Clean... Comfortable ....you get your moneys worth..

The hotel was clean and comfortable (well besides the ridiculously loud air conditioner that shook the entire room when turning off/on). However, the staff was completely incompetent. We ordered a double room 2 weeks in advance. We were given a king room. Sorry but 4 people can't fit in a king size bed. So after finding out they had given all the double […] rooms away already (regardless of reservation) I requested a roll away. 4 hours later at 10:30 at night someone finally delivered the roll away (after a phone call was made to the front desk every 30 or 45 minutes). When I went down to the front desk to find out about the roll away there were about 8 people just standing there doing nothing. Awful management and lazy staff. Mehr

We came in town for a car event and needed a nice place that was fairly safe for all of us to leave our cars outside and not have to worry. Hotel staff was friendly and even upgraded our rooms for free. Rooms were clean, as well as the overall appearance of the entire hotel. We were a bit nervous when teenage prom students showed up in a party bus, […] but they wernt loud and we never heard a peep out of them. Would def. stay here again. Mehr

You did'nt have contential breakfast. We went downstairs for breakfast thinking it was contential breakfast and little did we know we would be charge 35.00.

Beds were comfortable but the door that separates the rooms is very thin. Therefore if you have inconsiderate neighbors as we did it can be very frustrating. Not problem with staff of cleanliness. I just wish the soundproofing was better.

The hotel was nice all around. The room was clean. It was a nice room, everything seemed to work. We weren't in the room much though, mainly just to sleep and get ready to go out. The only bad thing i can say is that when we got there at check in time, we had to wait about 20 minutes for our room, but they seemed busy so it wasn't that bad.

Good for proximity to Prometrix test center

Great pricing, location and comfort. I'll continue to stay there in the future.

Terrific can't wait to go back again. Thank you Marriott and Hotels.com this was the first time I have ever used Hotels.com and it won't be the last.

Returning north from Florida. It is a great place to stop and be out of the Atlanta morning traffic for the next day. The hotel is a bit dated but the rooms are clean and the staff available and helpful.

This hotel was a great price and perfect for my quick visit to Atlanta. Room service was excellent and the front desk staff was very friendly. The lobby has been renovated but the floors for the rooms need major work.

The Hotels.com room was next to the elevator but that was not a problem for me. The A/C wouldn't get cold enough for the comforter on the bed and no other blanket was available to substitute for it. It was a good deal for the price.

There were kids staying there and they kept me up until 2am.

My girlfriends and I stayed here while we were on vacation. It isn't as close to downtown as we would have liked, but we had a car so it wasn't an issue. There are TONS of food options really close to the hotel as well. The service was wonderful and everyone was so nice. It was worth the cheaper price. The hotel was really nice all in all. Loved the indoor/outdoor pool! Staff was awesome! Would not recommend the hotel restaurant though way to expensive and not that clean! They do have a nice bar and another restaurant there that's great!

The room was clean, asked for a small refrigerator and it took two calls to the front desk and well over an hour when they said no problem and it would be there in 5 minutes. Asked for a USA Today in the morning - but wasn't delivered. Otherwise a good basic room and clean comfortable room and beds.

Great hotel with a great location. Very comfortable and convenient to downtown and neighboring shopping areas. Only downsize was room didn't have microwave nor refrigerator

I was satisfied with the overall stay at the hotel. The only problem I had was, i was told that they would run my credit card for $120.00 for incidentals on the room, but when i reviewed my bank statment they actually ran it for $275.00 which held my funds up for 5 days. Not happy at all.

It wasn't a horrible experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the dryer was out of service. This caused problems that kept on giving on the remainder of my trip. There was also a drawing in one of the elevators that I found disturbing. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. As a last little bite to my experience.. I had 2 rooms reserved for a weekend trip for my family of 4 and another family of 3. The hotel was nice but in the middle of the night there were people coming in and out of the side door which would slam shut every time. Needless to say this kept me and my family up all night. The next day I brought it to the front desk clerks attention and the only […] response I got is "Thanks for letting us know". No I'm sorry, no can I offer you another room, no what can I do for your inconvenience...how inconsiderate of them! What ever you do don't stay in room 160 or any room that is close to a side door unless you're planning on being up all night. Mehr

The hotel itself is very nice - lobby was clean and modern, staff very friendly. The room as well was nice, though I felt it lacked the same charm as the lobby. Our particular room for this stay overlooked the roof/hvac system and was placed directly next to the elevators - not a deal breaker but again plays into the "feel" of the stay. Parking, however, […] was a nightmare. The lot is very spacious, but there's only one door into the hotel. So if there's no parking and you have to park in one of their distant lots - you also have to haul all your things to the hotel from that spot since there is only the one entrance. Overall a nice stay, and I'll more than likely stay here again for my next trip to Atlanta. Mehr

Nice location close to many restaurants and shopping. Clean rooms with nice decor. Beds could use some updating as the mattress was quite soft. Internet connection was terrible and would not stay connected for more than a few minutes. Overall nice hotel just upgrade those mattresses and internet and would be a 5 star!

Overall comfort, stay, and cleanliness was great. Just not located downtown. Only complaints are there is no fridge and microwave which became annoying. Otherwise good experience with a mall nearby.

Hotel was very close to to interstate for easy access, and areas of interest. This stay was for pleasure but will be staying there again when on business in area also. One thing I did find out is that when booking this thru Hotels.com that Marroitt rewards points are not given. It wasn't a problem this time but not happy with no cancellation policy […] as at times something arises that requires cancelations. Mehr

The hotel has the noisiest HVAC unit ever. It woke me up every time it cycled ALL NIGHT LONG. It was so loud that I could not hear the TV over it and had to crank the volume, only to be blasted when it shut down

After I booked the hotel I started reading some reviews that had me concerned. However the hotel was great. The staff was extremely helpful and patience (as I had forgotten one of my rooms was in my daughters name). but they searched until they found my second room.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Atlanta Marriott. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, the breakfast was fabulous. It was close to excellent restaurants, Cobb Convention center and the mall. We would stay there again.

Great hotel at a great price, hotel service met all of my expectations would consider coming back

Only negative I can think of was there was no "Do Not Disturb" sign in our room, so I made one out of paper. That evening when I returned the cleaning staff had swapped out my paper for a brand new "Do Not Disturb" sign. Other than that the stay was great.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at our hotel at a price that was very affordable. The hotel we chose was close enough to downtown so we could get to the sites, but far enough away for some piece and quiet. I will continue to use Hotels.com for future reservations.

I was very comfortable with my stay and while the location was not very convenient, if you don't mind the drive its a nice place.

Nice stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy. Do not like to get treated like a second rate citizen at check in just because I use hotel.com and get a great rate. Hotel would not have been worth the full amount.

Good clean room and mostly friendly service. But it is an old hotel. Hotel is not secure at night - side doors left open and no card required to use elevators. Continuing fire alarms at midnight gave our children a bad night. Only response at check-out was the alarm are for our safety.

It was a great place for the family and I, close to mall and restaurants.

I had a good time. Took my kids and they loved it. Would defiantly stay here again

I had to change rooms three times throughout the night because no heaters were working in the rooms and it was 13 degrees outside! Never returning!

This was a very nice hotel. I would use it again. The lobby was stylish and very modern. The staff was friendly, especially Ms. Katherine in housekeeping. She was very helpful, when I had additional questions and needed things for my room. The room was also very contemporary. The surrounding neighborhood was very nice. Locating the hotel became a little […] confusing because it is a winding circle. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the laundry room. It was outdated and stains running down the wall. Looked gross. The only reason I needed the laundry room was I needed to use a microwave and the only one I was directed to, was in the same small gross laundry room, sitting on a counter. I don't think the place you wash dirty clothes, should have a microwave in it. BUT, this is no reason, to NOT use this hotel, STILL VERY NICE and will use it again, when I return to ATL Mehr

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Overall it was good and very convenient. The customer service was great as was the large free parking area around the hotel. My only disappointment was the balcony that was advertised. It was to small to enjoy. You can open the door and step out, but that was all. If there was roon for a chair, you would not be able […] to see over the wall if you sat down. I kinda looked forward to the balcony. But again, overall, this hotel was great and I would recommend it to others and plan to stay there again. Mehr
