Das Hotel ist an einer super Lage! alles zu Fus zu Ereichen! Dass hatt uns sehr gefallen! Die Zimmer sind schön, aber die Pool seiten Zimmer Buchen, bei den Strassenseitenzimmer kann lärm Vorkommen! Das negative die Zimmer werden nicht sehr sauber gereingt! Es kann auch bis 18.00 gehen bis das Housekeeping im Zimmer war! Das Hotel ist am Wochenende […] stark benutzt von Gästen die in LA und San Diego Wohnen und für 2 Tage kommen, der Pool ist dann Total überfüllt! Mehr

The hotel itself was very nice, however I was furious when I checked in and was told there would be a "hospitality fee" tacked on to my rate. The hospitality fee included ONE water bottle, internet, and (I was later told) a nightly happy hour. Well I was in town for Stagecoach so I never made the happy hour (assuming I had been told about it at check-in) […] and I didn't even bring a computer to use the internet. So it was $17 for one water bottle. So sure, $17 isn't a ton of money. What is aggravating is the hidden fees. They induce you to choose their hotel over another based on a certain rate, then tell you there are additional fees once you're already there. it's sneaky, underhanded, and an unfair business practice. This tainted my whole experience. I asked if it was optional - that if I did not drink the water bottle or use the internet, if I could forego the charge but I was told I could not. Therefore, its an unfair, hidden rate increase. Mehr

I really liked the hotel but one thing they should tell you that parking isn't free and you have to pay a resort fee , I get it but thats what tax should be...

My overall stay was OK. However the hot water was Luke warm. The bathroom floors were grimey in the corners. The tub looked dirty and TV had horrible reception. I reserved the shuttle to the airport a day before checkout and on the day of checkout it was given to another guest. The location of the hotel in my opinion is the only plus.

The bed was saggy, uncomfortable and replacement was in order. The towels were basic white (Motel 6 quality), old and ruff to the touch. Not worth the price paid. I would never stay here again. The room was dark and gloomy - mold in the sink, couch dirty, drapery needed replacement. Pool way too small. Could not tell it was a Hyatt property. Desert […] Springs Marriott in Palm Desert offers a lot more for the money. Mehr

We had a great time, my wife and kids enjoyed the stay too, we all have a good time in the pool, and everything is very very close, we sure going to be back to this hotel.

The pool area was to small. Unable to find a lounge chair for sun bathing and no towels available for the pool. The reason you go to Palm Springs is to sun bath and drink cocktails by the pool. This was not possible at the Hyatt unfortunately. The elevators were less than accommodating. They stopped at the floors if they were going in the opposite direction. […] Weird Mehr

This was my second stay at the Hyatt within a month. The location is perfect and the all-suite hotel is very nice, clean, comfortable and a perfect environment to get out of LA to hit reset on life. The parking is easy, the elevators are fast, you can walk everywhere and the rooms are so nice you don't mind spending time in it to get some work done […] - however the WiFi throughout the hotel makes easy to work poolside on a laptop, while taking in some sun and drinking a cold beer. Great staff, great service, beautiful suites, and delicious breakfast. If you're going to Palm Spring DEFINITELY go to this hotel.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Hotel. We stayed in the King Suite which was very spacious and had all the amenities. The room was clean and modernly designed. Our view of the Mountains from the Balcony was simply breathtaking. The hotel is on the North Canyon Drive (Main strip) and close to restaurants, shops etc. We will definitely […] stay there on any future visits! Mehr

When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist asked us if we wanted two beds, we said no. She then said thats what we asked for. We had upgraded to a mountain view room, we got a city view room. We were told that all mountain view rooms were booked, even though we had prepaid. They got our money! In addition not all taxes and fees are prepaid, they […] hit us with a resort fee, in the middle of winter when all there is at the resort is an outdoor swimming pool. This hotel far excedded my expectations. I stayed on the Mountian side and it was great just sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. The room was very quiet, clean and spacious with a great location next to restaurants,shops, and three blocks from the casino. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location in downtown Palm Springs, walkable to restaurants and bars. Large rooms have a bedroom and living area with two big screen TVs. Fitness center is decent. Pool is also decent with cabanas and a poolside bar. A better choice for a vacation centered around town rather than a resort-type feel. Would definitely stay there again.

Many good restaurants are within walking distances along the same street. The hotel is also cool.

Our room was a very large, very comfortable suite with a balcony overlooking the mountains. I would highly recommend the mountain view suite! You cannot beat the location; you can walk out the door to all of the restaurants, shops, museums, theatre, etc. The only downside that I can report is the additional fees: a one time $15 "resort fee" (covers […] things like use of the fitness center - which is of excellent quality, wifi,...), and they also charge to park. The fee for parking seems strange to me for a town like Palm Springs (this is not LA). I discovered a free, unlimited time parking lot across the street, and that's where I parked for the entire stay. Daily happy hour with appetizers and reduced beverages - the appetizers weren't much (tortilla chips, salsa, and one other option), but it it's set in a nice lounge area which is open and inviting... Mix of bar, table tops, and sofas with a gas fireplace running along an entire wall. Mehr

great location, walk to everything. nice pool area lots of space for lying in the sun.... wonderful view of the mountains. I made a reservation for twin room, but when I arrived at night, there was no twin room. Only single bed. I came there with my wife and two kids, so we need more bed. They gave us the extra bed, but it was not the exact the same as the one in twin bed. The pool was good and spacious. Excellent breakfast and service.

Liked everything about my room-large separate living room area, balcony overlooking the pool, & marble bathroom. The only thing I think they could improve on would be that free Happy Hour menu....nacho chips, salsa and tacos. I think a variety of cheeses with finger -food type appetizers would be better. stayed during the week for an overnight getaway with my long distance boyfriend. our room was beautiful.. the decor everything. we walked in and had a room with a couch and a big screen tv and then had a seperate room to sleep and right outside our room we had a blacony that overlooked the downtown palm springs area.. it was perfect for us to relax.we […] ordered room service and they were very kind and accomadating. i would definitely recommend this hotel. the service i great its right in the middle of dowtown palm springs so theres lots of restaurants and bars walking distance from the hotel. Our overall experience was great but there were a few little costs the checkin desk did not mention when we checked in. We made the reservation over the phone, and the resort fees were not mentioned during that conversation as well. Also, not being from the area, we asked for suggestions at the desk on things to do and places to see. The reps at the […] desk had no suggestions. Having a little knowledge of the area and things to do goes a long way in this industry. However, the restaurant and bar staff were fantastic and we enjoyed happy hour in the evening. Mehr

This was a great place to stay, good exercise equipment, great valet parking, great pool area and fantastic view of the Palm springs mountains. I would recommend the hotel and it was really right downtown. You should know ahead that there are resort fees and parking costs that were about 50$ US for 2 days if you are on a budget.

Overall, great hotel and awesome location. My only complaint was the 15 dollar a night parking fee which I was not informed about prior to staying. Also, I had to pay a seperate resort fee of 15 dollars a day that was not included in the total price I paid through hotels.com. So, upon check out I had to pay an extra 64 dollars for 2 nights of parking […] and resort fee. I don't care that I paid the extra money, only that I would have appreciated being informed prior to booking about the extra fees. Mehr

We picked this hotel for our first visit to Palm Springs because of its location and the good rate offered at the time. It couldn't have been better situated, right downtown, close to the Art Museum and near excellent restaurants that we could walk to without difficulty. We were also very impressed by the hotel itself. The grounds were immaculate, our […] one bedroom suite, roomy and comfortable. The promised mountain view from our balcony was spectacular. We ate breakfast every day in the dining room which appears to have an excellent kitchen. Above all, the service we received from the friendly and very competent staff could not have been better. We were especially impressed by the servers in the dining room and the staff at the bell desk. We never waited more than a few minutes for our car and were always sent off with good advice on destinations. Our experience was so good that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Hyatt Regency to anyone. Mehr

This is a great hotel right in heart of town.l I highly recommend it however check the hidden fees before you register. We were charged $15.00 per night for junk fees not told by Hotels.com and $15.00 to park per night. Never been charged a parking fee in Palm Springs and have been going their many times a year for 40 years.

I really felt welcomed upon arriving and appreciated the nice service all the way through departure. The hotel upgraded my room at check-in, which was a surprise and very appreciated.

We loved our stay at the Hyatt, P.S. We will definately stay there again and prefer the cabana rooms. We originally received key card for a front facing room but it didn't feel right to us and there was pungent cigarette smoke odor in the room. Back to the front desk to advise and were immediately given key cards to the cabana room #109. MUCH better […] and in fact will go back soon and request cabana room again. It's not the Ritz but the price/value reflect it. Don't expect too much in the form of "new". Hyatt decided to keep some of the retro decor (i.e. marble in bath) which reflects the P.S. area and lifestyle. Check out the upper pool deck for nice views and quiet seating. Pick up newspapers on the long bench in the bar area. Food at pool side was affordable. We brought our own drinks which were handy to grab from the cabana room. Parking is expensive and there is a resort fee though this hotel is not really a resort by our definition. Pool area is on the small side but pool was clean and cared for. Location is perfect = walk to breakfast, lunch and dinner, Casino is 2 blocks away and Starbux or Coffee Bean is just 2 blocks as well. Staff is friendly - Will definately return. Mehr

This hotel was very clean and beautiful! I recomend it to stay if you are into more high end hotels. The only down fall is at check out we got fee after fee. They charge a $15 per day resort fee and a $15 per day parking fee. the other down fall is the pool. The pictures make it seem bug but when you actually get outside it is VERY small. Also I didnt […] like that you were not able to take any outside food to the pool. There is nothing like a soda, snacks and a sandwhich while hanging out by the pool. Mehr
