Everything was excellnt however there was 2 set back that really turned me off. One a lady was smoking in the pool area where there was clearly a NO SMOKING sign. Second there is a small hole under the bathtub falcut(?) Any pervert could stick a cam in there and get some jollies for his or herself but overall the management and cleanness was great.

Didn't use coffee pot dust on top & bathroom really tight spaced. Room had flat screen TV, looked recently renovated, new mattress. 1st floor room had microwave & small refrigerator but 2nd floor room didn't. Heated pool & whirl pool are amazing. Complimentary breakfast was good, sausage biscuits, toast, bagels, oatmeal, cereal etc. but no eggs or grits. […] My family felt safe there. If I had to stay again I would. Mehr

I am not high maintenance, but just the same, I was very pleased with my experience here. Room was nice and the staff were very nice and respectful. It was not crowded due to off season, but the hotel staff were very respectful of our privacy considering we were the only people there and using the indoor pool. Will go back for sure!

We were very dissapointed, would not go back.

Hotel was what we expected. Only problem we faced was that we couldn't book online for the first night due to my usual last minute weekend getaways. This in turn caused me to waken the staff who resides on premises beside check in window. She wasn't happy but smiled anyway. We stayed for 3 nights. I was very pleased for the price we paid. Nice sized room. Good location. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Hotel is dated, but still in good condition. I will stay here again in the future.

We had a great time there the staff was awesome. we were only going to stay one night there but loved it so much stayed another night. the Hotel is in a little german town and the shopping is great so many stores you can shop til ya drop.

Everything was fine. My complaint would be to have a better selection for breakfast, nicer bed linens and better pillows. Other than that everything was fine.

Both the Contenial breakfast and the receptionist were outstanding.

MOTEL LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR OUR STAY . THE STAFF WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND COURTEOUS. WE RECIVED A E-MAIL THE NEXT DAY THAT MY WIFE HAD LEFT SOME JEWERY AND THAT THEY WERE GOING TO MAIL IT TO US. THIS SPEAKS VOLUMES ABOUT THEM.

No refrigerator or microwave in room. Not within walking distance of downtown as specified in their ads. Four people in room only three sets of towels and washcloths. Very limited number of television channels. Only vending on bottom floor half-way of motel which meant upstairs guest had to walk downstaris and half-way the motel to get ice. This is a great Hotel to stay at. It is within walking distance and eye-sight of the water park. The hotel is very easy to find. I found it to be very warm and friendly. Lori the southern lady in charge made us feel like we were at her home and not just a hotel. I would recommend anyone to stay there.

I was upset they advertised internet and not once during the stay was there internet. They had cards in the rooms to call if you had trouble connecting to the internet but when called was told that hotel was no longer covered by them. I am an instructor and needed to be online to grade lessons in a timely manner which is why I selected that hotel in […] the first place. I regret to say that I made a big mistake. Mehr

The owners of the Hotel could not be any nicer. The room was clean and will make a return trip soon .

We would recommend this hotel to friends. The desk clerk was not friendly. When we tried to use the pool, it started lightning and he abruptly came out and told us we could not use it. He did not tell us how long we had to wait until lightning stopped. He was very unfriendly at check in also. We met some friendly people in Helen GA but he was not one […] of them. It is not within walking distance to the main strip.

Close to the area we were visiting, one mile. Near all food and shopping outlets.

Not an extravagant stay, but comfortable, great value, and family-friendly! Perfect for a budget-conscience trip! The indoor heated pool is fabulous! I would stay there again for sure!

The Ramada name invokes a good product. This was a reasonable product but not what I expected based on Ramada affiliation. Friends stayed in the heart of Helen at a Hampton Inn and paid the same room rate. I will stay at the Hampton next time.

The room was clean,the staff was very nice and helpful.

If by chance you stay here, don't let them put you in the building in the rear...we were put there and had to request another room. The smell was awful.

Save your money. There is an discount hotel right next door, much cheaper, for the same style of room. We paid a large amount, what I would normally pay for a big brand hotel, and got a discount hotel room. This is NOT a Ramada in anything except name. We were in Helen for the HOG rally. I didn't want to stay at a host hotel because of the noise. The staff was fabulous, the breakfast buffet was great. My daughter loved the indooor pool. It is about a mile's walk to town. We walk that every day, so it was not big deal. If you walk to street behind the hotel, you get a pretty walk and avoid the busy […] road. I enjoyed my stay at the Ramada Limited in Helen. It was clean and friendly. We stayed from Aug 11th - Aug 13th. Our room was clean and included a fridge and microwave. breakfast included little biscuits, honey buns, cereals , bagels and fruits and such. I was actually well pleased with the over all stay. Its located on the right side of the road just […] after entering the city of Helen. Its im guessing a mile away. Its not at all a bad drive either but i wouldn't want to walk to the city take a car! Good Room for the $$, its a mile from downtown helen though so you can't walk to eat. Its close to tubing. Front desk was nice and room was clean.

Was extremely clean and faily convenient to town. Definitely would stay again.

Hotel was in a good location just a short distance from downtown Helen. Manager was friendly. Hotel was in great shape and the rooms were extra clean. Would def stay in again.
