after checking out to use the computer in their business center due to unexpected developments and there was no problem in doing so. Mehr

Visited SeaWorld with my family and Hotel was approximately 15 min. Away depending on traffic. Staff was extremely friendly and service was excellent. I have also stayed at the Hyatt Place on the Riverwalk and was also a good experienece. There are restaurants near by like Saltgrass Steakhouse, Chipotle (favorite) and may others. Very nice well maintained hotel. Close to Fiesta Texas and Sea World. Pool was large and clean and the gym was well equiped. Breakfast was a little thin, but not bad.

The hotel was great, it was practically next door to my sister. The location was great and the service was even better ! Two thumbs up hyatt ! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family !

air condition in the room makes a loud noise and makes a difficulty to sleep in the night.

The room was great, plenty of room for the whole family. The staff was polite and friendly. Would stay their again if visiting San Antonio.

The bathtub had a leaky faucet and the room did not have a microwave.

too many large families staying in small hotel. this hotel is for the business traveler, not for families to make weekend getaways but for the price and amenities families do the latter.

We love staying at the Hyatt Place when we come to Six Flags. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are great! Very spacious and clean. We stay at Hyatt Place where ever we can now!

They would give me a 2 Queen bedroom as I requested because the reservation was made through a third party. One of the days, they didn't clean our room.
