Grundsätzlich waren wir zufrieden (siehe obige Bewrtung), einziger Wermutstropfen war die wirklich starke Geräuschbelästigung durch laufende Klimaanlagen am gegenüberliegenden Gebäude.

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (8/12) auf einen London-Trip und für uns war das Hotel ideal. Die Lage ist perfekt: Nähe zur tube (Euston/Station) und zum Bus (gleich vorm Hotel). Im Hotel erhielten wir gute Infos und Tickets (Big Bus Tour, Start vorm Hotel). Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war wunderbar (sauber, hell, freundlich) […] und ausreichend groß für 4 Personen. Das Frühstücksbuffet herrlich :-) Die kalte Klimaanlage am ersten Tag wurde am nächsten Tag sofort korrigiert. Für uns hat alles gepasst, danke! Mehr

Ich kann nur Bestnoten geben, weil alles wirklich sehr gut war. Uns allen ist das sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Personal in allen Bereichen in bester Erinnerung. Meine Kinder schwärmen heute noch vom reichhaltigen Frühstück. Da wir zusammen ein Zimmer teilten, wurde es mit den 2 zusätzlichen Betten natürlich etwas enger. The rooms are very tiny and the bar food was expensive -- I ordered a hamburger and salad for dinner and was shocked at the price. I normally expect that given a downtown location and a Hilton, but this truly too expensive. The bar is small and crowded, the location close to St. Pancras makes it a convenient choice, however. When you need somewhere to stay near the stations and you want a good hotel then the Hilton Euston is spot on. Nice clean room, very handy friendly staff great. Just one small point, when the towels remove a layer of skin rather than dry you I think it is time to change them.

Our hotel was a twin room, two small single beds, and very very small. It was on the front of the hotel next to the main road and church....... really really noisy all night and then woken up at 5am with bottle bins being changed. The clock tower also chimes every 15 minutes and the hour! Overall too loud - would never book here again unfortunatly. […] Good points - breakfast was great and good location for catching the Eurostar the following morning but twice the price of travel lodge so not worth it. I was surprised at how basic the room was considering it's a Hilton Hotel. The room and hotel were very clean, no complaints there. The service at breakfast was outstanding; they couldn't do enough for us but at the same time weren't overbearing. We booked the room with a discounted offer. We stayed for three nights. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Starting with a fast and efficient check-in, the room itself the room service and the first class breakfast. Everyone in the hotel was very friendly and very helpful. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to Oxford Street as well as The City.

Very friendly & helpful staff, we even got a welcoming smile from a young man painting near the lifts. Very impressed that the housekeepers had sorted our room while we were at breakfast, even though we saw no housekeeping staff in the corridors when we left the room. We love Hilton breakfasts but these were the best mushrooms yet!

Standard of room and first class breakfast stood out. I had contacted the hotel in advance to see if they could give us a room on our arrival (7am) and they did which made all the difference to the weekend

Great location near Euston Station. Breakfast was very substantial. Staff were very helpful and efficient. The only small issue was that the shower seemed to flow hot and then cold water in tiny spurts rather than mixing them together.

Ticked all the boxes for location, comfort and service. I had a room which had a connection to the adjacent room via a locked door. Unfortunately this means that sound travels throught this part easier and when combined with an annoying neighbour that returns at 4am talking loudly this means a disturbed night sleep. Whilst the Hilton cannot predict […] the behaviour of its guests, it could perhaps look into improving on this weakness. We were given a "double room", but one side of the bed was up against a wall. Furthermore, one side of the room was a low height which limited access from the bottom of the bed. The room was a single room with a double bed in it. The room was not large enough for two people which was the basis on which it was booked. Unacceptable

The staff were excellent in particular reception and concierge. Room was at top of hotel where the noise from the air conditioning or similar units on the roof was too loud to allow proper sleep

We only stayed the night and chose the hotel for its proximity to the station. Staff were friendly and the room was very spacious (family of 4 staying together). The only issue was that the room smelled a bit of wet carpet. Not sure if they had been recently cleaned. Overall it was a good stay.

Overall an excellent hotel, location ideal for Euston station. More intimate that most Hilton's, the room was small but modern and cosy. Only problem I had was that strangely the rooms do not feature mini bars, there is a fridge but not much use unless you bring your own drinks! When I asked about this I was told not the hotels policy to provide mini […] bars, they do room service but why have a fridge with no drinks in it ! Room had musty smell. Old blinds on window. Poor window outlook. Required decoration throughout. Breakfast was very good with excellent selection of food for both me and my wife. Great location for exploring Bloomsbury ,Camden Market etc and close to the west end. Comfortable,good price with breakfast included , breakfast staff in particular were right on top of their game in a busy restaurant and everybody was helpful and obliging .

Very pleasant and convenient, quiet and clean and the kids enjoyed it. No car park so you have to think about that if you are driving, however there is pay and display area around the hotel

We had a lovely stay. Myself and 2 sisters met up in London for the weekend. 1 sister didn;t stay after all but we found the hotel to be very convenient. Superbly clean and well staffed. Will definitely stay there again.

Comfortable hotel in area that I know. Staff polite and helpful. Location good for transport, British Museum, London University, London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Room adequate in size by London standards. Clean. Right next to gym and was a little noisy with music but not late at night. Children treated well by staff.

Hilton Hotels are considered by most one of the highest quality chains in the world. So when you book a Hilton Hotel, you expect more than the average hotel. This Hilton was definitely upto the expected qualilty of a Hilton Hotel. The room was very small, just enough room for the bed, a desk and a refigerator cabinet. But they also put in a tacky table […] and chairs wedged between the bed and cabinet, that blocked the window and made it almost impossible to close the drapes. Additionally, the hotel is on a busy street.and there is a lot of traffic noise even late at night. One last issue is that Euson is north of the tourist district of London. The reason you choose this are is to get larger rooms with more amenities. As discussed, this does not give you these extras but charges you the same as a central downtown London hotel. Mehr

The service at Hilton is impeccable. The front desk and breakfast staff are amazingly polite and were extremely helpful during our stay. We loved the cleanliness and interior of the hotel lobby and even though the rooms and corridors were a little '80s, it was extremely clean and kept as modern as possible. Loved, loved, loved it. After a disappointing stay overnight 10 days previously, the hotel management lived up to its promises and gave us a king deluxe room with all amenities and complimentary wi-fi for 2 nights. Stayed at the hotel overnight on the way to Scotland. Assigned a very small crowded room with a small double bed wedged in a corner up against a wall. Bathroom was adequate. Wi-fi very expensive for 24 hours. On the positive side - given access to the room at 10 am so able to try and sleep after all night flight.
