Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, vielen Dank.

Das Hotel war ok, jedoch zu teuer für das was geboten wird. Wir waren ein paar Tage vorher im Travelodge ein paar Häuser weiter und haben daher den direkten Vergleich, dass es für weniger Geld mehr geben kann. Die Zimmer waren sauber, jedoch ist alles in einem alten Zustand und daher nicht besser als jedes gehobene Motel. Die Lage ist jedoch für Ausflüge […] in die Everglades und Keys ideal. Mehr

übliches Kettenhotel - Lage an der Hauptstraße - Outlet nebenan. Insgesamt nichts vom Hocker reißendes, aber Kühlschrank, sauber und das Frühstück genießbar. Freundliches, bemühtes Personal, auch wenn unser Zimmer um 16.00 Uhr noch nicht fertig war. Wir sind dann noch in die Everglades gefahren.

Das Personal ist freundlich, ,das Fruehstueck ist ausreichend. die Lage als Tor zu den Everglades gut. Das Hotel hat definitiv schon bessere Zeiten gesehen; wenn die Möbel kaputt sind und die Toilettentuer mit der Kloschuessel kollidiert liesse sich das sicher beheben; aber es ist ein preiswertes Hotel, und fuer zwei Tage liess es ich aushalten.

Wir habendes Hotel als erste Unterkunft nach einem langem Flug genutzt. Es ist einfach, sauber und freundlich. Das enthaltene Frühstück sollte man nur im Notfall nutzen.

gute lage,direkt am outlet,schnell in den everglades

Lage neben Factory Outlet Center und an der Strasse nach Key West. Preislich attraktiv wenn man nicht zu pingelig mit der Sauberkeit ist. Jedoch kein unangenehmer Geruch wie sonst manchmal.

Der Empfang war professionell und freundlich, das Hotel machte einen gepflegten Eindruck, das Frühstück war etwas umfangreicher als bisher in ähnlichen Hotels gewohnt. Eigentlich alles erfreulich, wenn es in unserem Zimmer nicht so streng nach chemischen "Luftverbesserern" gerochen hätte. Auf der Airconditon unter dem Fenster hatte sich zudem eine Vielzahl […] toter Fliegen angesammelt, im Bad löste sich teilweise die Farbe am Türrahmen und zeigte unschönen Rost. Wir reisen als Familie (2 Erw. 2 Kinder) durch die Südstaaten der U.S.A., und das hier ist mit Abstand das komfortabelste Hotel das wir für wenig Geld gebucht haben. Es war einfach alles SUPER auch das Frühstück ist absolut empfehlenswert. Gerne buchen wir hier wieder. Check in / Check out, Parkplatz und Pool war alles bestens.

Das Hotel liegt in sehr Zentraler Lage, Ideal zum Besuchen der Everglades. In unmittelbarer Nähe, zu Fuss erreichbar befindet sich ein Premium Outlet. Sehr netter Service im Office und ein Computer mit Drucker steht dort allen Gästen zur Verfügung, ebenfalls Kaffee rund um die Uhr. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. We have stay many times at a Ramada hotel and it is nice, clean and cheap. Not luxus but a nice one night stay over. We would come back.

The hotel is in a great location for visiting the Everglades, Biscayne National Park and the Keys. However the although the room was cleaned the floor still looked dirty and the room was dank. If anything would only recommend for an overnight stay if travelling from the keys up to Florida. The kids enjoyed the pool and the receptionist was great when […] the kidds mentioned they couldn't wait to get in the pool moved as she changed our rooms to right next to the pool which made it easier for us. We chose this hotel because other travelers' reviews mentioned its convenient location if you were going to the national parks or to the Keys. It did not disappoint in that respect. However, the service at this hotel leaves much to be desired. The front desk staff was unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. When we first got there, besides not being […] acknowledged, the two people on staff were trying almost desperately to look over our heads. Puzzled, we turned around and saw that an "exciting" game of Wheel of Fortune was playing on a TV behind us. Suddenly, the front desk phone started ringing and to our amazement, the staff began a match of rock-paper-scissors to see who would pick up the phone. The phone rang a good 4 or 5 times before their 3-round game was over. At the end of our trip, we wanted to check out the night before because we needed to leave at 3:30am the next morning to make it to the airport. We have done this at plenty of other hotels without a problem. But we were told we had to check out in the morning, yes at 3:30am. We mentioned that the hotel had already been paid for on hotels.com, but nothing we said would change their unhelpful minds. The next day when i went to check out, a different person at the front desk simply said "you're good to go," with nothing for me to do. And as if we hadn't seen enough wildlife in the national parks, we had a raccoon dart from an open trash can in one of their hallways, down the stairs, through my legs, through my wife's legs, and into the brush. The general hygiene was not good. On our second day the room had not even been cleaned, beds undone, towels on the floor, bathroom dirty...we were meant to have had some response via email form Ramada by now as we did lodge a complaint but to datewe have not heard from any management.

Nice, clean hotel just by the US-1. Nice staff, good breakfast and decent rooms.

I liked this place 1 ) Closer to a lot of eating places 2 ) The receptionist was very nice 3 ) the b'fast was good (not just frozen stuff ) 4 ) The rooms were spacious and had a good shower (not a lame one !! ) 5 ) Very courteous service. Will be happy to go and stay there again !

I picked this hotel because the pool looked beautiful in the pictures with nice lounge chairs. I was super excited to get there and lay in the sun by the pool. When I got there those nice lounge chair...gone. When I ask the staff they said they ordered new ones because the old chairs broke. If I'd known that I couldn't lay the pool I would have booked […] a different hotel. Everything else was great. The breakfast was yummy. Mehr

This hotel served us well. It provided everything we were looking for - location, location, location. As well as a comfortable room, good service and a very reliable staff.

The good: Convenient location, good breakfast and polite staff. The bad: Internet never worked. The front-desk asked us to call a number to fix connection issues, but the number was not reachable. Also, they knew that four guests were staying in the room, but provided us with two towels. We actually had to ask for more towels.

the owner really need to invest some dollars in this place. It is a great location and unfortunately in very poor condition. They were out of breakfast by 8:30 and weren't willing to refill anything. We couldn't get hot water and the spigots wouldn't turn off. Tile in bathrooms was suspect. Over all adequate.

This hotel is in a great location for proximity to the Keys and the Everglades. Overall it is an average hotel, with it's ups and downs. The staff seemed friendly, but when we inquired about the laundry facilities indicated on the Hotels.com profile, they send the laundry out. They were quick to give us directions to nearby laundromats, but I want to […] warn potential customers that there are no washer/dryers on site for the patrons to use. Other hiccups with our stay included the broken ice machine and lack of pillows and towels when we checked in. Otherwise, the hotel was clean enough. The continental breakfast they offer was better than most of the hotels we stayed in this trip, so overall the stay was fine. Mehr

Pros: Great location, right on US1, 30 minutes from Key Largo Value. Breakfast. Quite good. Good, friendly service. Free Internet. Cons: Very small rooms. Desk is so close to the bed that you can't slide the chair out. Television placement is awkward, not in the center of the wall opposite the bed, but off to the side. Mirror angle outside the bathroom […] allows passersby to see directly into the bathroom, so you either have to close the door, or the blinds. Weird. AC didn't work, so room was a bit warm. Televisions weren't great. Wireless Internet didn't work. Had to use wired instead. Overall, a pleasant stay. I would stay here again because of the value. Mehr

The hotel was good, but in my room did not work bathroom fan (or they told me it is central), so there was a lot of steam in it. The Air-condition smelled. Maybe it is good time to change filters in it. When we turned it on, it smelled like mold.

Very convenient to main Everglades entrance, restaurants and route to Key West. I would stay there again.

Very convenient overnight stay for entrance to the keys. Some shopping and good places to eat nearby.

When we arrived I tried to connect to the internet , made several trips to the front desk to try to straighten it out . Finally they informed me that I had to call AT&T to see what the problem was . what I do not understand is why it was my job to make this call . Called and AT&T and spent 3 to 4 hours back and forth on the phone trying to work things […] out. Finally I got the call back from AT&T that the hotel was not hooked up for wifi in the guest rooms .why couldnt the staff let me know this when i checked in and saved me the grief of spending the evening on the phone with the phone company. I could only get a connection in the lobby . who the heck wants to sit in the lobby in the to use there ipad or computer . This happened at the Ramada in Ft. Lauderdale last year on my vacation also . Could not wait to get out of this hotel. Breakfast is awful . carbs carbs and cold eggs . When I booked a double room I expected two beds , but no it was 1 double bed , and forget a heated pool , they wait til summer to heat it . That doesnt even make sense .My ipad is how I stay in touch with my family in canada when i travel . Will not stay at another Ramada in my travels again Mehr

Good value, more than half the price of Key Largo Motels. Family friendly. Good service. Great free breakfast...get there early! About 20 minute ride to Key Largo, John Pennekamp snorkeling, etc.. Near Everglades Park. Walgreens across street for family supplies. Recommended for a stop over, or base to explore the Keys .Not perfect, but a very good […] value. Would stay again. Mehr

This was an excellent location for exploring the Everglades & as a one night stopover on the way to the Keys.

Not a great experience. Small bed--hardly a double as indicated. Ice only available in the lobby. WiFi was virtually non-existent--could not stay online for much more than a few minutes before being cut off. The connection was very, very weak. The staff was not helpful at all. I's never stay there again and would urge others to avoid it as well.

Good room good price.

Hotel was old and dirty. They put us in a room way in the back of the hotel close to the interstate and we had to put a chair up to our door because the door didn't lock properly and we were scared of the surrounding neighborhood. Breakfast was a joke. Ran out of everything and the people were rude. Don't stay here.
