Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht, ruhig und doch sehr zentral gelegen. Das Hotel war sauber und ordentlich, leider wurde bei unseren 2 Übernachtungen nach der ersten Nacht wohl vergessen unser Zimmer zu reinigen, ok gibt schlimmeres, man kann ja die Handtücher auch 2x benutzen und da man in Vegas eh erst spät zurück ins Zimmer kommt, gehts halt mal in ein ungemachtes Bett. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel wird zur Zeit umgebaut, wir haben davon aber nichts mitbekommen, das Zimmer war schön ruhig. Da man direkt in der Freemont Street wohnt, kann man, sofern man nicht auf den Vegas Strip möchte, sein Auto stehen lassen und auch mal ein paar Drinks mehr zu sich nehmen. Die Freemont Street hat sich noch ein wenig den ursprünglichen Charme und Charakter von Vegas erhalten, es gibt hier sogar noch einige Casinos, wo man noch mit Münzen in den Slotmachines spielen kann. Wer mehr als nur 1-2 Nächte in Vegas verbringt, sollte sich diesen Teil der Stadt unbedingt auch mal anschauen, es lohnt sich. Wir würden beim nächsten Vegas Aufenthalt in diesem Hote auf jeden Fall wieder übernachten

DAs Hotel hatte Top-Zimmer und kostenlose Parkplätze. Wir waren unter der Woche dort. An den Wochenenden geht hier die Post ab. Die Swimming-Pools waren auch spitze, nur die Musik war uns persönlich zu laut. Auch im Casino und in der Lobby war es zu stark heruntergekühlt und einfach laut.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Das Hotel wurde vollständig renoviert; alles sehr sauber, freundliches Personal; wir hatten auch das Frühstück gebucht, gute Auswahl und ausreichend, leider muss man auch als Hotelgast nach 8:30 Uhr auf einen freien Tisch etwas warten; bis zum Strip sind es nur ein paar Autominuten; wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

"Free Upgrade"
We received a free upgrade without asking and the hotel was very friendly about giving us a late checkout due to some noise due to construction. I would definitely stay here again!
"In the centre"
Stunning location, friendly staff, comfortable room which was decent value for money. I'm not sure why I didn't like it more (it may have been paying over $8 for a bottle of beer).
I was not expecting to find black mold in the shower at a hotel with the name Caesers Palace, nor I was expecting to find lipstick in one of the small towels at the bathroom sink. Good thing I only stayed for one night.

Even though it can be unreasonably expensive at times, it's probably one of the best hotels on the strip.

Excellent hotel near alot of great amenities. We stayed in the original hotel. Although the bed was really comfortable, the hotel room that we got was kind of sparten with dated furnishings. We had friends in other parts of the hotel where the rooms were alot nicer. There was a stand in the bathroom that held the soaps. It looked like it hadn't been […] cleaned in 20 years. "Sure thing at Caesars"
You can't go wrong at Caesars. I cannot say anything bad at all about this hotel except a minor point about breakfast: if you order eggs, you will pay a premium for a poor quality product because they are the instant buffet line variety even when you order them on a plate.

"Great central location"
We had a wonderful stay at Caesars. When checking in, we requested a view of the strip but were disappointed when there were none available. However, the friendly front desk rep had upgraded us to a nicer room which was beautiful and then made us forget all about our previous disappointment. Loved the food at the Central Cafe near the entrance/check […] in, however the service was slower then normal. Overall, we enjoyed our time! Mehr

The hotel and its employees were fabulous. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We had a non-smoking room in the newer tower and it was worth it. The hotel was set in an ideal location and provided plenty of amenities. The only negative was lack of chairs at the pool. One of the nicest hotels we've stayed in! Absolutely loved it. We had a beautiful room with it's own whirlpool tub! Only negative was the price was on the high end. But would definitely stay here again!
"Good Times"
We asked for adjoining rooms in the cheaper/older tower and because they could not accommodate us, we were upgraded to the newer towers. I've stayed in the old towers before and would have only rated the stay a '4'. But the new towers are great and definitely a '5'. Super customer service for them to upgrade us, they very well could have just said 'too […] bad' and sent us on our way. Great location on strip. Mehr

"Dont book breakfast"
We booked bed and Breakfast for 2 nights but found the breakfast very poor and served after a long queue . The hotel itself is fine, clean rooms and friendly staff but it is an older building . If we travelled back to Vegas i would stay in one of the more modern hotels in this area .

Wow! Amazing! Loved the room. Jacuzzi and TV in the bathroom. The new Octavius tower is awesome!

"AWFUL customer service, dirty room, rude staff"
A friend and I recently decided to stay at Caesar's Palace and were excited to do so. When we checked in they gave us a "room that was ready", but was in fact still being cleaned. When it was done they said they'd bring bed covers by - and we noticed the bathroom was in disarray, dirty scuffmarks all over the floor. OK, not a big deal - we called down […] and asked for them to clean it. They promised they would. After leaving and coming back 4 hours later, the dirty shoe marks remained all over the bathroom floor. We went to the front desk to complain, and they were not only rude but also very unapologetic. They didn't even offer a reason as to why it was missed, or any kind of compensation. Long story short, the customer service was terrible for a supposed 4+ star hotel room; talking to other guests at the hotel they had similar problems and cleanliness issues (one guy had clumps of hair in the shower, holes in his sheets, half drunk beer, etc.). DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! For the price, you get a room slightly above a Comfort Inn with awful customer service. Mehr

"The god's didn't have it this good."
Right off the bat we show up 30 mins earlier than check in and the gentleman Adam (hotel check in), checks us in regardless. Our rooms weren't ready and we were apart from each other, my dad cannot keep a straight face when he is bummed and when Adam saw that he visibly sad, he upgraded us. Sweetest guy ever, even gave a follow up to see if we were […] settling in okay. The pool is amazing, the forum shops are perfect for those in your group too young to gamble, and the food is amazing! Serendipity 3 had it for breakfast every morning. Played some of the tables at the wee hours when I couldn't sleep, all and all an amazing time. Mehr

"Beware of the mini bar"
Would have loved to be warned about the sensor mini bar! Instead everything was on my bill!! Other than that it's Caesars palace have fun
"Little bit disappointed"
In general, the hotel/casino is really well maintained. The rooms are quite big and in good condition. Only two negative things: In reception they said that they will search the "best available" room for us, the room was otherwise okay, but the views were towards the roof of the main building. We also booked a room with continental breakfast included. […] Later we discovered that the continental breakfast ment that you could use 9 dollars per person to get breakfast from a selection of the restaurantes in the casino. With 9 dollars you couln't get much - coffee and something. Not really a continental breakfast... Mehr
"Great Pool Scene, but no Buffett"
We had a really nice time staying at Caesar's Palace for the first time. We were there for 3 nights, but had two different bookings, the hotel staff was kind enough to let us stay in the same room. The Octavious Tower was brand new and very clean. We had to call and ask for maid service on Saturday (even though we were gone all day), but they made up […] for it by giving us a very nice turn down service - complete with waters and chocolates. The pool scene was great!! But very crowded (even though we were there in the beginning of April). Even though there were guests sitting on the floor, the staff refused to open all the pools. Only 5 of the advertized 7 pools were open. I wonder why?! One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because there was no resort fees and The Palace doesn't charge $40+ for two queens rather than one King. However, they charged us $24.95 for wifi service that didn't even work!! They also charged us $45 to use the gym!! That seems a little ridiculous!! I would prefer knowing that in advance of booking, it might have changed our minds. Small note - we were unable to send or receive any texts or get a signal on our iPhones from our room. All in all, we really loved the location and the easy of getting around. Mehr

So not impressed with Cesears! Will not return! 1. Housekeeping never cleaned our room! 2. Closet light turns on and off whenever you go to the bathroom at night! 3. Hair dryers are awful if you want to style your hair. 4. They charge you to sit by the pool! 5. $12.00 to make coffee in your room during our stay! 6. bed was marginal to uncomfortable! It was a brilliant night. Especially good location, near the hotel it is free night show: water show, pirate show. But including one person $9 breakfast is not to recommend.
"Caesars Palace - perfect location!"
I booked myself here for 3nts as a 30th birthday treat to myself as I was passing through the States to head back home to Oz. I was kindly upgraded to the next room category in the Augustus Tower. And no I didn't mention that it was my 30th! The room was maHOOsive. I loved it very much. Bigger than my 2 bedroom apartment I used to live in back in Manly. If […] you stay here - eat at the Trevi (Forum Shops), lovely Italian cuisine (I had the pizza). Hotel is centrally located, so a perfect place to start navigating along the Strip. Oh, a must is to go see Zumanity (Cirque show with a difference). Be open minded ;) Overall, I would definitely come back and stay at the Caesars! P.S. You can't help but chuckle when checking in as you picture the scene from "The Hangover"! And almost tempted to ask the same question... Mehr

If you go to Vegas Ceasers Palace is the place to stay. The rate was not out of line, the room was awesome and the staff is friendly and very courteous and professional. I will definetly go back.
