This hotel is great, especially for the price! The breakfast was fabulous, not just some bagels and muffins. Rooms were very comfortable and for the Hotel being close to a big intersection, it was nice and quiet. The Hotel is also SUPER close to Mall of New Hampshire and the airport! Will stay there again if we are ever in the area!

My only complaint is that the beds are tilted - they need to flip the mattresses from time to time. Since the beds are close to the wall and the TV is in the center of the room, all the beds tilt away from the wall and toward the TV. I stayed in two different rooms and both were the same. My room had a bad smell from the minute I walked in. It smelled like a sewage line had broke and the smell never went away. The Internet was so weak that I couldn't work on-line. When I first walked in, I was in the dark trying to find a light switch as the entrance light was burned out. To cap it all off, while laying in bed, I felt very itchy. The front desk staff was so nice when I checked in and even had a nice gift bag with a few goodies to munch on. Would stay there again and breakfast was good too.

The room was comfortable and convenient to the airport. It was also clean. The only downfall I would say is the slow plumbing. Slow flushing toilet and very slow draining tub.

The hotel was perfect and an excellent deal. Unfortunately, old AC made strange noises on third night, so I couldn't sleep. Noise persisted even after turning off AC!! Is it haunted ?! Hopefully you will get a room with a newer AC.

Although a one night stay in a chain hotel just off the highway and near the airport, they were very welcoming and friendly trying to meet and even anticipate our needs. Shuttle to the airport was early on a clean and well maintained van. Staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was good. Excellent staff. Breakfast person worked very hard to make sure everyone was satisfied. I've never seen a more concerned breakfast employee!! Hotel staff were very pleasant and eager to help in any way possible. We would definitely return to this property and recommend it to anyone!!

Room was very stincky sheets didn't feel clean at all Shower towels very small no hand lotion no hair conditioner hallways dirty, and hot

if you are looking for a queen size beds, dont get the double, the beds were too small for 2 people other than that the hotel was nice, breakfast buffet was great

Found this hotel to be very clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Is very convienient to airport and easy access to all major highways. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Will definitely choose this hotel again when traveling to Mancheser

I would stay here again. Nicely decorated. Nice staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Only one complaint - no low card / no sugar breakfast items or drinks were available.

The place was really nice. No problems.

Our stay at the Fairfield got off to a bad start when they had the reservation listed in their system for two double beds when I had requested a king. I later found out this was because they had some "heating issues" with some of the rooms and therefore my reservation got changed, which was not made clear to me at check-in. The room we stayed in was […] clean and tidy, but the sound insulation was non-existent. We could hear phones ringing, people walking, toilets flushing, etc. all night long. Our room was on the first floor and people were coming in through the back entrance (there is hardly any parking in front) all night long, and we could hear the door slamming. Then around 5am we could hear the people in the kitchen stacking dishes for about 30 minutes. Combined with the bed situation, it was well below our expectations which to be honest weren't that high to begin with. The only pluses are the convenient location and the rooms were clean, but I'm sure there are better choices in this area. Mehr

The hotel uses low quality bedding which felt itchy against my skin. It wasn't bed bugs as I found myself repeatedly turning on the lights to check. I would recommend spending more money and stay elsewhere.

Nice clean rooms. Checked in late, but everything was ready; service prompt and friendly. They even directed us to some late night eats. Breakfast was ample, although would have like it to go until 10am--breakfast stops at 9am. Otherwise, everything was great. Very convenient to everything in town.

I'm originally from Manchester, NH and currently live out-of-state. I was returning home with my loved one for a couple days and decided to stay at this establishment, where I have stayed once before. The bed was very comfortable, with lots of pillows, which I liked. The only thing I didn't really like was that the linens on the bed were not changed […] each day. The housekeeper made the bed, but with the same sheets. Perhaps this is typical but I could have sworn that sheets were changed daily. Breakfast daily (free) was very good....fruit, waffles, small breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, bagels, danish, milk, juice, etc. This hotel is very easy to find (right off I-93) and it's only a couple hundred feet from the largest street in Manchester (South Will St.) with almost everything you could ever need (mall, restaurants, shopping, supermarkets, banks, etc.). You can walk to what you need which is what I did (can you say STARBUCKS across the street?!). This hotel has FREE Wi-Fi in the entire building and there's a FREE computer you can use in the lobby if you don't have a computer with you. The only draw-back is that this hotel does not have a fitness center. Staff were friendly and accommodating, however, the housekeeper almost kicked me out of my room two hours prior to the check-out time (noon) on my last day. This is good value for your money. FYI- No bed bugs were found. Just thought you should know. :) Mehr

We booked a king sized bed-room...when we arrived we were told that they had overbooked and can not give us the room. We were told we would have to settle for 2 full beds. The person at the front desk was not helpful at all.

All staff members were great, attentive to details, and friendly. The first room we were assigned had some minor plumbing problems with the sink and toilet. Lawrence at the front desk moved us into another room immediately and no questions asked. The room was clean, comfortable, and the beds were exceedingly comfortable. Hotel was clean, staff were very professional and overall had a great experience.

The staff here was EXTREMELY kind and wonderful!

I appreciate this hotel because is geographic situation is very good. We are near every services like Hygway, Mall, Center of the City.

This hotel is close to the New England Dragway which we visit at least once a year and have stayed there the past 2 years and will most likely stay there again next year. Both years the front desk were very friendly and quite helpful in finding places to eat.

We checked in late, but no worries. Friendly, helpful, and professional front desk; clean, quiet room; ample and varied breakfast. Front desk gave us great hiking trail suggestions nearby.

The hotel provided the basic amenities, cleanliness, convenient location, personal safety and good parking for my trailer.
