Das Hotel war sehr gut organisiert und das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider liegt das Hotel etwas abseits, so dass man auf ein Auto angewiesen ist, da die Taxen super teuer sind!
"Best Hotel in Colorado Springs"
Hands down....one of the best hotels in the Colorado Springs area. From the customer service to the surrrounding restaurants and entertainment. I wouldn't want to stay at any other hotel when I visit Colorado Springs. Thanks for the great stay Antlers Hilton.

"We feel we were treated as second rate."
We arrived on schedule and a room was assigned to us. We were on a tight schedule and did not have time to request a change. The floor in the room that was assigned to us was very dirty and there was a 2 1/2 inch spot of blue sticky something in the middle of the floor between the beds. The temperature was chilly and the heat did not work. Thw room […] was very small, i believe, compared to their normal rooms. When we checked out , they provided the parking fee ($15) for free due to the problems. They could not make any other adjustments due to the fact that we paid in advance to Hotels .com. I believe arrangements should be made to make further adjustments on the price because of the small room, no heat, condition of the floor and, the fact that both comforters were dirty. Mehr
This hotel is a joke! No valet or bellman. I came in with my two kids struggling with a lot of luggage and the man at the front counter laughed and said "that looked hard". There are no housekeepers or maintenance after 9pm so, I had to wait 2 hours for the 90 year old security gaurd to come fix our tv. The lobby is nice but once you hit the elevator […] it's like you enter into a time machine! This hotel hasn't been touched in at least 15 years. AC wasn't fuctioning. Sheets were stained and to top it off, when we complained the manager offered us free breakfast.... but it never came! I had to call 3 more times (ended up cancelling it). At that point the only retribution that would have made me happy was to get a refund. If this is the nicest hotel in Colorado Springs, this trip will definitely be my last visit to the city. Mehr
"Great location!"
We were easy walking distance from a number of different restaurants and boutique shops. The heart of Colorado Springs nightlife was an easy 2 block walk - a microbrewery, martini bar, dance clubs and Irish pubs - something for almost all tastes. The staff was wonderful and informative. "Decent but lacking in amenities"
The bathroom was the size of one that might be found in a sleeper car and the restaurant only served breakfast but you could find bar food in the sports bar so that was disappointing considering the Antlers formerly had a great dining room and lounge. That said the gym was much better than most with a gorgeous view of the mountains. This grand lady […] has fallen on hard times, but the staff was very friendly. Paul, the bartender/coffee barista who has been with the property for over 40 years, is a gracious gentleman who makes every guest and regular customer feel at home as well as providing a sense of what the Antlers used to be in its day. "Would not stay here again."
The hotel lobby is nice, the rooms are not up to par and in need of repair. There are much nicer hotels in the Springs for less money. I can't believe that this has the name Hilton on it. There was a room across from us on the 5th floor and the fire alarm in the room went off at 6AM in the morning. It flooded the hallway and the water came into our […] room. The smell in the hallway was really bad. I checked out and the front desk did not even offer an apology. This hotel is not worth the price. Mehr
"Great hotel"
We were in CO Springs for a wedding and stayed at the Antlers Hilton. The place was great - good sized room, very nice workout facility, a pool/hot tub looking out to the mountains, and great staff. Would definitely go back.

"One of the Best"
Our king size bedroom was spacious romm including the bathroom. A lot of thought was put into the design. The bathroom sink/dressing table had slots underneath to store items to give you more room on the very spacious countertop. They even provided a lighted vanity mirror. The coffee maker made 2 separate cups at the same time so I could make my husbands […] decaf and my regular together. The linens were outstanding and the bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever seen in a hotel. The iron did not "spit". Loved the work-out facility, the friendly staff, and the fresh fruit at the front desk. The only suggestion I have is they should have the help check the clock radio. It was not set at the correct time (several hours late) and could have made us late. Also the soundproofing was not what I would expect for a hotel of this quality. But certainly not the worst I have seen. And I liked that the doors did not slam but eased shut. If you're a light sleeper, just turn on the white noise on the tv. Mehr

"Pretty Good Value For the Money"
I wasn't happy about the lack of breakfast or the condition of the bathroom, but everything else was okay. It was at least comfortable and spacious.

"Great Place with reasonable cost"
Convenient downtown location. Clean, comfortable room with very comfy bed/pillows. Loved the brewery in house with great happy hour prices!

This hotel is located in a great location with clear view of the mountains. The staff is wonderful and facilities are nice. My biggest complaint is the bath room in the hotel. The quality of the bath room in this high priced hotel is no better than a small motel! "It was ok..."
I had lived in Colorado Springs for a number of years and had seen this Hotel change names several times. After moving to New Mexico, I came back to CO to visit some friends and booked a room there. The service out front where the valet was located I thought was exceptional. When I got to the front desk however, the young lady behind the counter was […] rude and seemed as though she just wanted me to get my key and move along, which I did. Later, in an attempt to order room service, I called down to the desk and again spoke with the rude employee, whom was still in a less than pleasant mood. The room was not bad for the price and the location puts you right in the heart of downtown, and close to some night spots. Mehr
