the hotel was clean and conveniently located for our stay. even though it is very close to the expressway it was very quiet. our only complaint was that the breakfast bar was pretty sparse by the time we went in at 8:30 in the morning. this wasn't a huge problem since there is a Denny's restaurant around the corner from the hotel. My parents were very pleased by the services that were rendered by the front desk, was very polite. I must say they wouldn't stop talking about their stay.

I enjoyed my stay. The tv didn't work, but it didn't really bother me since I got in really late and just wanted to go to bed. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I let them know before leaving that the tv didn't work. Room and bathroom were both very clean. I would stay there again. It was nice and quiet.

We checked in and they had us booked in a smoking room but they made sure to give us a non smoking room. The pool was not working and the bathroom was a tad small but other than that this was a great hotel for us to spend the night in.

Went I arrive to the hotel the person to de front desk is so rud. She b angry because I ask two ice one cuestion

the receptionist or attendis at the front desk was very rude. she has no smile. her explaination about the breakfast was intimidating. the two attendises was laughing behind my back. I was treated so horrible. I had never been serve so awful in my whole life. I stayed at this Super 8 motel on the weekend of August 6-8, 2011. I asked for a non-smoking room which I recieved. The only problem with was someone didn't get the memo and the staff didn't double check to make sure that it was smoke free. In all fairness, the clerk quickly moved me into a larger smoke free room. My complaint with this hotel is that […] it needs to be updated. The tv's were old and outdated, the bathrooms were small with not much room to moved around in, the paint was pealing off the walls, and they never had towels when I needed them. I think the owners want to keep all the profits for themselves instead of making the premises a little more updated. If at all possible, I will not stay here again. Other than Willowbrook being a nice friendly city, I will try to stay at another hotel should I stay in Willowbrook again. Minimum cable channels, no real breakfast served. . . . It was o.k. for the 2 nights but because of the busy weekend of the many things that were going on in Chicago, I was kind of forced to take this hotel. Next time I'll make sure I plan far in advance so that I won't have to stay here again. Mehr

The bathtub had mold where it was caulked, around the sides & soap dish. I took pictures as proof. This is a health hazzard. Also, the bed in the room was supposed to be King, but it was a queen. (Apparently a Queen is considered a King per the hotel).

I was more then disappointed. I was appauld at the quality of this hotel and the lack of service I got from the ustomer service rep, who couldn't find my reservation when I called in to complain. Suppose to be a non smoking room. The second I opened the door it was like I was in a tabbaco shop. The bathroom was so small that the door would open to […] 50degrees and no more. The smoke detector kept going off until I unplugged it and took out the battery. Breakfast was toast and two nasty looking muffins one which had mold on it. Mehr

We wanted a basic room to sleep and shower with a nice price. This was it

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!! Their superstart breakfast was nothing at all what they say! Cracks in windows that are taped up. Instead of putting the room out of order they place guests in it. The stairs around the pool area have chunks of concrete missing from them! ALL IN ALL THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!!!!!!

I've been traveling for many years. This is one of worst places that I've have ever stayed. First night no Tv remote, and no towels in room. No hot water, just warm water. Included breakast was very poor. Some of the staff was not friendly.

I have been staying that this hotel for several years, at least once or twice a year for trade shows in Chicago. This stay was one where I had to check out and recheck in. I had been staying there for several nights and needed to extend my stay. I ask if I could extend my stay at the same rate I had been paying, which was an advance payment special. […] And I was turned down, My wife went on the inernet and booked me a room at a reduced rate from what they were quoting me. I feel like that the staff should have been able to at least match the internet price and not require me to check out and then change rooms. If this is the way that this hotel treats returning customers l will find another place to stay while in am in town, Mehr

First problem was with check in. The man at the desk had such a thick accent that I couldn't understand anything he was saying. While his coworker that spoke better english just stood there and laughed. The room had unpainted drywall repairs. There was a chunk of wall missing in the bathroom that looked like it was covered in mold. Room service decided […] to wake me up 2hrs before check out. Why they would think I wanted them to clean my room 2hrs before I leave is beyond me. They tryed coming into the room even though I told them not to. Mehr

My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi reception was poor in my room.
