This is probably about the 3rd time we have stayed at the Antlers. We love this hotel. The service is always good, nice rooms and the location can't be beat. The maid service to clean our room didn't come in until sometime late afternoon, so wasn't sure it was going to get done at all, but they came through. Thought the carpet in our room needed a good […] shampooing. Other than that, the room was very nice, good temperature settings. The staff is always great and Judge Baldwins is on the ground floor. Great sports bar, we spent alot of time there. Antlers is also just a block from great downtown area. Tons of cool places to eat, bars etc. Great place to go in the evening and walk, you don't need a vehicle. Antlers is also right next to the concert hall, so you can just walk there to hear a concert. We highly recommend this great hotel. Mehr

Great front staff and bar staff. Room had issues, but they moved us to another room quickly. Location was perfect for the nightlife downtown.

great experience, great - fantastic views---short walk to fun downtown colorado springs.....telling everyone who visits there to stay at antlers........

We love staying at the Antlers in Colorado Springs, it's right downtown and walking distance to parks, shopping, restaurants and a movie theater. The price through Hotels.com was a real advantage. We were not very pleased with the restaurant breakfast in the hotel. The buffet was not fresh or hot, fruit was old and the eggs were hard. I'd recommend […] the hotel but definitely a walk to a better restaurant nearby would have left a better taste in my mouth. Mehr

The heated pool was clean, warm, and awesome! We found the beds to be extremely comfortable. Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods made for a lovely view from our 11th floor window, even though the city below the mountains isn't much to look at. The hotel staff was friendly & helpful from check in to check out. The location was great for getting anywhere you want to go. We enjoyed it so much we have already booked for next stay.

Very comfortable and very nice room. Great location in downtown and an easy bike ride to Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. Helpful friendly staff. My only complaint, and this is small, is no WiFi in the rooms, but there is WiFi in the lobby.

The air conditioning works but would not cool off enough for a comfortable night sleep.

I was rudely greeted by the valet, carried my own luggage in. Only one person at the front desk and she was overwhelmed. My room was dirty, the sink faucet was broken, the lights are broken. I tried to use the business center, but the equipment is very outdated. I needed help, but again only the front desk person could help and she was overwhelmed with […] getting people checked in. When I called for my car, it took over 35 minutes and I was late for my appointment. I am so sad to see the Antlers name smeared with a poorly managed hotel!!!! Mehr

I grew up in Colorado Springs and always had a love of the downtown area. My only disappointment in the Antlers Hotel was the dirty window view of Pikes Peak. I cleaned the inside with a towel, but I could do nothing about the outside (11th floor). We paid extra for a mountain view, but I felt dirty when inside the room. Colorado Springs has such a great little downtown, and the Hilton Antlers was so close to it all! A 10 minute drive to must-see Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak Highway! The beds were so comfortable after a long day of fun in CO Springs!

Hotel stay was generally good, but early in morning there were no clean towels in pool, just large piles of dirty towels, likely from day before. I called front desk requesting clean towels and was told they would be brought down. I then swam for about a half hour, but no one ever came by with clean towels.

This is a nice hotel in a good location. Easy walking distance to downtown restaurants, shops and movie theater. Valet parking is available but we chose to self park which was no problem in an assigned area.

This hotel has everything I require: good location, nice bed linens, large thick towels, nice toiletries and coffee service, as well as a great neighborhood for walking. The only shortcoming is no great restaurants on site, however, there are many choices nearby in the downtown.

The Antlers badly needs renovation. The carpet in the room was very old, warn and dirty.

This hotel has a great location. The rooms are nice with great views. You do have to pay $15 for parking which adds on to the expense of the hotel.

Amazing staff. Clean. Wonderful Restaurant. We were able to take our dog. Great Location.

I have never stayed in a Hilton hotel before so this may have impacted my overall impression. This poor little Hilton seems to have been forgotten about. In our room (which seemed pricey due to the fact that it is located in Colorado Springs, not a big city) had paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom, the vent directly over the shower was completely […] lint ridden and there was nothing spectacular about the hotel. We tried to order dessert and the menu was not updated, they were out of ice cream. Also, in the bathroom, you could see the pipes and drains under the sink. I have never seen that before, no matter what hotel I was in....I guess my impression of a Hilton hotel was that it should be upscale. They charge a price that deems it so. The best things about this hotel was that the parking garage was a complete maze however, the signage was perfect and led you to exactly where you needed to be. More importantly, Neil at the counter for check-in was SUPERB! He is the reason why this Hilton gets a 3 and not a 2 on my report card. I feel that the Hilton's should rennovate this little fella that has a big presence in the city of Colorado Springs. Mehr

We keep coming back to this hotel because of its close proximity to interstate and lots of nice, mid-range restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. There is also a movie theater (artsy kind) and billards place within walking distance. We reserved 2 rooms for our family of 5. We were placed in rooms across hall from each other instead of […] adjoining (which they had). Otherwise, staff was very helpful. We were consistently greeted; they lined up a taxi for us; and pianist even played for my kids. The hotel is in excellent condition. Everything appeared clean except for the bedspread which I always remove from bed before sleeping anyways. The beds were comfortable. While both rooms had double beds, the one with the mountain view was a few feet narrower (too narrow in my opinion) reason for a 3 in comfort. It has a nice indoor pool (3'6" entire pool) and an exceptional fitness center that includes lots of aerobic machines and even free weights. The fitness & pool areas are a small trek from the hotel rooms. Because of the abundant restaurants within walking distance, we only ate breakfast at the hotel. The buffet was very nice and included a bar where omlettes were made-to-order. It included breads, bagels, cereals, oatmeal, variety of fruit, sandwiches, yogurt, bacon, sausage, pancakes, potatoes, and biscuits/gravy. Parking is in a shared multi-levl garage which is OK as long as we had the ticket to avoid paying upon exit and remembered the level on which we parked ;-) Mehr

Very nice hotel, historic but attempted to be kept updated. Everything was very clean and maintained, but renovations can only be taken so far before a complete gut is needed. This hotel was built in the times before bathroom fans, so that and a few other common hotel room amenities weren't available. Wall receptacle plugins were original. These things […] mentioned are very minor, this hotel is a great place to stay, very comfortable and clean beds and rooms. Mehr

the security guard at the hotel was so rude-we were part of a wedding party so of course we were excited but he called the police on our party & created more noise than anyone in our party by yelling at us all & calling the police

Older hotel which needs some updating to be considered a 4+ star hotel, extremely expensive breakfast buffet, which was just ok, the rooms need updating and had real issues w/ maintaining a comfortable temperature in room....overall a very average stay...

The Antlers hilton in colorado springs was in very good condition. Located in the center of the city, making it very easy to access local attractions and dining establisments. Staff was very informative and friendly.

The location was perfect, very centrally located. At night, it was great to be able to walk to restaurants and clubs within a couple of blocks.

Hands down....one of the best hotels in the Colorado Springs area. From the customer service to the surrrounding restaurants and entertainment. I wouldn't want to stay at any other hotel when I visit Colorado Springs. Thanks for the great stay Antlers Hilton.

We arrived on schedule and a room was assigned to us. We were on a tight schedule and did not have time to request a change. The floor in the room that was assigned to us was very dirty and there was a 2 1/2 inch spot of blue sticky something in the middle of the floor between the beds. The temperature was chilly and the heat did not work. Thw room […] was very small, i believe, compared to their normal rooms. When we checked out , they provided the parking fee ($15) for free due to the problems. They could not make any other adjustments due to the fact that we paid in advance to Hotels .com. I believe arrangements should be made to make further adjustments on the price because of the small room, no heat, condition of the floor and, the fact that both comforters were dirty. Mehr

This hotel is a joke! No valet or bellman. I came in with my two kids struggling with a lot of luggage and the man at the front counter laughed and said "that looked hard". There are no housekeepers or maintenance after 9pm so, I had to wait 2 hours for the 90 year old security gaurd to come fix our tv. The lobby is nice but once you hit the elevator […] it's like you enter into a time machine! This hotel hasn't been touched in at least 15 years. AC wasn't fuctioning. Sheets were stained and to top it off, when we complained the manager offered us free breakfast.... but it never came! I had to call 3 more times (ended up cancelling it). At that point the only retribution that would have made me happy was to get a refund. If this is the nicest hotel in Colorado Springs, this trip will definitely be my last visit to the city. Mehr

We were easy walking distance from a number of different restaurants and boutique shops. The heart of Colorado Springs nightlife was an easy 2 block walk - a microbrewery, martini bar, dance clubs and Irish pubs - something for almost all tastes. The staff was wonderful and informative. The bathroom was the size of one that might be found in a sleeper car and the restaurant only served breakfast but you could find bar food in the sports bar so that was disappointing considering the Antlers formerly had a great dining room and lounge. That said the gym was much better than most with a gorgeous view of the mountains. This grand lady […] has fallen on hard times, but the staff was very friendly. Paul, the bartender/coffee barista who has been with the property for over 40 years, is a gracious gentleman who makes every guest and regular customer feel at home as well as providing a sense of what the Antlers used to be in its day. I fear he is the last remnant of what was once a fine hotel. Mehr

The hotel lobby is nice, the rooms are not up to par and in need of repair. There are much nicer hotels in the Springs for less money. I can't believe that this has the name Hilton on it. There was a room across from us on the 5th floor and the fire alarm in the room went off at 6AM in the morning. It flooded the hallway and the water came into our […] room. The smell in the hallway was really bad. I checked out and the front desk did not even offer an apology. This hotel is not worth the price. Mehr

We were in CO Springs for a wedding and stayed at the Antlers Hilton. The place was great - good sized room, very nice workout facility, a pool/hot tub looking out to the mountains, and great staff. Would definitely go back.
