Everything was clean, new and in perfect condition from the bedding to the furniture. You could smell smoke in the halls and elevators, but our non-smoking... room had no odors whatsoever - no mustiness. The air unit was new and worked great, also. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and Janelle (supervisor) was amazing at answering questions and accommodating a few special requests. The only reason I gave it a 4 for an overall rating was the breakfast was supposed to be served from 6 to 10am and we went in at 9:30. The staff started clearing things away by 9:40 and since we were waiting for the belgian waffle iron & we had to wait a few minutes - fine. All the beverages were emply & the juice machine was watery. When we asked for some more milk in the caraf, we were told that they weren't going to fill it up because breakfast was over. It was 9:50. When I mentioned we had been there for a while waiting, they reluctantly filled it up. I noticed while I was eating that they buffet was completely cleared, cleaned and staff was gone and it was only 10:05. There is NO WAY with the size of the breakfast buffet, that it could be cleared away in 5 minutes. THAT'S the only real negative I have to say. So, just go to breakfast early enough that you don't have to deal with those issues. The wifi worked beautifully! The beds were sooo comfortabel and the pillows were perfect (not too hard, not too soft with just the right "fluff!" I recommend this Comfort Inn. von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 09.04.2013
