This is an extremely nice hotel. Everything was very comfortable & convenient. Planning my next trip already!!!!!

I went for a birthday vacation & celebration with my daughter and I. The room was so pretty and clean (just like the pictures) The room was also a nice size suite. The hotel staff was awesome and the hotel food was even yummy. I'll definitely be booking my room there again when I return to Atlanta this summer.

Overall, my stay was nice. My room which was a suite was very nice. The room size was very adaquate. I was very impressed with the microwave and refrigerator.

After some *very* disappointing stays at the Sheraton, this was a splendid hotel in both service and room quality. Highly recommended!!!

Wow! What a nice stay. This place was everything I expected and more. Just like what you see in the pictures online for a reasonable price. The only thing I did not like was having to pay $10 for internet access. Other than that, I have no complaints. I will definitely stay here the next time I visit the Atlanta area.

The staff was very professional and nice. I felt welcomed. My room was very clean and in order. I will definitely be back to this hotel with referrals.

I truly enjoyed my stay. Nice and clean rooms. Very roomy and nicely decorated. I will stay here again on my next visit to Atlanta. If you like modern upbeat decor this is the place for you.

Beyond shocked to find room was EXACTLY like the goregous glossy photos on the website. I was further bowled over by the insane affordable price for that part of town. Renovation was fabulous. Front desk & bar staff were perfection.

Very quiet! Had fun and exciting to separate the room from the living room which gave her peace of mind.

Nice hotel with a nice breakfast buffet. Rooms close to elevators a bit noisy but a great gym and easy parking makes this a great choice.

Very nice, clean, beautiful lounge area.

It was all around a great experience! The only improvement I would suggest would be to offer a better channel selection (ie. HGTV, Food Network, etc.)

I have been a fan of this hotel since the first time that I stayed there three years ago. For the past year or so, the hotel has been in the process of being renovated. As of my most recent stay, the updates are complete and the hotel is absolutely FABULOUS!! I love the fact that it is an all-suite hotel. The rooms are very large and the decor updates […] are fantastic. It is an older hotel, so the bathrooms are not as large as those found in some newer, luxury hotels, but definitely not an issue. I also really like the location of this hotel. It is close to shopping and nice restaurants, very close to the interstate, and a short drive (in Atlanta terms) to downtown and Buckhead. Close enough to the "hot spots" in Atlanta to get there without much hassle, but far enough away to not have to deal with the hustle-and-bustle. Overall, I LOVE IT! This is my go-to hotel everytime I'm in the metro Atlanta area (3-4 times per year). Mehr

Hotel appears to be updating and there are pockets of construction. Overall, great location and people were friendly. Due to construction on main floor, our water took a while to heat up. The front desk called the super and he came out, but offered no apology and just said we needed to run it for 10-15 minutes first. I believe the desk should have offered […] a room change for the inconvienience. We pre-purchased 2 breakfasts and there was confusion trying to use them. We finally received the breakfasts and then was charged for them at the front desk. When we challenged the person at the desk, he seemed offended and ended up dismissing us and said, "just go," with no explanation or apology. Won't be back! Mehr

The hotel was under construction and i was not aware of this during booking. I asked for a non smoking room the room smelled of tabacco smoke. All of the furniture was very dated. The cable tv only had 7 channels. Most awful hotel stay ever.

The Hyatt regency in Marietta, GA In the past I have always had enjoyable stay, but this time. There was a huge bug on the pillow similar to a water bug. I did not know if it was a bed bug or what. When you stay at the Hyatt Regency suites in Marietta you will immediately notice the genuine attempts by the entire staff to make your stay with them as pleasurable as possible. This feeling began with Sherrie at the reservation desk over the phone and ended with Sherrie at check-out. While I was spending some time in the lounge reviewing e-mails […] and researching on my laptop, my battery went dead and Sylvain moved one of his coolers so he could provide me with power at the bar via an extension cord which he provided. Now that is service! I had a great time cutting up with Sylvain. He has a very pleasant demeanor and he makes a mean drink! While enjoying myself in the lounge I met Sylvain's boss Robert. He too was very nice and he took the time to give me a personal tour of their newly renovated suite. It was impressive. In addition to renovating the suites they are also renovating the pool area which will be completed by July 2nd. From the description that was given to me it will be like a Zen garden with an outdoor fireplace. I also met the Director of Sales who came over to me and the other guests to make sure we were enjoying our stay. While I was complimenting her on the new suite, some other guests that I was talking to expressed an interest in seeing the new suite and they got a private tour right then and there by the Sales Director. The breakfast buffet was very well put together and again the staff was friendly, and the service was prompt and efficient without being overbearing. Overall, the food served at all meals was delicious. The following morning I ordered breakfast in my room and I asked that it be delivered between 7:30 and 8:00. It was delivered accurately at 7:35. Perfect! I have stayed at several 4 star Inns and my stay at the Hyatt Regency felt 4 star without the 4 star price. The Hyatt Regency Suites Atlanta Northwest is a fantastic value! Mehr

Hotel was fine, renovation, but service was wonderful

Our trip to the hyatt atlanta northwest was great the front desk ppl were so very friendly and the rooms were very nice as well everything that they showed pics of on the net we had it in our room even though there was a little remodeling going on at the hotel at that time that did not get in the way of our stay at the hyatt.. im going back next month […] and i plan on staying there again Mehr

Parking is a little inconvenient - lots of stairs. The hotel could use an update but really not bad at all - it was clean and was safe. For the price I paid and had a suite I can not complain at all.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel while passing through. We were going to stay at one that is a little cheaper, but we decided it wasn't worth the difference because the room is great, service good, very comfortable, and places close by to go eat. The shopping center across the street has several restaurant to choose from. The Thai […] restaurant was very good. The only draw back is having to pay for the internet service. I believe it should be part of the room. Increase the price a few dollars so people have the internet without having to pay it through a service. Mehr

I am a road warrier traveler for business and usually i stay at Marriott properties for the rewards points. But anytime i deviate from my norm I like to go with Hyatt. I generally prefer Hyatt over any other hotel but the reward program is not as diverse. A "makeup" would help.

I really enjoyed our stay with Hyatt Regency at this location. Great breakfast buffet although it's a bit pricey.

Love the suite style compared to a single room

We were impressed with such a large and attractive suite--especially for the price we paid.

Hyatt's are among my favorite, especially because they have such great weekend rates. However, this hotel a little outdated in it's decor and amenities. I prefer the Hyatt Place over the Regency any day.
