war ganz ok. Zimmer groß und geräumig, war aber schon alles etwas verwohnt. Haben das Hotel im Prinzip nur zum schlafen benutzt.Shuttle nach Disney war problemlos.

The room size was great for a family of four, the double beds comfortable, the queen pull out not so much. There were extra charges - parking they did tell about it prior to booking. Over all the hotel was a good value. The staff was friendly.

the motel was close to everything, motel help was very informative and knowledgeable of local area

Our room suited us, 2 adults and 2 kids under 11. Only down side was the bed size, it was a fraction too small for Mum and Dad!! Loved having 2 TVs, kitchenette was nice although we only used the microwave. The hotel amenities shop was AMAZING, the hotel's laundry was perfect for washing and drying socks and jocks. Our room was always clean, the bathroom […] was perfect size. The airconditioner worked well and the linen was comfortable. We liked having an iron and ironing board and the complimentary hairdryer also came in handy. The free newspaper kept us up to date, so too the plasma in the lobby with weather and times, etc displayed. Check in was easy, both concierge and desk staff were fabulous, loved the free hot cookie on arrival. The shuttle buses to the Disney Worlds were fine and somewhat easy to locate at the parks. The hotel is not in walking distance to Downtown or Parks but still in a nice location to watch Epcot fireworks and also to walk to a huge array of food outlets. The free WiFi in the lobby was fast and nice to have, pity you couldn't use it in your room. The taxi service they use is good but we did feel a little forced into 'round trips'. We caught cabs to Universal as the hotel didn't offer these. We had a lovely stay and would higly recommend this hotel to families who prefer not to pay the big bucks to be in a Disney Resort. Mehr

I was very impressed and please with service i received. Hector Santos one of the Front Desk Managers was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I would recommend highly.

hotel was a excellent choice. stsff were freindly snd willing to help. we requested extra towels and received amazing service, towels were brought to our room wihin less than 1 minute. breakfast was good. only snag we had to pay for it not included in total booking fee.

I loved everything about the hotel but the toilets are the new water saving type and when you flush the noise is very loud. It's so loud that when the room above me flushed at 7am every morning it was loud enough to wake me up.

The staff is very nice and cordial. Service is good Pool is good - could add more ammenities such as water slide Menu is limited but the food quality is good Coookies are amazing.

We had a nice room with a view of the restaurant roof. Most other rooms have a good or great view. Our biggest complaint was the surprise $10/day parking. It was the first time we have been charged for parking in Orlando. When I complained, I got assigned to the room with no view.

Convenient, great location, and great for large familes.

My husband and I were here by ourselves but will probably book this hotel again when we come back w/ the kids since it is a suite.

we took our niece to disney for her birthday. we stayed at the double tree and it was great. we have stayed before and it just perfect. the location awesome just hopped on a bus to downtown disney and to the theme park. Room was very clean. I would stay again for sure.

This hotel was okay, a bit run down, customer service was average. We stayed there thinking it would be great for our kids (ages 2 and 5); the bell hop was the friendliest to our kids - there was no kid check in when we went (Sunday, 4PM) - they were out of supplies. Cookies are good, but you can buy your own, and perhaps stay in a bit of a nicer place. […] Kiddie pool was not heated, so we just had them with us in the big pool. Hyatt Place on International Dr. was so much nicer (we stayed there last time). Will stay somewhere else next. Mehr

Hotel was clean, staff was very nice, but outdated for being on the "Disney" resort. Was very close to food and activities. Bed was not very comfortable at all. I've stayed at a much nicer Double Tree. Expected more. All in all for the price, it was a nice stay.

We loved it. only glitch was we thought we booked 2 bedroom suite with living room too, but it was a 2 room suite. 1 bedroom and 1 living room. It worked out just fine this time around. Great value for the money. The customer service was top notch!!

Double tree was excellent ! The customer service was friendly, location was perfect and the room was very roomy and very clean. The only thing that surprised me was the fee that was due up front that I was not aware of for any incidentals, other than that I would stay again:)

Couldn't have been more pleased. Never stayed in this area before... we will definitely stay here again. Shuttles were on time every half hour. Only stopped at the hotels right beside the Doubletree. Nothing out of the way. Nice 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney. Nice having the extra room in a suite. Clean, comfy bed. We will be back.

My fiancé and I took a short vacation this past weekend to Disney. We were very pleased by the pricing, the quality of service from the staff, the location and the ambiance overall! We'd recommend the doubletree to anyone and plan on revisiting in the near future!

This hotel was close to Disney. I only stayed one night, but would stay there again.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, we were treated like royalty! They have customer service down to a science! The shuttle to the parks was fantastic and such an added bonus! the rooms could use some updating but the staff was wonderful. It was my son's 5th birthday and when we arrived to our room after a long day at Disney, the staff had left balloons, cake & sodas for waiting for him!

I have stayed at a few of the hotels on HOTEL PLAZA BLVD and the quality of service never ceases to amaze me. The Double Tree was reasonably price with tons of fun for the kids!! I loved the arcade and pool. The shuttle service is spot on and you never have to use your car until you leave the area! The cookies alone at the hotel are good enough reason […] to book it!!! Mehr

I was not told in advance that there would be a $10/night charge for parking. I did not use the gated parking as I have a handicap parking placard but was charged over $30 anyway.

The hotel concept is wonderful, but the doors don't provide any privacy. We had gotten a two room suite thinking the kids could go to sleep while we organize things in the other room, but the light showed through and we had to be silent. If asking for two rooms, I would like two separate rooms with real privacy.

The people were really sensational. I mean from the valet parking folks to the restaurant staff. Everyone was extremely polite, smiles all around. The hotel was clean, the grounds well taken care of. The only negative was the room could have used a little remodel. All in all I would recommend staying here as the hotels has suites, very large spaces […] and is very accessible to the parks especially the Disney's. Mehr
