Close to the conference I was attending and close to shopping and restaurants.

Nice location, nice condition,

It was lovely and relaxing except for the people doing construction on the street/concrete and the food was lacking in quality for taste in comparison to the expense. Not worth the price. We just didnt want to have to leave our room or lobby. We did get a huge suite for the same price as an average room. It was well worth it. ;-)

I loved it just like every time that I am there.

My husband and I absolutely loved the hotel and will go back again!

The hotel was easy to find however when checking in the clerk gave no directions about how to get to my room nor how to access parking garage/entrance from parking. I also purchase my stay which according to your site stated it included breakfast for two each day however when we presented for breakfast was told our stay did not include breakfast and […] I would need to contact hotels.com The wi-fi internet service would not contact in the downstairs lobby nor outside so I accepted the in room wi-fi for 9.99 for 24hrs-it worked for maybe an hour and had to call the front desk who stated he could connect me with IT to discuss. I was so frustrated I simply cancelled the service since I did not want he hassle. This was a frustrating stay along with the very uncomfortable sleeper bed where the bars hurt due to the worned mattress pad. This stay should be free. Next trip Renaissance across the street for sure! Mehr

Great hotel, good location, food and bar very overpriced, for the same money or a bit cheaper you can take a short walk to cumberland mall and enjoy very fine dining at a number of very nice restaurants. Very pet friendly but not a lot of locations to walk a dog. I would definitly stay there again

The only thing that was a hassle was access to the parking garage.

This place is very close to anything you need. Grat room!

I really enjoyed the hotel. I had a King Suite and it was very nice and I felt very comfortable. I stayed 2 nights and I couldn't have asked for a better hotel. When I go to Atlanta, I'm staying at the Sheraton.

I typically like this particullar hotel. Upon booking I called them (3 days proir to arrival) with a couple of requwsts. The gentleman I spoke to assurred me that he will make it happen. Upon arrival none of the requested items were inplace. I called the front desk and after 3 trips from various people, we finally had the items. Shorlty after I went […] to iron my clothes and some white powder appearted on my colored shirt I had planned to wear out less than an hour later. I brought it the the attention of the front desk. She washed and hand delivered the shirt just in time for my nith out, I am overall satisfied but can see room for improvement, I may try a different hotel next time I reserve one. Mehr

I had a pleasant stay at the Sheraton while on vacation in Atlanta. The stay was great and extremely helpful although there were issues with the cleanliness of our room and we had to change rooms 3 times. Despite the room changes, I would stay at the hotel again, it was located the perfect distance from the city and right off the expressway. We liked how the location was close to all activities. The beds where not as comfortable as all the sheritons we have stayed in the past. We had our children there was little bedding for them had to beg for more pillows. The bathroom drains where slow to drain. They charge you to park and was not disclosed at reservation online. Room was very clean. Property […] is showing signs of age, exterior had plastic and and duct tape outside of windows in many places. I would think shereton would hold a higher standard for maintence of there properties. Staff was nice but don't expect anyone to get in a hurry to do anything. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was great. I would stay at this hotel again.

Loved our stay the staff has very nice and friendly. the room was a great size with a comfortable sofa and a large flat screen tv. the only problem was the bathroom was super small and the pillows were not very supportive.

This is a great hotel for the price. Friendly staff. My recent business stay was also fun and relaxing at night. Awesome rooms. Room service limited and waaay overpriced but you make up for it in other areas.

Great location, great room with very comfortable bed and linens. Unfortunately you have to pay for parking

This was a very nice hotel. The only issue I had is there were lots of lady bugs in my room. Not very clean in that aspect. Otherwise ok.

Great location except for the fact that it only has 1 entrance. Unless you plan to go south, you will have make u-turns. Easy for someone not familiar with the area to get in the wrong lane and end up back on I-75.

With so many hotels nearby, I would imagine there is a fair amount of competition for a guest's business. It's unfortunate that the staff at this hotel don't take that more seriously and treat their guests with respect. If you order room service, be sure to take the ticket to the hallway to read under the only light above 40 watts, and read each line […] very carefully. They automatically slip in gratuity charges on top of the service charge, all before they tax, and then still include a line for gratuity and your signature. If you don't watch out, you might double tip on $40 snack and your bill will come to $60. And don't expect the room service gentleman standing over your shoulder to have an honest thought and point out the fact that he's already added in his tip. He's likely doing the happy dance the second he leaves your room because he is betting that you will give him a 40% tip instead of 20%. Mehr

The hotel claims an indoor pool but they don't tell you the indoor pool feels like ice. They also don't tell you that you have to pay for parking $8.00 per night. The water is also a whopping $8.00 and internet is $10.00 per night. So they nickel and dime you to death and by the time you have stayed 3 nights you have spent another 50-100 bucks.

Great stay.

What a wonderful hotel stay. The staff were excellent and very helpful at every turn. The car service and hotel shuttle were great! Clean, quiet and very comfortable. The food and room service were excellent!!! Will stay there everytime I am in ATL!

This was the best deal i have gotten from hotels.com yet. Great room that has a completely separate t.v. watching area with a couch and fridge. It is right off the highway for easy on and off access. Parking is extra but very safe parking deck with elevator. Will definitely stay here again even without the great price.

Beautiful room with excellent view. Very close to everything you need and a very friendly staff. The hotel was quiet, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were very clean. No complaints!

Room was very nice and for such a great price. But the heating in the room was very poor no heating on the coldest day ever 02/12/2012, so it felt like i was in the cold still after returning from my attire.

My only complaint was the poor lighting in the hallway to your room. Did not feel safe. As far as the employees they went above and beyone to make sure my stay was perfect. Especially the lady over the bar and the bartender...My check in and out was wonderful. Staff A+ and the service to and from the mall was exceptional...

excellent view of the city and had a good price.

Close to highway. Easy to find. Staff was wonderful at front desk. Breakfast wasn't great and no buffet however it was Christmas so we looked past that. Love the hotel. We travel to Atlanta often and we would stay again. We think this may be our regular hotel now. Room was clean and comfy. Bed was wonderfully comfortable.

Enjoyed my stay, room was just what I needed for the holidays. The bed was great and the staff was AMAZING.

I always love this hotel. I try and stay here each visit. Wasn't as clean and quite as normal but still great overall.
