Really enjoyed our stay, I only wish they would have had a handicap room with 2 beds. Its really hard when the elderly need to get in the shower and have a fear of falling. Their cleaning staff were also very nice..

Overall, we were quite pleased with our stay at the Fairfield Inn. The room was nice and clean. The buffet breakfast was very good, although there was really not enough seating room. The staff was wonderful. The only down point for us was that the beds were quite soft. If you have a bad back, you may want to go elsewhere.

I got a good rate for just an overnight. The hotel staff was very friendly and accomadating. The room was clean and the front desk called to check to see how we liked our room. The only thing that I didnt like was the water leakage on the stairs. Other than that, it was a nice place :)

Very clean, affordable accomodation with free breakfast....what's not to like?

We came over night to Mesa for my daughter's sweet 16 with five friends for the dinner theater. Everyone had a wonderful stay. The staff is great, helpful, professional. The breakfast was good and the breakfast room was well attended an kept clean. The pool and spa, while smallish, was clean and we had lots of fun. The kids had their own room and felt […] very safe and comfortable. The spa was hot and clean as well. We even inadvertanly left an item and the staff mailed it to us right away... over all rating A++++. Mehr

If you are looking for comfortable, budget concious, clean accomodation in Mesa you'll find it hard to beat the Fairfield Inn.

This hotel was very clean, and the staff accomodating and friendly. I was called in my room to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. My only slight (very slight) issue was with the A/C in my room, but I am one of those people that like my room so cold you can see your breath! The location was perfect. The area and the surrounding was perfect. The people were very nice. If their was a higher rating than 5 you would have it. We will return again.

This hotel is quiet and convenient to 101, US 60, or the 202 in Phoenix area. The staff was great and helpful even giving me a map to get to Mesa Gateway airport. They have an excellent breakfast room, coffee was good. Only issue I saw in our room was our tub was leaking and bulging a bit at the clean-out...so it needed a little work there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well above the traditional hotel offerings. Room was comfortable and cool despite the Arizona heat. Plan on staying again next time I am in the area.

The people were nice that worked there, but that was about it. The room wasn't clean, there was a used washcloth in the bathtub and long black hairs. The bed was mooshy soft. No wireless internet in the rooms. Carpet had sticky spots on it. Only ice machine was downstairs on the first floor. I wouldn't want to stay there again, it was trashy for the […] most part. Mehr

Very close to the highway, but no road noise! Nice range of breakfast items. Just a mile or two from the end of the Metro Light Rail line. We parked in the Park and RIde lot and took the train downtown. Saved lots of money by staying here instead of downtown.

Beds comfortable the cookies were very good. I will definitely stay there again :)

This is a great place for the money. Nice new area with many shops near by. Good breakfast, good bed, and great location.

I couldn't have found a better hotel at any price. Right off the bat Vickie (at the counter) was wonderful and made us feel welcome. After about 10 minutes in the room Vickie called and made sure everything was good with the room. Very clean, well maintained and very, very, very comfortable beds, pillows, AND breakfast every morning. Right next to a […] mall that we were able to get some Phoenix Suns jerseys at (we were in Phoenix to catch the Cleveland Indians game with the Diamondbacks). The location is perfect. Walking distance from the Fiesta Mall. Area looks clean. Many restaurants options. CON: Hotel does not have a laundromat for guests but they will make arrangements. Other than the laundromat in general the service, location, breakfast, pool, etc, was excellent.

We came in from Moreno Valley, CA. The Fairfield was right off the freeway! The people at the front desk called our room as soon as we checked in to see if there was anything that we needed and also checked to see if the room was okay. Our room was very close to the lobby. It was quiet and we slept great!! They had breakfast in the am. You could have […] juice, breakfast sandwiches, and also, belgian waffles. I rate this place higher than a 5 rating. After a full day of driving from appointment to appointment in 100+ degrees, it was so nice to be greeted by a smile, checked in quickly and end up in a clean, quiet and comfortable room. The location is safe and great for business travelers or families with a golf course behind the hotel and a large mall within walking distance. Good high speed internet, nice clean and big room for its price.

This hotel was nice if you get a good deal. I enjoyed the breakfast and it was well stocked. I loved my bed and pillows. My air conditioning unit was a bit noisy. Pool area was clean. I would not stay here if you can't get a discount.

My family and I had a great time at this hotel, we enjoyed great service by all the personnel, and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you and in our next visit to Phoenix/Mesa, sure we will stay with you again. Thank You

Excellent value for the money. Comfortable bed, very nice breakfast, room and bathroom clean. Staff even called my room after check in to confirm that I didn't need anything else.

I always try to stay with a Marriott brand. The quality is always first rate. The Fairfield is the Marriott budget hotel. When I need a quick overnight stay and quality I can count on, I always look for a Fairfield Inn. The Mesa location is perfect, just North of the 60 Freeway. For our stay we did not need the amenities of a resort hotel so this was a perfect fit. Everything we needed at a.great rate. Will stay there again if in the area.

Nice hotel but pool area is small and breakfast area gets very crowded.

Overall the hotel is good but the pool is small and it is not good for kids to play as it gets crowded there . The breakfast area looks great until it gets busy than its too crowded. I felt a little cramped overall.

Best selection of breakfast items I have seen- staff was curtious also. Only thing needing looked at was the hot tub- not all jets worked and tiles were missing making it look run down but it was nice and warm!
