Hotel nicely located at around 20 minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya and 10 minutes by bus or metro. The rooms are very quiet and clean (we had a room overlooking a courtyard) but the bedding is not that confortable. Receptionists are helpful and smiling. I would recommend that hotel for a short stay in Barcelona

Hotel was a short walk from the train station and close to a metro station. The hotel staff were helpful and efficient. The room was very comfortable and clean. There were many good restaurants in the immediate area. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and pleasant.

Couldn't really fault the location or standard of the hotel, and it was a real bargain. Rooms not huge but more than adequate. We really liked the neighbourhood, felt very safe, handy for the metro and only about 10-15 minutes to walk to Las Ramblas etc. Big disappointment for me was arriving with a suitcase full of crushed clothes, asking to borrow […] an iron only to be told that they didn't have one and only offered a laundry service (expensive). First hotel I've ever been to that didn't have an iron already in the room or which could loan one. However, full marks to the receptionist as when i said I would go out to buy one, she gave me directions to a local shop and even called then to check opening hours and that they had a suitable item. Pack your own travel iron if you're going, but I will definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again myself when I return to lovely Barcelona. Mehr

Friendly, helpful staff. Central location. Got two twin beds although booked a double bed. Insufficient ventilation in the room. There should have been some sort of ventilation even if it didn't make sense to keep the heating or air-conditioning on. If it weren't for these two points it would've been an excellent stay.

Hotel was an excellent choice for us. Room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Elevator for upper floors. Breakfast buffet was available for a fee. Free Wi-fi in the lobby area. Train station was 4 blocks away. Grocery stores nearby for wine, cheese and bread.

Our 2 rooms were clean, spacious well air-conditioned AND affordable. It was a short 2 to 3 block walk from the metor station - hotel staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet while not included in our room cost did proved to be a great value and a good way to start our day of sight seeing. Location is good, not too far from the center of Barcelona. But close to all the city attractions such as the Plaza de Catalunya. Good varied breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff.

This hotel is located about a 30-40 minute walk from the major tourist attractions. There is public transportation available, but we did not figure it out, as we prefer to walk. We enjoyed being able to eat breakfast in a non-tourist area. The reception desk is friendly. The only problem with the hotel for me was the lack of sufficient lighting in […] the bedroom. It was hard to find things,when it was dark outside and the desk did not have sufficient light. Of the lighting provided in the bedroom, 2 lights were useless--they just pointed down on the end tables by the bed and the light could not be redirected. Mehr

Had such a great stay in Barcelona. The hotel isn't right in the centre but is in a 'real' neighbourhood, not touristy. Most people didn't speak much English (they did in the hotel) but not an issue at all, we made ourselves understood! Lots of lovely local bars and restaurants in the area. Didn't realise this is just on the edge of the gay district, […] not that this was an issue but might be useful for gay travellers to know. We went to a few friedly low key gay bars a few roads away, Berro was a firm favourite for cheap beer and great tapas as well as good service with a smile. A bit of a walk to the major sites but a stones throw from Hospital Clinic and Urgell metro stations. We generally walked everywhere though as it's such a lovely city to wander about in. Mehr

Prompt check-in with good English speaking reception staff. Room was pleasant, a decent size (have stayed in much smaller) and was very quiet, we didn't hear any noise. Our room overlooked other flats and tennis courts so not a great view but we spent very little time in the room. Wonderful, comfy pillows! Mini bar/fridge available in the room and not […] too badly priced. Breakfast was worth the cost with a good choice of food available, definitely worth checking it out.Secure safe available in the room. Nh Master is about a 15-20 minute walk to Passeig de Gracia then another 10 mins to Las Ramblas but a very pleasant walk and easy to catch the Metro at Urgell which is a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely stay here again even though it is a bit further out from the centre, I was pleased I hadn't booked a hotel on Las Ramblas as that was so busy and noisy. Mehr

We stayed at the NH Master, Barcelona for a weekend (5th -7th Nov) and we were very impressed. Check in was quick and painless, there's a lovely little restaurant next round the corner where we ate on our first night. The next day we were off exploring and couldn't believe how close the hotel was to the main centre (Rambla), the port, the main shopping […] areas, Sagrada Familla, we walked everywhere! The hotel had an amazing breakfast, chocolate buttons!! We were very impressed bythe cleanliness of the rooms (trust me I am very fussy!!) The staff were friendly, polite and had great customer service, even being firm with a couple of people who tried to push in front of us when we were trying to check out! Definitely a great place to stay. We would definitely stay here again - absolutely Mehr

Hotel situé à 15 min à pied du Passeig de Gracia, à 10 min à pied de la Gran Via de los Corts Catalanes (métro URGELL), 15 min de la Plaça Catalunya et 15 min de la Plaça Espanya. Emplacement très pratique : en arrivant de l'aéroport prendre l'AEROBUS (5,65€/pers.) et descendre à URGELL puis marcher 10 min en remontant la Carrer del Comte d'Urgell. […] Personnel très sympathique, chambre propre, journaux gratuits. Petit dej à l’hôtel trop cher, il y a pleins de cafés aux angles des rues (on recommande le café BRACAFE sur la Carrer Comte Urgell,ça nous coutait 9 euros par jour pour 2 : jus d'orange naturels x2, café, thé, croissants x2). Pleins de cafés et resto sympa aux alentours de l’hôtel (Café Latéral, Ubeda Gin Tapas, etc.) Mehr

Hotell med bra standard nära flygbuss och tunnelbana. Överträffade våra förväntningar. Ett minus att trådlöst nätverk på rummen kostar extra. Återvänder gärna.

O hotel é ótimo, nos surpreendemos com sua qualidade! O único problema é que sua localizacao nao era a ideal, mas é possivel fazer tudo a pe.

Fräscht hotell i centrala Barcelona. En lagom promenad från Placa Catalunya och Ramblan. Lungt läge. Moderna rum.

Alla tillgängliga tummar upp för detta hotell! Om världsklass är vad man söker så får man lägga till en extra nolla eller två efter prisklassen på detta hotell. Väldigt god frukostbuffé och väldigt trevlig personal. Med långsam promenadtakt tar det 20 minuter att gå raka vägen till shoppinggatan La Rambla där man hittar många av de största modehusen […] i världen. Samma gångtid gäller söderut för att ta sig till hamnen och många andra shoppingkvarter. Dessutom fanns det flera mindre och billiga affärer (bl.a. kläder, smycken) kring hotellets egna kvarter. Området var med andra ord en perfekt utgångspunkt för att uppleva Barcelona! Mehr

Fint hotell med bra standard og comfort. Frokost var ikke med i tilbudet (vær obs på dette)! Hotellet ligger litt utenfor sentrumskjernen, ca 20 min fra Placa Catalunia, eller par min til metrostoppet Urgell. Anbefales!

Varasimme hotellin ilman että oli mitään käsitystä paikasta. Onnistuimme täydellisesti! Lähdimme lentokentältä busilla, jonka päätepysäkki on Place De Catalynialla. Matkalla huomasimme että kun jää pois Place De Espanyolilta seuraavalla pysäkillä on hotellille kävelymatka. Kävelymatkaa kertyi viisi korttelia, eli aivan sopivasti (2 aikuista ja yksi […] 10 vuotias lapsi sekä kolme matkalaukkua). Hotellilla meitä odotti ystävällinen henkilökunta, joka puhui erinomaista englanti. Huone oli kohtuullisen kokoinen ja erittäin siisti. Huoneessa on myös tallelokero. Huoneemme oli sisäpihanpuolella, joten erittäin rauhallinen. Huoneiden seinät olivat erittäin ohuet, joten naapurihuoneen pikku Marian leikit kuuluivat hyvin meillekin. Paikkana Eixample oli hyvä, koska Ramblan metelistä ei ollut tietoakaan. Samasta korttelista pääsi bussilla suoraan Barceloneettaan rannalla. Myös Hospital Clinicin metroasema oli vieressa. Paikaillisia ravintoloita oli alueella ruokailijoille riittävästi. Hotellin aamiainen oli erittäin runsas ja monipuolinen. Kaikin puolin suositeltava hotelli. Mehr

The hotel was very nice, I really have nothing to complain about, except maybe the annoyingly squeaking bathroom door :) There are stairs at the hotel entrance and no elevator which was also a little problem for us coz we had a stroller with a heavy baby in it. We lived on the 3rd floor and were rarely disturbed by noise from the outside, although the […] rooms aren't that soundproof and one can here in the hallway how people talk in their rooms The room was cleaned and sheets changed every day, breakfast was perfect for those who eat lots of sugar in the morning (not me). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel was convenient with some 5 min walking from the nearest metro station and basically walking distance to major attractions. Mehr

bon hôtel, personnel sympa, mais l'isolation entre les chambres n'est pas bonne.... il faut espérer avoir des voisins de chambre silencieux.

L’hôtel est bien situé, avec un accueil agréable, le petit déjeuner est bien fourni et le personnel est très accueillant Mon seul problème, et non le moindre, est la chambre qui était trop petite, on avait à peine un petit espace pour circuler. Il y a une très mauvaise insonorisation, on entendait tout ce qui se passait au couloir, et dès 8h du matin […] on était reveillé par le bruit du couloir. Le lit est trop petit, il doit faire 140cm de largeur, et le matelas n'est pas du tout confortable ! Tout ça nous a un peu gâché notre séjour à Barcelone !!! Mehr

Hotel au bon rapport qualité prix. Service de qualité par un personnel sympa et polyglotte. Chambre au confort suffisant mais à l'isolation phonique inexistante. Le pc internet disponible est capricieux bien que payant. Wifi gratuit disponible dans le lobby.

The hotel is near Sants Estacio and Urgell metro station. The hotel facility is good and clean.

Allt var toppen, rent i rummen och en trevlig personal mötte mig. Det enda som jag saknade var ett fönster mot gatan, nu såg jag bara till grannarnas rum.

Nice breakfast, good location (15 minutes walk from city centre) and good service.

Hotel de bom padrão, localizado em bairro residencial, há algumas quadras (possível caminhar), da parça da Catalunya. Quarto de tamanho adequado e bom banheiro. Staff muito gentil, fornecendo as informações solicitadas. Restaurantes e pastelarias próximos.

Rent och snyggt, bra läge, god frukostbuffé och trevlig personal. Lite lyhört och kuddarna var inte de bästa

Ett helt OK boende för en weekend, vi nyttjade hotellet endast för nätterna då vi övrig tid vandrade runt i Barcelona.

Hotellet ligger i et rigtig godt område med hyggelige små barer og frokoststeder, selvom det tager lidt tid på gå ben ind til Pl. Catalunja. Vi vil ikke vælge dette hotel igen, da der var for meget larm fra gangen med folk der smækkede med døre og så er der ekstrem lydt fra de tilstødende værelser og gang. todo perfecto,pero no me parece bien el cobro que se hace por internet en las habitaciones,aparte de excesivamente caro,conexion lenta. Me he quedado en otros hoteles en bcn incluso de menor categoria y el servicio es gratutito...una pena

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Hotel nuovo e pulito camere spaziose. Il ristorante dell'albergo propone un ottimo menù della settimana con buona scelta a prezzi ottimi. Poichè la sera è chiuso consigliamo un ottimo ristorante dietro l'angolo dove poter gustare un'ottima paella a prezzi contenuti. La metro dista non più di 5 minuti a piedi. Lo consigli […] amo. Mehr

Los dos chicos de la recepción muy poco amables. Uno de ellos no le quiso explicar a mi marido cómo funcionaba Internet en la recepción del hotel, alegando que ya me lo había explicado a mi (que no me encontraba ahi en ese momento). El otro chico se negó a tomarle el recado telefonico a una amiga que me llamó al hotel. Las dos chicas que estaban al […] dia siquiente, sin embargo, sumamente amables y atentas. Mehr

Buon albergo situato in bella zona, vicino al centro 5 minuti dalla metro Linea Rossa. Ho preferito fare la colazione fuori dall'albergo ci sono delle panetterie pasticcerie che servono anche caffe al tavolo che sono buonissimi e meno caro dell'albergo.
