Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal! Leider ist man ohne Auto aufgeschmissen da es nichts zum einkaufen usw. in der Umgebung gibt ! Ein Traum ist der Sonnenaufgang direkt am Fluss :-) Und auf der anderen Seite kann man Kanada bewundern

das Motorcity Casino Hotel in Detroit ist einfach klasse,absolut Vegas Standard Angefangen bei der Rezeption, bis hin zum sehr großem Zimmer mit zwei großen Betten und einem riesigen Badezimmerbereich mit seperatem Klozimmer.Dazu noch ein toller Ausblick auf die Skyline von Detroit ! Einzige kleine Minuspunkte aus meiner Sicht : nur Nichtraucherzimmer und die Lage Das Casino selbst ist auch sehr schön und hat einen Pokerrraum

Everything was great except the distinct odor in the room--body odor. Not sure if it was left over from previous guests or the cleaning staff, but the stench in the curtains, bedspreads, and furniture was awful. This took away from an otherwise very nice stay. The location was very convenient to the airport. The staff was very nice and the room was clean. Tba bathroom was a little cramped and the room was somewhat dated. I would certainly stay here again.

It was very nice. I needed directions and they had mapquest directions already printed up - gave us the directions both ways. The staff was very nice and everything was great. I loved the excrcise room too!

Good Hotel, clean, friendly and convinient. Rooms were good and clean, but a bit on the dated side. TRhe water pressure in the shower was fantastic! (it's the little hings). "Pre-flight hotel stay"
Service: Fantastic! Cleanliness: Fantastic! Location to airport and long term parking: Fantastic! I stay in mostly 4-5 star hotels and I must say this hotel is grossly under-rated. I'm not sure, but this was as clean and the service was as superior as the JW Marriott we stayed in in Washington D. C.. This hotel, although not large in size, was very […] richly appointed. Our room was impeccably clean! So much so that we were generous in leaving a tip on the nightstand for the cleaning staff. Whatever they are doing, they are doing it right! The shuttle to parking was waiting at the airport as soon as we had collected our bags after a week long cruise. Great all-around hotel. Easy to get to from the highway. The front desk employees were very helpful and friendly, check-in was quick and easy. The location of this hotel, price and amenities make it 4 stars in my book. Food at the restaurant was good. Pool and gym were in great shape. Pool provided a perfectly relaxing ending to our stay in Michigan. We decided to stay here because we had an early flight and were traveling with 3 kids. Beds were very comfy. Kids had a great time. "Beware"
After getting a "deal" for this hotel, we were later charged an "airport" tax of $20. I have stayed at other hotels in the vicinity and did not receive this charge!
"Close but not Close"
The airport shuttle took way too long to get to the airport and it was not during off-hours. Some pilots were there waiting for a ride and indicated it was normal. When I called the hotel said the shuttle would be there in 10 mins. - took 45 mins. Defeats the purpose of being an airport hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel! It's very close to Detroit Metro and they provide a free 24 hours shuttle to the airport. My room was very clean and the bed was super comfy!! I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come here again.

We found only Decaf coffee and asked for regular. it was mostly supplied. We would have used our own coffee, but the coffee maker was not convenient for that.

My daughter and I have stayed here numerous times and each and every time it has been wonderful. Great room. Great hotel. Even greater staff. Last time we stayed in the area this hotel wasn't available. We were sorely disappointed with our second choice.

I highly recommend the Marriott Hotel on Flynn Drive. The facility appears to be classy and clean. the staff are very courteous and helpful. On the way to the airport onboard the shuttle bus, my cell phone slipped out of my pocket. I got a call from (Charles) one of the hotel staff telling me that they found my cell phone. "Clean room, nasty pool room"
The room was nice and clean and comfortable, but the pool was a huge disappointment. There was a dirty film covering the pool, and the hot tub water was so low the jets didn't really work and it stank.

We attend University of Michigan games 5-6 times a year & save money by staying out by the airport. We have now stayed at 5 different hotels in the area around the airport & this has been the nicest to date. The staff was very nice & the room was absolutely spotless. There is some signs of age on the rooms but again, it was unbelievably clean. There […] is a nice Irish pub in the lobby where we went for dinner one evening. You can order room service breakfast but we just went to the Bob Evans about 2 minutes down the street. Quality hotel at a good price & will be staying there again on my next trip to Michigan. Mehr

"Mariott Detroit Airport - A Hidden Gem"
SUrprisingly quiet for being next to the airport, this hotel is beautifully constructed inside and the ammenities are great. We spent almost five hours sitting in the pub watching sports and chatting over great food and cold pints of beer.
