Der Service ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig etwa 10-15min vom Stadtzentrum (Einkaufsstraße O´Connel-Street) entfernt. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind etwas laut, weil eine 4spurige Straße unmittelbar vor dem Hotel entlang führt. Di Zimmer nch hinten sind ruhig, allerdings ohne Blick auf den Fluß und die Stadt. Nice, clean hotel with excellent staff. We were always greeted with a smile and any questions were dealt with promptly. All in all a good stay.

I always like the hotels in the Jurys chain, as they are without exception consistently very good. I always know exactly what I'm getting when I book a stay. The room was spotless, the service in the restaurant was excellent, and the one comment I had (the thermostat in the shower was broken, so the temperature could not be changed) was received courteously […] and I saw the receptionist make a note of the problem so I am confident that it would be addressed for the next guest. This hotel is perfect for going to a concert in the O2, its right beside it and only a stones throw from the city centre, its warm, friendly, comfortable and ideally located

We spent a very pleasant night in the hotel. I particularly commend the staff in the restaurant, who were extremely good. My only complain was that the thermostat in the shower was broken. Other than that, I couldn't fault it!

Stayed here for one night in March 2012. Check in was fast and fuss free and staff were helpful and friendly. The car park is ideally located and reasonably priced. The hotel is very convenient for those coming from the North as it's a minute or two away from the Port Tunnel - we arrived at 6pm and completely avoided rush hour traffic. The room was […] spotless and spacious. The bed was comfy and there was no noise whatsoever. The breakfast was excellent and again the service was great. The hotel is ideally located for the o2 and city centre. It was a pleasant 10 minute stroll to O'Connell Bridge. There are plenty of new restaurants and cafes closer to the hotel in what has become a vibrant area of Dublin. I don't have a bad word to say about the hotel and will definately book to stay here again. Mehr

myself and 3 others stayed here 2nd March for a concert in the o2. the staff couldn't be nicer or friendlier if they tried...hotel rooms were clean, tidy, very comfortable, and had everything we could need..the receptionist gave us two adjoining rooms so it was very convenient...overall, we loved our stay in this hotel, and i will be booking it again...would […] definitely recommend it to anyone...just perfect!!! I spent one night in Jurys Inn Custom House, Dublin. I found my stay extreamly pleasant, the only negitive was that the radiator made alot of noise which woke me during the night. Appart from this I was totaly content. :)

hotel was very convienent to the location i was going to, the 02. But the service in the resturant for the evening meal and the breakfast the next morning was just terrible, shocking delays in ordering your food and awful ques for breakfast with them running out of food, if you do not need to eat in hotel it is great. have stayed here many times but […] did not eat here. Excellent location to O2 and City Centre Stayed here to watch Noel Gallagher in concert at the O2. It is in a great location and easy walking distance of both the O2 and Temple Bar area. Get the 747 coach service from Dublin Airport stopped outside hotel 10 euro return we would stay here again , Nice 1

Very convient to the city centre.reasonably priced.its also very clean and kept to a high standard

Clean, modern, spacious room with sofa to sit comfortably on and watch TV. 747 service to and from Dublin airport stopped virtually outside. Easy walking distance to city and the sights including Temple Bar. Great breakfast and good value for money.

Lovely room with wonderful view of the Liffey. We were told when we went down to breakfast that it was not included (even though our booking included breakfast). The girl in the restaurant checked with reception who also said breakfast was not included. We had to trek back up to our room to get the computer printout proving we had paid for B+B. the reception staff on both occassions and the bar stafff were extemly polite and friendly . the room was clean but hopefully some product coulfd be used to get rid of the smell of stale cigarette smokel

This was an excellent hotel for the Convention Centre Dublin and the Ferryman pub. Breakfast was a bit confusing but the quality of food was very good.

Good service, lovely food. I had exams in the National College just 3 minutes walk, no problem getting a late check out between exams had use of room until 1.15pm. Really friends staff. Will be back.

Could not complain about any of the hotel's services or cleaniness of room...all excellent. Staff very helpful. Will stay here again. Parking was underground with an entrance to the hotel lobby-very convenient on a wet night.

Location very convenient for O2 and for city centre shopping. Have stayed here before and will definately be back again,

Stayed in a superior room, have no idea what the difference between that and the standard room was. very basic. hotel was very noisy too i could hear a phone vibrating in the room next to mine like it was in the room. no air conditioning, only a radiator, had to keep curtains closed because our room was right above the main door where everyone smoked […] and could see us very clearly. close to town so handy for one night. Hotel is a modern boutique type hotel convenient to bus and train station beside finiancill services area. rooms are clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. My only criticism was the public toilets on the first floor - Several of the cubicles were dirty with no toilet paper available. Good hotel, located in a great area if you want to go shopping in City centre, visit the Conference Cenrte or the 02 (Point Theatre)

Very nice hotel, very clean and comfortable. Rooms were lovely plenty of pillows blankets, towels etc. Staff were also very welcoming and helpful. This was my second time staying here and enjoyed both my stays. It is in the prime location for shopping in the city. Its also a few minutes walk from the bus station and luas line, so no need to pay for […] taxi's. Mehr

Hotel is only 10min walk from Temple Bar, located in the updated and trendy Docklands area. Breakfast was made up of good choices of hot and cold buffet and everything very fresh,papers were provided free and bedrooms were very clean.Price of stay was very compeditive and with all above included made the hotel a great choice. Well, where do i start!? This was a family weekend away meeting my brother who has been working in Dublin since June. We have travelled over to Dublin from England, and to check into Jury's Inn Custom House was just exceptional The staff were very polite and efficient, nothing too much trouble, the rooms were amasing, spacious, clean, ideal for our […] 1yr old to run around (and thanks for the great view of the River Liffey). We had breakfast everyday for the three mornings, fantastic choice, hot and cold, just dont leave it too late, or you might queue for a while...... Overall a great location, only a short 10minute walk to the Heart of Dublin in O'Connell Street. But overall a massive 10 out of 10, and would highly recommend to family and friends, Thanks Mehr

A long walking distance from the O2.

I thought it was great!

All good except car parking a bit steep at over 14 euro a day.

Very resonably priced hotel in a prime location close to the o2 and city centre, very friendly staff. Would definately stay here again.

The hotel staff were very helpful and polite. We had a choice of front or back of hotel which was very nice. (over looking the river Liffey) Beakfast was hot and plentiful. Our only complaint is you now have to pay for parking in the hotel which you never had to do before. €30 for two days. Which i thought was very expensive. Even a mention on the site […] as a heads up would have helped. I would recommend this Hotel but only if you don't take the car. Mehr

We were completely satisfied with the hotel staff and service. The situation is perfect and easily accessible.

Stayed for Business in Oct 2011. Room was fine but quite spartan. Main gripes would be; No free wireless/internet - €5 an hour! In this day and age I would have thought that free internet was a basic requirement for a business class hotel. Also, parking is a rather cheeky €14 or so which is quite expensive. Overall, adequate but uninspiring.

We enjoyed our stay but were very disappointed we were not told of charge of car park space. We thought Jurys Inn had their own parking facilities.

why is this a 3-star when some "4-star" hotels we have stayed at are worse (e.g. no air-conditioning nor car parking, and some are noisy)?

Reasonable hotel for the price but extra charge for parking is excessive.
