I booked the hotel for two nights (Friday and Saturday). Although the hotel guaranteed late arrival, by the time I arrived on Saturday morning, they had cancelled my reservation. Location was the reason I gave this facility a shot. The front desk staff was uneducated to which door would be closest to my room ( it was raining). Carpeting was worn and vein the hallways. An overall musty smell in our room. Requested non-smoking, but smelled like someone smoked in it. The bed requested was a queen but felt and looked like a double. The pillows were extremely small and not very comfortable. We were not expecting much of a complimentary breakfast and it turned out just as we thought. The hotel was on a main road in the middle of a shopping district. There was road noise and then there was a group of kids that were staying there running up and down the halls and yelling. I had booked this room months in advance with another party; we were placed at opposite ends of the hotel. When we arrived in our room we quickly noticed the bed spread had 3 stains on it. Housekeeping gave us a clean replacement but we were disgusted by the dirty linens. the room dirty,old, gross. A smell i just could not figure out what it was. cigarette/ mold/ wet dog/ indian food smell all mixed up. Did not even stay there went across the street and got a room at another hotel. You really do get what you pay for.Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms clean. The breakfast was great....eggs and waffles, etc. We wanted a queen bed room. The rooms with queens are on the same floor as smoking rooms and you can smell smoke coming from that end of the hall. But we asked for a room furthest away from the smoking rooms and were kindly accomodated. Once we […] closed our room door you couldn't smell smoke. We would stay here again.
