I was in town for a concert, and decided to stay here because it was closer to the venue. the staff was great; very friendly. I would stay there again.

Everything was great. The room the bed and the service. We will use it again for sure.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, felt safe. Not within walking distance to the fox, Sheldon etc

Really I could'nt believe it that there were people who cared about customer service. The Marriot Court yard in St.Louis, Mo. I was really happy with the rooms and how clean they were thet staff was so friendly and helpful they would answer my questions with a smile and would also give me tips on the hot spots in the downtown area. In town to catch a show and do some shopping the next day. Everyone was friendly. The room was nice. The AC/Heater was a little loud, but that's the only real complaint about the room. The breakfast was good - so overall a great stay.

While the hotel was not as nice as the one with the same name in Pensacola Florida, I could not ask for a better location to see all the downtown sites of St Louis! We were in town for the Rams-Saints game and were just a few miles from the Dome, the Arch, a short drive to the Anheuser-Busch Brewery, as well as other tourist spots.

Always a little nervous about having a Hotel in Down town St. Louis because of thieves who break into cars.This Hotel was downtown but they had Guards who kept watch over Hotel customers who had a room there.That gave me a lot of peace and mind.I will certainly stay there again.

Perfect stay for a trek to Busch Stadium for World Series Game. A bit pricey, but within reason. Wish the bar would have opened before 5, but oh well.

The hotel was conveniently located near most attractions. Parking accessible when most downtown hotels charged or valet. The room was nice and comfortable and nice view of skyline.

The hotel lobby is nice. Hallways and elevator are dated. Room is small but well maintained and good looking. Free parking!!! Hotel is a couple blocks away from union station and a couple blocks farther than that from downtown attractions. Overall I was happy with the stay.

We arrived at the hotel early but the very friendly, professional desk clerk allowed us to check in anyway. She gave us helpful hints on places to visit and provided printouts from a fantastic big screen TV-like computer in the lobby. I got this hotel for the weekend for a cardinals game. Even though its only a mile away from stadium seems like a very far walk. The hotel across the street offers a shuttle for $2 that is worth it in my opinion. The staff was very friendly, wish they had a continential breakfast. Otherwise very much enjoyed my stay.

Overall great hotel. It was kinda hard to find, the sign was a little hidden and the entrance was deceiving. Great lobby with a little bistro restuarant. Room was spacious with mattresses starting to show their age. New tv's and great idea to split up the sink from the shower/toilet. Not in walking distance of the ball park but there is a shuttle that […] will take you there for $2. Great Hotel. Mehr

The hotel staff was very accommodating. From the moment i checked in through the time I checked out. The little restaurant was very well staffed. The food choices was good,and the helpings were more than adequate. If I was going back to St. Louis soon I would not hesitate to stay there again. B. Sellers - Indiana

Lobby was very clean and inviting. The room was good, bed was very comfortable. The shower was excellent! You know alot of placed just do not have a good shower. This was a wonderful way to start the day. Breakfast was good (included with room price). I would definetly stay again

My family and I had a great time at this hotel. I was surprised to see the clean and modern lobby that wasn't over done. We were greeted with friendly staff and it was easy to check in. Getting there was easy and so was the access to downtown and highway. Unfortunately we had to pay for breakfast but we chose the option to have it included with the […] rate. The cafe staff was incredible and very friendly and fast. Free parking was great too. If you are looking for a high class swanky hotel, it might not work for you but for the price I rate it 4 stars especially for the service, convience, cleanliness, and access to downtown and other fun St Louis stuff. Very friendly and helpful staff, but the hotel needs a bit of refreshing. The room was clean, but quite a bit dated. Not what I was expecting from a Courtyard. This hotel is just outside of the downtown area and it is a little bit of a rough neighborhood. I would not feel comfortable walking around at night.

Good location, clean room

I went to st. louie to walk under the arch at midnight new years eve...the courtyard stay made the next morning even more amazing with a spetacular view of the skyline at sunrise. Thank to Miss Mary for arranging the room with that wonderful view. Other staff on duty that time were also most pleasent...A+ =^.^=

Was not worth the price we paid to stay there. The hotel itself was nice but the service was below average. The person checking us in did not know what they were doing and took forever. We asked several staff questions about the area and no one seemed to know anything. We interacted with about 4-5 staff; half were friendly and half were not. Close to downtown activities but with good price. No real problems but nothing to rave about either. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Picked the deluxe king bed room which didn't even have a mini fridge or microwave. The room could use some updates like maybe a flat screen TV. But overall the stay wasn't bad.

Overall this is a nice hotel. I was very satisfied with the room size and cleaniless. I had a nice king size bed. The pillows were super comfortable. I thought it was closer to the Arch, but it was about 22 blocks from the Arch. It is only 3 blocks from Union Station, where there are many food choices for lunch and dinner. Also, there are volunteers […] on staff downstairs that are very helpful with directions around the downtown area. The metrolink (subway) system was easily accessible from many locations close to the hotel. I never had to take a taxi. It runs from airport to union station, which was about a 3 minute walk to the hotel. Mehr

Was hoping to check in early, unable to....that's the only bad thing I can say. Room was fine for the price. Hotel is close enough to take a cheap cab ride to Busch Stadium or Scottstrade Center. The guy working check in desk was extremely nice & gave great recommendations as to where to go out too. 2nd time staying here...Excellent....little pricey […] for what I got it for, but alot going on the weekend I stayed. I found the room to be very clean and nice. I was wondering why the tv was not placed in a position for both people in bed to comfortably look at it. Otherwise, no complaints. The staff was great.

We were in town to attend a concert, and were thankful that this hotel was nearby. The place was very clean and well-maintained. They even had a small restaurant that serves breakfast and supper; nothing exceptional, but it is what you would expect from a motel food service. The free use of internet from the lobby was a plus. The downside was that […] the room was very small and did not have as many amenities for the price paid for the room. Obviously the room was pricey because of the downtown St. Louis location, but a room like this would go for $75-$100 less if it were in a smaller city. The bathroom was decent, but I've seen better in many 1 or 2 star motels. The kicker is when the motel charged me an extra 75 cents for a local call, which the other party did not even answer! I figured that the price of the stay should cover such perks, and it is foolish to nickel and dime your guests like that. Overall, it was a decent stay, but next time, I will forgo the downtown hotels and save considerable money by finding similar-quality accommodations on the Illinois side. Mehr

We stayed here for the All-Star game and all the festivities. The price and the condition of the hotel were great - it was clean, modern, nicely decorated, comfortable. The people who worked at the front desk were all supernice and very accommodating. They always called our cabs for us. The only thing that kind of stunk was that there was no ATM in […] the hotel - there was one across the street though. And it was a little far from the action of downtown - we couldn't walk to the stadium (we would have but it was sooo hot) and had to take a cab each time we wanted to get downtown. But otherwise, if I were going to St. Louis again I would stay here, no doubt. Mehr

I com to St. Louis every year around the 4th of July and frequent the hotel. I was suprised to find that the lobby and restaurant area had been renovated. The colors are very warm and relaxing. Although I was looking forward to having my usual belgin waffel from the breakfast buffet the hotel used to have, the bistro style restaurant area was still […] nice. This Hotel was a good location for what we wanted to do.rooms were clean and nicely decorated. when we left we left a book we purched at the Arch and a glsses case with 1,200.00 dollars in it . when I got home I called the Hotel,but nothing was turned in. really didnt expect it would be.I only wish there were more honest people.

We found this hotel to be a good buy for the location -- close to downtown (walking distance) and events without a high $. Nice clean room with comfortable beds. Only downfall is the lack of a reasonaby priced full restaurant on-site (particularly for breakfast) as there are dinner establishments close by.
