It's a great hotel in a desirable location on the Big Island. The price was reasonable. Delicious breakfast buffet everyday. Three relaxing pools with three hot tubs. Great access to the ocean and sporting activiites.

We stayed at the Marriott in mid-March and had a terrific experience. The property is the perfect size with all the right amenities. A considerable improvement over the Hilton next door, where we stayed last year and while we had a good time found the shear size of that property overwhelming. The Marriott had easy acccess to water activities (sea kyaking […] with turtles), a sand pool and slide for the kids. Even the breakfast buffet was reasonable (kids under 5 eat free). A great hotel. Hotel was great. Room was clean, well maintained & comfy. Pools were great. Clean heated saltwater with a fun waterslide. Staff was friendly, attentive & knowledgeable.

Great hotel to visit. This is a conference hotel design, trams and boats move you to your room. Can take up to 15-30 minutes to move from and to your room so leave extra time. You can walk but be prepared for 10-15 minute walk but you can enjoy beautiful art and views on property as you walk along. Bring your camera! Overall experience an 8-9. We loved this hotel. It's right on the beach and its location is perfect for day trips to many of the islands sights. We would stay here again in a heartbeat

If you stay here you probably aren't worried about price, but they tack on $25 "resort fee" to the quoted room rate--even if you don't use the beach, pool, etc.

The room's decor was better than expected. The location was remote in relation to any other businesses or restaurants, but most of all the hotel lacked a certain amount of energy by the pool and ocean that I have experienced at other Hawaiian resorts. There was not a Tiki bar poolside.

Marriott does it again! Beautiful sunset views, elegant pool and surroundings, excellent food, all within an equally exotic location among the lava fields. Within the first five hours, we took pictures with nesting turtles, pondered ancient Hawaiian petroglyphs, and viewed a stunning sunset.. I stayed at both the Hilton and the Marriott in Waikoloa. The Hilton is nicer, but you pay for the difference. The Marriott is closer to the shopping and restaurants and has a beach, the Hilton has several pools, but no real beach. The Marriott is a better value and they have happy hours, discounted drink specials in the afternoon.

Enjoyed our stay here after the long weekend. Nice pools close to the beach. Less busy and more relaxed than the neighboring Hilton. Pool open 24 hours a day, which is a double edged sword. Our balcony opened up to the ocean and the pool, some nights were loud with people in the pool. Pool bar/lounge was convenient, but expensive. We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott but the rooms are very small and we had lots of trouble with the internet service. The staff is very nice however and we would stay here again if the price is right.

Very pleasant big luxury hotel experience.

Our recent stay (late April, 2011) was very pleasant. The grounds are lovely with wonderful pool/spa areas. The restaurant and bar are both quite expensive, although that seems to be the case in the whole area. The hotel is located near numerous good restaurants and two small shopping areas, one of which has a nice grocery/prepared food store, so one […] can easily access places to eat and shop outside of the hotel. Staff was very accomodating and helpful. We visited the nearby Hilton, which has much fancier grounds and is much larger, but seemed harder to get around. I have been on Maui several times and prefer it to the Kona area of the Hawaii--- I would probably not return to this island. Mehr

great resort, but very overpriced pool is amazing, the beach is great and you will see turtles just standing there! we enjoyed the drinks and dinner as well and felt well catered for. the environment is great if you play golf or do not want to leave the hotel. also, it is close to the nicest beaches of the island. however, restaurant choices are limited […] (or at least limited to artificial villages built for the surrounding resorts). The hotel staff was very nice and courteous.

nice, modern, clean rooms. Nice beach and nice pool area. Snorkeling and sea turtle sighting great. Waikoloa area is windier than Kona but still nice. Food at hotel very expensive, but nice dining a short walk away.

beacjhwas great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Did seems inadequate staff. Breakfast got busy, the chef making eggs could do with some help. Rooms are a little small. Fine for a couple. Good snorkeling at the beach. Great pools.

The hotel is very clean, a bit dated but very clean, well maintained and comfortable. Staff was always helpful with a great attitude. I highly recommend it. The hotel is set back from the beach which gives it a spacious feel. When you are on the beach, you do not feel the hotel looming over you, and from the hotel you have a picturesque view past the pools and fish ponds to the fringe of palms along the beach. If you pay top dollar for an ocean front room, you may be slightly disappointed not to look down […] on the beach, however we liked the setup. Every ocean facing room has a view of the sunset from their balcony. The hotel restaurant is good and in September had deals every night that made the prices more reasonable. Similarly, the breakfast buffet was more reasonably priced. There are 2 malls within easy walking distance that have restaurants and a food court, so there are several nearby eating options. Mehr

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Waikoloa Beach Marriot. The hotel was beautiful - multiple pools, in front of a lovely beach, classy hotel and rooms. The restaurant was superb and affordable, and the setting was so romantic and beautiful. The location was excellent - next to the Waikoloa shops (supermarket is great!). Lovely room and very good staff. The pools are fantastic, my daughter loved the infinity edge as well as the fact the jacuzzis and pools are open 24/7. Beach and turtles were a short walk away.

We had to pay extra for Internet, parking and shoddy snorkel equipment that we couldn't use for a full day. A bed and breakfast we stayed at in Maui offered better amenities for the nightly rate, not all this nickel and dime nonsense. To add insult to injury, we had a mouse in our room one night and the fridge didn't work. Also, there wasn't enough […] shade at the pool but you could pay $50 to get a shade "tent". Mehr

Convient location to all major sites and right off the main highway. Enjoyed having the shops across the street. The pool and beach were great.

Moldy bathroom. Nicer hotel in vicinity for cheaper price. Hotel gave me hard time about redeeming a spa certificate (and did not honor the certificate) even though I called twice prior to booking to make sure it would not be a problem.

Not a bad place to stay but nothing spectacular. Pool area is average at best. We actually went to Hilton Waikoloa Hotel next door to spend entire day at their pool because no shade at Marriott and pool at Hilton is fabulous. Rooms were clean and fine but for price were a Best Western at high prices.

ショッピングセンター、ビーチとも歩いて行けて、施設も清潔で大きすぎず、スタッフの対応も洗練されていてとても満足でした。フロントで一泊と言ったら驚かれましたが、滞在してみて二泊以上すべきホテルと思いました。子どもは朝のやしの木の手入れ（職人さんが木登りして枝を剪定していた）が面白そうだと喜んでいました。

「オーシャンビュー・アーリー チェックイン (午後1 時)」のプランで予約して13時に到着したら、これは確約ではないと言われ、15時まで待たされ、再度フロントに行ったらまだ清掃中と言われ、結局部屋に入れたのは16時。おまけに部屋から海は見えないプールビューの部屋。ベランダに出たら遠くに海が見える程度で、朝食会場とプールの近くだったので常に人がいてうるさくて快適ではありませんでした。海が見える部屋に変えてもらうようにフロントに問い合わせましたが、部屋が空いてないと言われ、結局2泊プールビューの部屋でした。朝食会場のスタッフの接客も気持ちの良いものではなく、部屋も浴室も狭いのでお勧めできません。別途かかるリゾート料金25ドルも他のホテルに比べて高いと思います。前日に宿泊したハプナビーチプリンスホ […] テルの方が静かで部屋も浴室も広く、スタッフの接客も気持ちよいものでした。リゾート料金も15ドル程度でした。 Mehr

ホテルとしては快適で豪華です。プライベートビーチでシュノーケリングをしても全く魚を見ることが出来ない事くらいが気に入らないポイントです。

最悪。せっかくのバケーション ハワイ。このホテルだけは２度と行かない。あとからサインもしていない 請求書がホテルからある。突風の嵐。楽しめない。

１）チェックインする時にこれと説明書を渡され、これを払うことに同意しないとチェックインさせないといわれた。このチャージは当ホテルのポリシーでかとmandatoryとのこと。いやならほかのホテルに移ってもらってもかまわない、ただし取消料は発生するだろうとのことで、おどしに近かった。 このチャージの中身は、１）室内の高速インターネットへの無制限のアクセス、２）毎日のセルフパーキング、および３）ローカル、ハワイ島間、Toll　Free　Connecのt電話および米国本土およびカナダへの長距離電話を無料とすると書かれていた（英語で）。私は、こうもく１）及び３）のうちのローカル電話以外必要ないので選択できないのは不当と主張したが、このポリシーに同意してもらうしかないの一伊っ点張りでした。

ヒルトンとマリオットで悩みましたがマリオットで正解でした。歩いて1分？キングスのショッピングモールに行けるので何かと便利でした。また泊まりたいホテルです。

チェックインは　こちらのサイトからの予約でもあり　スムースにおこなわれました。その際に　日本語スタッフを紹介していただきましたが、この方が、大変　スマートな仕事ぶり。他のゲストの人達に対しても大変良い接客が印象的でした。 部屋は新しくはないと思うけど、清潔で過ごしやすかったです。ただベッドは自分にはソフト過ぎ。これは好みですが・ またプールも楽しめましたが、海や周りの散歩道の環境もよかったです。ショッピングアーケードも近く大変便が良かったです。奥にはスーパーマーケットもあり　こちらで飲み物を買えばリーズナブルにすみます。 朝はバイキングがついていましたが、かなりおいしかったです。。ルアウショーも見てみましたが、その日はあいにく風が強く、室内でのショーとなりました。見た印象ではやはりこういうの […] は屋外のほうがよいかと思われます。予約後チケットを受け取るときにキャンセルでます。 そうじて大満足の滞在でした。次回は1週間ぐらい行きたいと思っています。 Mehr

2008年に一度、2011年11月に二度目の滞在をしました。スタッフはみなさんフレンドリーでいいのですが、以前に比べ、少し室内は汚いとまではいいませんが、少し質が落ちたように感じました。 アップグレードされ、オーシャンフロントになり、景色は最高なのですが、室内の籐製のイスに小さな虫がたくさんいたり、お風呂場のバスタブにも、コーヒーメーカーのそばにもいました。バスタブには髪の毛も落ちていて、排水溝の流れも良くなかったです。 また朝食もあまりバリエーションがなく、一日で飽きてしまいました。 唯一良い点はレンタカーがないとどこも遠いビッグアイランドで徒歩圏内にモールがあることでしょうか・・・ ビーチも石が転がっていて、今度はフェアモントに泊まりたいです。

酒点周对面和隔壁有KINGS SHOP和QUEEN'S 两个商场,里面有吃的,不必吃酒店餐厅,还可以SHOPPING, 酒点沙滩人不多, 稍浮潜远些即有丛丛珊瑚和小鱼群, 还有海龟在沙滩边. 去火山和上天文台观星远了些, 最好住HILO那边的酒店比较近.

ホテルの部屋・プールサイド・レストラン・ロビー・ビーチと全てがのんびりできて、歩いていける距離にレストランが充実している。ワイコロアの気候も常に快晴で気持ち良いです。しかし気になる点がホテルの安全管理の点。一度朝方に火災報知器が鳴りました。しかし館内放送はなく、スタッフによる誘導もなし。15分ほどで警報が止まり、ホテル側からの説明が何もなく、宿泊者は「何があったのだろう・・・」という感じで部屋に戻って行きました。消防車が来なかったので、たぶん誤作動だったと思いますが、もし本当の火災だったら、と思うと。

30年を経たホテルであるが、きれいにメンテされており、快適。静かなリゾートホテルで落ち着く。ビーチが目の前で、自然のウミガメが連日訪れている。プールが広く整っている。キングス、クイーンズショッピングモールも徒歩で気軽にでかけることができ、食料品やみやげの買い出し、食事にも大変便利。ホテルでゆっくり過ごすことが主な目的であるならレンタカーも必要ない。必要な場合は、ハーツレンタカーのデスクがホテルにある。その隣の日本語サポートの女性も大変気が利き、良く対応してくださる。あえて難点をいうなら、有名なルアーショーが高価である、部屋がやや狭い、程度か。

全体的に満足の行く滞在でした。

ホテルのスタッフがとてもフレンドリーでおもてなしの心を\とても\感じました。朝食のワッフルが最高に美味しかった！近くに大きなマーケットがあり食事も十分に楽しめました。ここでなら１週間くらい居ても十分に満足できる\ホテルだと思います。ベットは日本人には少しやわらかすぎるかなぁと思います。ワイコロアでホテル滞在をする方にはとてもお勧めです。
