Das Hotel war sehr gut organisiert und das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider liegt das Hotel etwas abseits, so dass man auf ein Auto angewiesen ist, da die Taxen super teuer sind!

Shuttle every 30 minutes to airport is nice. They have sleep number beds which I hate because I think even at the lowest setting they are still hard. It's a little bit older hotel but overall still okay. Though you can expect to have 8:30 am house keeping knock at the door, even with a do not disturb sign up.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Near Air Force base (not the academy). Good room, although I am not a fan of the Sleep Number Bed. Some would find this a real benefit, but I have not done well with them. A personal thing. Breakfast was nice and the breakfast room has a nice, territorial view. Decent, friendly place.

Great service, friendly staff. Even the workers who were scrubbing the grout smiled and greeted us warmly. The room was clean and comfortable and very "roomy". We will find a reason to go back again! The views from the dining room were beautiful, too.

service was great from the time we checked in until we checked out. Staff very friendly, lots of great amenities. Hotel and room was clean. Pool area kept clean. Great buffet breakfast. Would absolutely stay there again. Plus the price was affordable.

Very convenient for a 6am flight. Hotel staff are exceptionally friendly. The hotel is way out of the way, but the effort from the staff is paying off. I will stay here again if I can!

We have stayed here multiple times. The staff is warm and welcoming, always helpful and knowledgeable. It is convenient to most of the interesting sights in the Springs. We love being able to have breakfast and dinner with Pikes Peak in view. My grandkids enjoyed the pool which we had all to ourselves each day. Just a refrigerator in the room was missing to have a fully complete equipment. The room was really nice and the beds pretty comfortable to get a recreative sleep. The breakfast they serve at the buffet every morning was great and delicious. From my room and also from the breakfast lounge I had a great view to Pike's Peak and alle the other Rockies […] besides it. However, the best of all were the employees - everyone I was talking to was so friendly and helpful as I never had experienced that before. This hotel deserves a full recommendation without reserve! I arrived late at night on a very cold January day, and the heat was broken in the first room they gave me. After about 20 minutes I got a new room with working heat, but for a supposedly 3.5-star hotel I didn't find it that nice. I did get a sleep number bed but it didn't seem like changing the number adjusted anything and at the lowest setting it […] was far too firm for my taste. The bed was suppose to have a select comfort mattress but the controller did not work. other wise every thing was good.

My family and I always stay at the Radisson when we are passing through Colorado Springs. We love it!! The rooms are impeccable and the sleep number beds are suuuuuuuper comfortable. The breakfast is always really good and the hotel is usually pretty quiet!

It is a great Hotel too stay ..The bad part is the Next door Neighbors was very loud and rude...

We were very satisfied with this hotel & plan to return each year when we are departing to go back home. it was a very nice place to stay & the hotel staff was extremely helpful & kind. We LOVED the comfortable pillows- many times we have to ask for extras but there was a mountain of them! Thanks for the wonderfully relaxing stay.

Very friendly and obliging staff, clean and quiet hotel despite its size, reasonable prices.

The room that I made reservations with thru with Hotel.com when I got to the room... there was no such room and the Hotel charged me more and then tried to give me the room that I was supposed to have in the first place..... if I paid an upgrade..... to say the least I was not a happy camper...... not sure I'll be going this route again.....

Other than the carpet and colors being somewhat dated and tired, this was a very acceptable hotel. I would return for sure - largely due to the very friendly and courteous staff!

We didn't expect much, based on what (less than a hundred bucks) has been at other places. This place is absolutely amazing! Think of what a five hundred dollar hotel room would be like. First hotel I enjoy since I've been going to Colorado in over two years staff friendly free breakfast everyday 20 percent off in the restaurant free drinksI plan to stay hear again.

Selected this option for several reasons; it is completely smoke free (and it was!). offered free 24hr shuttle to/from the airport (it really did work both ways; once when I dropped of a rental car and called for the shuttle (it arrived promptly); and again in the early a.m. hours to deliver me to the airport. The beds were super comfortable; ac was […] quiet and efficient, plenty of seating and lights. The room was very clean, plenty of towels soaps, etc. available. The building was quiet and all the personnel were hospital and helpful.. Price was reasonable. I left too early for what would have been a free breakfast, but did eat a dinner meal in the on-site restaurant - very convenient. Overall a really Good choice. Mehr

The service and friendliness of the staff were simply excellent. Prices at the hotel restaurant were also excellent and the quality of the food was very good. One definitely gets their money's worth!

Very nice place to stay

This is a wonderful place to stay and the hotel staff is great. Don't plan on eating there. The food is poor, they changed the menu but there is no consistancy of food quality. 2 Steaks prepared medium rare, one was 1/2" thick and burnt and one was 1" thick and rare. The room was nice, and looked like it had been remodeled recently. We really liked the decor and modern features including the flat screen televisions. The sleep by number bed was comfortable once you find the right setting. We also liked having a door to separate our bedroom from the living room area since we had a guest on the sleeper sofa. It was a hot breakfast (eggs, sausage or ham, waffles or french toast, biscuits and gravy one day) in addition to typical continental breakfast items, but the eggs were either overcooked or runny and the rest of it wasn't impressive. I ate it because it was included. If it wasn't included I wouldn't have tried it. We didn't bother with the buffet the last day. The staff was very friendly, especially the servers and bartender. The free drink coupons were nice (one per adult per day). The pool and hot tub were nice and well kept. The pool was large enough for several groups of people. The exercise room was one of the nicest I have seen at a hotel. Although we liked our stay we will plan on staying at Embassy Suites for our next visit. All of their rooms have a bedroom separated by a door from the living room area, like the Radisson. However, I like the rooms at ES a little better (vanity and larger bathroom), the breakfast is better (made to order omelettes), and I prefer the happy hour/manager's reception to drink coupons. I have stayed at a lot of hotels in the last few years (work, couple only, and with kids) and after my last stay at Embassy Suites in Chicago it is now my favorite hotel (chain). the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and an awesome breakfast buffet.. we had no problems, would recommend this hotel..

The Radisson is one of the best Hotels we have stayed in. The service was excellent in the Bar/ resturant. The Food was excellent. I'll go back to them on my next trip.

Best hotel I have stayed in in decades. Hospitality at its best and great accommodations.

We were extremely pleased with this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was terrific and we ate in the restaurant in the evening. Prices were reasonable and we even received discount coupons. Wouldn't stay anywhere else if we return to the area.

The people that work there are very friendly and nice! Very clean, large room, big bed (uncomfortable tho) big swimming pool, food in restaurant in overpriced and the sandwich I got had bread that was hard as a rock! I would stay again if it wasn't for the sleep number beds it killed my husband and my back every night.

This was an excellent hotel experience. Very friendly and helpful staff from the beginning. Great business center. Nice coupons for free drinks, meal discounts. They even had " breakfast to go" for the shuttle ride to the airport. Newspaper in the room. It was just a great hotel and staff. Can't wait to go to another Radisson.

I have stayed in the sister hotels in San Antonio, Texas and also in South Pardre Island, in Texas. I was very disappointed in the crowded hot gym and also the pool with way to high chemicals. I am returning to Colorado Springs on September 17 for a few days but have choosen another Hotel.

Older hotel, but well maintained and quiet. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet.

We thought this hotel was fabulous. It was cheaper to stay by the airport and well worth it. They drive was not bad, compared to the Dallas area where we are from. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The rooms were big and comfortable and very employee I dealt with was friendly and eager to please. If there is any drawback at all, it was the sleep number […] bed. We could not adjust it to our liking and it was very much like a waterbed. If one person got up the other one shot up several inches, but we laughed at that! Great pool, hot tub and workout facilities. Definitely would stay here again or recommend it to anyone! Mehr

This hotel is great not only because it is clean, beautiful, and convenient, but because the staff are incredible. Everyone has a smile and is truly interested in your complete satisfaction. It was a real treat to stay there.

Recently stayed for a wedding, and ALL the staff were very pleasant and polite and made us feel right at home by chatting and being helpful, above and beyond their job descriptions. Clean room, Great stay!

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment I walked in the door. The dining room food was delicious and reasonably priced, the view was magnificent, and the staff made me as if I were in their living room. The driver on the 4:30am shuttle was on time, polite and friendly. A rare treat for that hour our the morning. The best […] surprise of all was when they found out I was leaving before the complimentary breakfast was served, they packed me a breakfast-to-go. After a long busy conference, this hotel was the perfect place to spend an extra night to unwind before going home. Mehr

We stayed in a 2 double bed suite on the first floor. We didn't hear one airplane for the two nights we stayed. I'm not sold on the sleep number bed. The first night wasn't a good nights sleep but the second night we slept better with a different setting. One bed's adjustment wasn't working properly, but we did not report it as our teenage son can sleep […] anywhere. The double bed doesn't offer seperate adjustments. It was one number for the bed and two of us slept on it. This doesn't make sense for the whole "adjust it to your comfort level" advertisment. Our other teenage son slept on the pull out couch, no complaints from him. Breakfast was good, better than your typical free continental at other chains. Bathroom was very small. The room was clean. Very friendly staff, they went out of their way to make sure our accodations were what we needed, and were genuinely nice. The facility was very nice, with a great pool/hot tub area. Wish we could've been around to use it more. We would definately stay there again.

The hotel itself was fine as well as the personnel, but it was 10-15 minutes away from the must see sights. It was advertised as close to all sight seeing locations. The breakfast buffet was nice though.

The room and the hotel was so clean! The staff was very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed! The kids loved the awesome pool!! I loved the fact that it had patio doors on three sides and we could leave them open! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for making our stay wonderful!
