Residence Inn by Marriott Colorado Springs South - Colorado Springs

Hotel staff was lovely and rooms were fine. The thin blanket was not the best. It was difficult to cook in the kitchen. Burners were crooked and the equipment not very high quality but for short term it was fine. Plenty of space.

Good location, reasonable price, not far from sighseeing. We asked for a late check out time and they were happy to oblige.

Whoever is hiring personnel for this property has a real affinity for hiring very good people -- who also happen to be happy people. It really showed and made a difference -- even on Thanksgiving.

I have been in physical therapy for two specific injuries and requir the use of a hot jaccuzzi tub. I asked the sales rep. on Hotels .com to check with the hotel to be sure the jaccuzzi was in working condition - they assured me that it was. Upon arival I discovered that the jaccuzzi water was cold. I mentioned to the desk clerk and he said they would […] turn it up. The next day the water was still cold. I mentioned it to the desk clerk again and was told the maintenence person was thete and would take care of it. It did not happen. It was important to me to have this and I asked specificly ahead of time and was ignored and let down. Mehr

At this facility, we had one of the most enjoyable experiences we ever had in a motel. This is a real gem. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The staff was pleasant. The breakfast was very good.

We stayed here for 5 nights, and could easily have stayed another 5. The rooms are suites with kitchens, and the bedroom is in the back so the chance of hall noises while sleeping is minimal. Rooms are comfy and clean. Employees extremely nice and accommodating. The free breakfast is a full breakfast with eggs and bacon/sausage. During the week, they […] have a free happy hour with free wine and beer and substantial appetizers. My only possible complaint is the exercise room--wish it had a clock (I forgot my watch) and weights! If we ever get in this area again, we won't even contemplate staying elsewhere--you really get a lot for your money here. We have stayed in many top hotels (Four Seasons, Ritz, etc) and they have nothing on this place. Mehr

stayed 2 nights great breakfast and rooms very comfortable and clean.

This was a great experience for our group for the accommodations, restaurants in area and proximity of shuttle to event, not to mention the price. Pool was nice ( a lot of chlorine though)

Excellent choice..I will definately stay there again

Hotel was great. Food and room were both great for the price we paid. We had a two bedroom suite which was very comfortable for our family. The one issue was the noise level due to the proximity to I-25. Bedrooms had double windows but that didn't help as much as we would have liked.

Room was very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpfull directing us to points of intrest and places to eat.

Nice location, but room needed some maintenance and wasn't very clean. The shower was broken and the bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast area was crampt and the wait time to get some food was too long. We always choose Residence Inn's, but would stay at another hotel in this area next time.

Very nice rooms and hotel. Quiet area with several resturants nearby. Breakfast buffet could be better. Not much choice of foods.
