Riesige Zimmer, aber absolut mangelhaft gereinigt. Beim Manager beschwert, als Trostpflaster 20$-Gutschein für das dortige Restaurant erhalten. Es musste zwei (2) Male gereinigt werden, bis es einigermaßen ging (besonders das Bad). Shuttlebus nicht zuverlässig bei Abholung, ein Mal nach einer Wartezeit von 1,5 Stunden und diversen Beschwichtigungen […] am Telefon Taxi genommen (12$) und vom Hotel erstatten lassen. WiFi kostet pro Tag 12,95$. Um die Ecke ist ein Restaurant der Kette Ruby Tuesday - lecker und günstig, das Essen im Hotel war nicht toll, das Frühstücksbufett aber gut. Ohne Auto ist man dort aufgeschmissen, da weit weg von allem. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden, kostenlos. Mehr

I will NEVER stay there again. In addition to paying for parking ( which I will never understand) the place is a dump. The room stunk, the furniture is out dated, the carpet is the same as it was when I stayed there for business more than 15 years ago, there was no cook to order breakfast as advertized like oter Embasy Suites, there was noise from people […] slaming there doors, the happy hour was a mess there was food and popcorn all over the floor and children running around unattended every where, the place is just terrible. You should not recomend that dump to anyone else. I have been staying at this hotel chain for more than 25 years this place is the worst. I am not saying that I won't stay at other Embasy Suites but not this one ever again. Mehr

accomodations were fine, but was very disapointed that the first room they assigned me was full of smoke and dirty dishes outside my room. I requested a new room and was kindly accomodated, but when I tried to log in to Internet was told that it was free for HHonors, but for me it would be 10.95, however they will give me one time access. I explained […] to the desk person that it even the cheap motels have free wi fi nowadays. in fact Mcdonalds and many coffee shops do as well, so it was ridiculous that a high end hotel like Embassy Suits wants to nickle and dime yu for this service. rather than just apologizing and acknowledging the short commings, the clerk minimize it and proceeded to tell me a story about her experience paying for parking at another place she stayed at, basically telling me that there other "worst places" I don't think that help defend Embassy's policy to charge for internet access. the hotel was bigger and more pleasant than we expected. the breakfast was more varied than usual for this kind of hotel and the breakfast staff was very helpful in getting us out quickly to meet our plane.

I've stayed at a couple of hotels near the Philly Airport and will never stay at one other than this again. Pool, Jacuzzi, large rooms that feel like home, friendly staff, made to order breakfast included. Also, there is a nightly manager's welcome that includes free cocktails and food. Totally worth the money.

This hotel suited my overnight stay. I was pleased with the size of the suite & the seperation between bedroom & living area. The hotel fulfilled all of my needs & the complimentry breakfast had a good selection of food. Overall, I would reccommend this hotel for the area.

I was surprised not to hear any airplanes, being so close to the airport, and enjoyed the free happy hour and full breakfast that was included. Unfortunately, when I returned to my room one evening, the door was ajar. Not sure if the cleaning staff was there, I called out, but there was no one in the room. A big security issue. The suite was clean and just comfortable, I have not one complaint. It was Penn relay weekend and they were booked but I had no problem with check-in or anything. Very Professional.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful day and night. They were informative about the surrounding area and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The cook to order breakfast/buffet was really good and the bed was comfortable. The 10pm curfew for unaccompanied minors was appreciated. Just wish they didn't charge […] for internet access and the snacks at the manager's cocktail hour left a lot to be desired... but hey it was free and I don't drink so I probably bothered me more than most :) All in all nice place and will gladly stay there again. This hotel is 10 mins driving from PHL. However, taxi are not available for you until 6:30 am. On the other hand, the shuttle bus to the airport can only take 13 people every time, and it needs to take 20 mins to sent every one to the right Terminal.

The room and hotel were fine, however the hotel was full of some teenage dance thing...of course, afterward, they were SHOUTING outside the balconies that surround the interior of the hotel (a terrible setup even if obnoxious teens not present).

This is a beautiful hotel. However the bed was like sleeping on the floor. Very uncomfortable. And since each room faces the atrium, there was an abundance of noise from children playing in the courtyard. I would not stay here again.

We arrived very late (near midnight) and called for the shuttle to arrive...it took close to an hour for them to get us. On our second stay (we were leaving very early in the morning) the sleeper sofa was broken...they did give us a second room. We kept our rental car as we did not want to depend on the shuttle getting us to our plane on time.

The hotel was so close to the airport which was nice for weary traveler. The staff was friendly & very professional. The room was spacious and clean. I always stay @ Embassy suites in all the cities I travel to & enjoy the manager's reception and the delicious hot breakfast every morning. Spacious rooms. Dated public areas. Full-throated singing and blasting radio by cleaning staff at 9:30AM is likely to bother people in neighboring rooms who are either sleeping or working.

For the Location I thought that this would be a five star experience. It was 1 star nightmare!!!!!!!!! We had to pay $7.00 a day for parking. The television in the main part of the suite was out for repairs! Kids everywhere!!!!! The managers buffett reception consisted of popcorn and a drink. The hotel itself is very nice. The problem is the shuttle service to and from the airport. When we arrived we were told the shuttle runs all the time- only 5 min- and we don't need to make reservations. Not true as we learned the next morning. We almost missed our flight. Upon return, we had to wait 1hr 20 min for a shuttle in the freezing cold, even […] after numerous calls by myself and the other angry passengers that fell for the same park for free deal. The hotel obviously does not have a shuttle constantly running. We watched the shuttles of competitor hotels looping by six and seven times before we even saw one Embassey Suites shuttle. I can't vouch for the proximity to downtown but we stayed here in between flights. The room was great, spacuious quiet and dark. Very large suite that we paid $135 for. Breakfast was superb with cooked to order components as well as a warm and cold buffet. The shuttle to and from the airport was on time and fast (say approx. 5-8 minutes?).

The only negative thing that I can say about this place was that the restaurant tables and chairs can use a makeover. The table we sat at for breakfast and dinner needed repairing and the seats we sat in could also use a makeover. Other than that, we had a very nice evening.
