"Tolles Hotel - viel Schein, weniger Sein"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 29. Jan. 2013Beurteilung immer in Abhängigkeit des Preises: Sauberkeit i.O., bei genauen hinsehen Staub, Kratzer und Abnutzung obwohl das Hotel relativ neu. Ausstattung nur zum Teil nutzbar wie z.B. Fernseher im Spiegel ohne Funktion (warum baut man dann sowas), Fehler konnte nicht behoben werden. Dusche war eher ein Rinnsal. Servicequalität: Kredit Karte ist bei CheckIn immer Pflicht, Hinweis das Kosten bei Abreise Cash bezahlt werden wurde "vergessen". Aber - Blick toll, Lage für die Innenstadt toll, freundliche Dienstleister, gute Organisation.

"Für unseren Zweck genau richtig"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 6. Jan. 2013Das Hotel macht schon von aussen einen guten Eindruck. Es befindet sich zwar an einem Hwy, doch davon bekommt man drinnen nichts mit. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet was man für eine Übernachtung nach einem langen Flug braucht, vor allem aber waren sie sauber und ruhig. Weder am Abendessen, noch am Frühstück gab es irgendetwas auszusetzen. Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen an das Hotel, dafür wurden wir positiv überrascht.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 31. Dez. 2012... für das tolle Hotel, das voll und ganz unseren Ansprüchen und dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis entsprach. Die Umgebung ist nicht besonders schön, aber in Dallas ist eh alles nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, also fährt man weg. Vom Highway haben wir im Zimmer nichts gehört. Im Hotel gab es sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, der Zimmerservice war ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr geräumig, die Betten super, dazu mehrere Kopfkissen und auch ausreichend Decken. Alles praktisch eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer mit Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Wenn man weiss, wo man ist, kann man sich auch mit dem Frühstück arrangieren - es ist eben amerikanisch. Es gab jeden Tag frisches Obst, Vollkornprodukte, heißen Kaffee und alles war sauber. Wir können das Hotel in jedem Fall weiter empfehlen.

"Keys Didn't work"
We arrived at 11:00 p.m. and were given the last room available. The keys didn't work. It took 1/2 hr for the personnel to get a master key to let us in. Still, we have no working keys for the night or the next morning. The hair dryer was broken, and the replacement that the night clerk gave me didn't work either! The facial tissue box was empty - did […] they even check the room to make sure it's ready? Our room was next to the side door and some people (kids?) banged on the door around 1:00 a.m. and even called our room to ask us to let them in! Hotel was nice enough. Room was very large! However, the sink and mirror were right next to the beds, so one person could not get ready without waking everyone else up. Also, the breakfast was OK, but neither the food service area nor the eating areas were kept very clean. Good location for shopping and quick movement in any direction around Dallas. Our room was absolutely disgusting. When we walked in our couch had just the foam padding and no covers. The walls had streaks on them and housekeeping had also left the scent bomb in the middle of the floor. The hotel is also right by a large traffic highway in which yoh can hear the cars all night. "Do Not Expect to find parking"
The Hotel itself was a perfect fit for my family of 4, but the parking was difficult to say the least. The parking lot is gated but the first 2 nights that we were there the gate was left open so that guest of a party or two could park. We circled the parking lot for an hour trying to find a spot, witnessing what looked like under age drinking in the […] parking, before giving up and asking what was going on at the front desk. When I did the lady behind the counter tried to say that the hotel was full and that was why we were having trouble finding parking. Yet the next morning at 7 in the morning the parking lot was almost empty. Was it that the hotel itself was full or a couple of rooms. She also told me that if I could not find a spot it would be OK to park in the grass, fire lane, or handicap parking! We did not follow these directions but did finally find a place to park. As I said this happened on both Saturday and Sunday nights. Although the hotel was a perfect fit the parking had much to be desired. Will not be back. MehrAuthentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

"Not bad/Not Great"
The hotel is showing its age. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, but you can start to see the hotel is getting old. I stopped down for a quick snack with a cheese cake. It was more like a left over hockey puck. Should have stayed in the room. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. The main street outside is a main drag for police and fire […] trucks. "Great hotel"
Awesome and roomy. I was there for a Mavericks and Spurs game with my son and I liked that it was conveniently close to the American Airlines Center. We will definitely stay at a other Hyatt again.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung
