Das Hotel ist ca 15 Minuten Gehweg vom Trubel entfernt. ( Clubs-Bars-Restaurants-etc).Die Zimmer sind nicht mehr die neusten aber dennoch sehr gemütlich. Was mir nicht so gefallen hat , ist das sich die Fenster nicht öffnen lassen. Da hat mann ein Atemberaubenden Ausblick aufs Meer aber leider keine frische Luft.( Nur Klimaanlage). Das Hauspersonal ist super freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Houskeeping ist leider immer erst ab 16 Uhr erledigt. Und wenn mann laute Nachbarn hat hört mann alles mit, da die Zimmer nur durch eine dünne Tür getrennt sind. Aber mann ist ja im Urlaub. Alles im allem kann ich das Hotel weiter empfehlen für die,die keine frische Luft im Zimmer als Manko empfinden.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Abends kann man an einer Feuerstelle sehr schön draußen sitzen. Nette Poolanlage. Die direkte Lage am Flughafen eignet sich besonders für Geschäftsreisen und als Start- oder Abflugsdomizil. (Urlaub möchte man lieber am Strand machen.)

"Nice place, reasonable rates"

"Perfect hotel before cruising"
Great hotel to stay the night before you go on a cruise. They offer free wifi, 24/7 free coffee/tea in the lobby and free breakfast buffet. Places for an easy and light dinner on doorstep, front office staff will help to find the right place to go. Also ask for shuttle service to Port Everglades, we paid $ 20 for two. "Large room"
We had a suite with lots of room. We arrived early, so people were eating breakfast and the common area was a mess, from the tables to the floor, but when we got to our room it was nice and clean. "Generally a nice place"
We were pleasantly surprised by the Hampton, as it was clean and well-maintained and had a decent breakfast near the front desk in the morning. We were a pleased that there was shopping nearby, but it was quite a taxi ride to get to the big mall, Sawgrass Mills, which is also where the hockey arena is. Still, the front desk was happy to arrange a taxi […] for us, and they arranged a shuttle to take us to the cruise terminal on a comfortable mini-bus. The room was clean and comfortable, and we were generally very happy with it. The only negative is that I did see a cockroach in the bathroom. If it hadn't been for that, I would definitely say, "stay here when in Fort Lauderdale." Because of this little guy, I can only suggest that you may want to think about it first. We had a 2 day stay after completing a Caribbean cruise. We found the hotel very good and comfortable. The breakfast was a real bonus even though basic. "Would not recommend"
My husband and I with our child frequently use Hampton Hotels, it is our hotel of choice when we travel and have never had issues like we did at this particular location. It seemed from the minute we walked in the door there were issues, the clerk at the front desk appeared to be put out at having to help customers arriving. When we went to our room […] the TV did not work, we finally figured out that issue ourselves, our phone did not work and maintainance person was in our room for 1/2 hour trying to fix, once phone was fixed, the line had not been activated, so we had to have that dealt with, the fan in the washroom did not work, the air conditioning did not work, not enough towels, made arrangements for shuttle to cruise terminal, paid $80.00, when approached staff as to when we could expect the shuttle, they did not even have us on a list for pickup, when we spoke to them about the issues with the room we were advised that they would mention it to the appropriate people to have it addressed, and unfortunately because the hotel was booked solid they would not have been able to move us. They really seemed uninterested in dealing with the issues, I would not recommend this particular hotel based on our stay, however we will continue to stay at Hampton Inns but just not this one MehrAuthentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

"Smell of cigarette smoke in rooms and wecould not"
We wanted a non-smoking room but unfortunately you could not meet this request. Was it because Expedia does not have the priviledge to reserve a non-smoking room? When someone is sensitive to the smell of cigarette smoke, it is not a pleasant smell in which to spend a night or more. "Close to airport - good for pre-cruise stay"
Hotel was very close to airport and has a free shuttle from airport to hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a suite with 2 beds and queen sofa in living room. Slept 4 with plenty of room. I really liked the fact that there was a door to the bedroom and living room which made access to the bathroom more convenient. Staff was very friendly […] and accomadating. "Not a good airport stay!"
The airport pick up process was unacceptable. Would not send a vehicle until we had our luggage, once we called them it took them 45 minutes to pick us up in a unmarked poorly maintained van. The driver was dirty and at one point blew his nose with his bare hands.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung
"Great Hotel and Freindly Staff"
We were greeted with a freindly and helpful staff. Our room wasn't quite ready but they gave us another room so we could relax and change to go to the pool. "Convenient location & accommodations"
We have stayed twice at this property in the last three years, both times for an overnight stay before sailing on a cruise. Both times we have had 6 people in our party and both times we have stayed in a suite. "Two of the rooms stank of cigarette smoke"
We booked three rooms for one night. Though I specifically booked nonsmoking rooms two of the rooms stank of cigarette smoke. When we complained to the front desk they said that is what happens when you book on hotels.com as the website just books any open room. "Buffet Subpar"
We try to stay at Hamptons when we travel. This was our first visit to this particular Hampton Inn. The room was clean and comfortable. However, we were disappointed in the breakfast buffet. There was little variety. For example there were no eggs, waffles, or pancakes which other Hamptons have served. For that reason I doubt that we would stay here […] again. The room was well laid out as a suite with anyone having access to the bathroom without disturbing others. Had two double beds and an adequate sofa bed. A mile walk or paid shuttle to movie theaters, resturants, shopping. Not close to any major attractions or beach but very adequate for the night before a cruise. "Poor Service"
We booked a non smoking suite, upon arrival they did not have a non smoking suite. They tried to put us (family of 5) in a regular room (2 double beds), this hotel does not have rollaway beds, so they said someone could sleep on the floor (REALLY)!!! Finally they were able to come up with a smoking suite. It was horriable not only did the room reak […] of smoke by the time we checked out the next morning so did all of us and our luggage. I had to wash everything in our suitcases and air out the suitcases. We also left a pair of glasses in the room and have called 3 times to see if they showed up and each time we call they act like they have never hear this request before and have never received a return phone call. "Terrible shuttle service"
We waited 1.5 hours for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. When the driver picked us up he was extremely rude, talking on his cell phone the entire drive. The sheet on the pull out couch was covered in hair...absolutely filthy! The pool was so cold my 4 kids would not even swim in it and they usually never complain about the temperature of the […] water. I asked the night before our departure if the shuttle runs all the time and they assured me no problem. We planned on leaving for the airport around 6:15am. We arrived for breakfast at 6:00 as that is when it starts. We wanted our kids to get a meal in them before travelling for 12 hours. At 6:01 the shuttle driver came by and said he was leaving and would return at 7:00! So, another $30 for a cab ride to the airport! CONS- didn't know about lobby construction and no signs to tell you where to go ....questionable actions going on near front of property in parking lot which we told the staff about - they became quite indignant and basically told us we were lying. Beds are tiny....two doubles not queens.Breakfast was a bit of a joke.....hot food....but not anything […] edible looking, Would not stay here again.....at a Hampton Inn in Nashville at this minute that is fabulous. the hotel was under construction so the check in desk was located on the side of the building in a small room. There was a problem with the key machine so we didn.t get a key card for our room. Shonell at the front desk was very friendly and efficient as was the rest of the staff.
