Die Familiensuite hatte 2 große Zimmer: ein Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten und ein Zimmer mit einen Schlafsofa. Die Räume waren wunderschön und stilvoll eingerichtet und es gab einen großen Außenpool mit Whirlpool. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Zwar ausserhalb von Sacramento, dafür alles drin (Jacuzzi, Pool + Morgenessen) dazu ein grosses und schönes Hotelzimmer.

I thought the staff was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely come back to this hotel since the people seem to really care about their guests experience! The pool and grounds were well kept.

What a great hotel. All the staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet with cook to order was awesome. I will be staying here more often!!

It was the most comfy bed I think I have ever slept on Staff was friendly.

The hotel is very close to the freeway and is easily accessible in the Rancho Cordova area. I did not see a menu for room service though the hotel offered names of restaurants in the area that delivered food to the room. I found a very good Persian restaurant and a Mexican restaurant about a mile from the hotel.

The hotel is great, perfect location to our baseball tournaments at Mather. We all love the breakfast. We had an early call at the field and came down to breakfast 15 min early and we were able to dig in to the cereals, muffins, juice, fruit, some hot food was just set out... the staff wasn't rigid and let us get a bite to eat before we left. We had […] a barbque one evening and the staff again was very helpful. Our boys from the team were polite champs and made sure they were appropriate in the public areas so the staff was kind and helpful to us. Thank you! Mehr

I stayed here with my girlfriend and we were both surprised how beautiful the place was. Free breakfast was awesome because they cook omelet, sausage, or bacon for you. I am definitely staying at this hotel again. This place is amazing.

The best hotel in sac. Bed was sooooo comfortable and the breakfast was to die for. Will stay there everytime we are in sac.

We really enjoy our cozy suite/room. The room decor was modern contemporary and very clean. Enjoyed our breakfast every morning. Freshand ready to prepare - Omelets at your disposal! Overall we had a relaxing stay at Hyatt Hotel. we will be back!

Where to begin, at check in I was charged an incidential fee that 2 weeks later has yet to be returned to my card. And you won't believe all the lies and different stories I was told concerning the return of my incidential fee for a hotel that does not have a wet bar nor did they provide the robes that they said were available to guests in their rooms, […] so I still can not figure out why an incidential fee was charged for my stay but not a friend of mine that recommended the hotel to me. I mean everyone including my 87 year old grandmother has a cellphone so I know it wasn't for phone charges. First I was told that they would decline the authorization and send notice to my bank when I checked out, then I was told when I checked out that the fee would fall off two to five days, (I work for a bank so I know that could be true), five days later I was told that only a manager could remove the fee and of course he was never there when I called, days later I was told only the accounting department could return the fee and they were only available Mon-Fri 9am-2pm. My bank of course said the hotel has yet to release the authorization (which they could hold for 14 days not the five that I was told by the hotel) and to call the hotel back to have them send over the notice of authorization and the fees would be returned immediately. If only I can get someone there to do this. Now to the room, the door to our room and only our room slammed when one entered or exited. When I notified the front desk of this they claimed all the doors slammed. Come on son for real, that was not true because the room next door and across the hall did not slam when those guests left their rooms. That was lie number two. We asked for extra towels because we wanted to stay in for the weekend after our event which never came I had to ask the maid for some who happened to be in the hall. I have stayed at the Hyatt Rancho Cordova many times and will continue to anytime that I am in the Sacramento area. Just as long as the high standards are maintained.

We needed a place to stay because my wife doesn't get along with my sister's five dogs. This was close by, all the rooms are suites, has a great breakfast buffet, wireless internet, free copy of WSJ and USA Today, fitness center and beautiful pool and spa. It is basically everything you would want at a great price. The neighborhood has a few transients […] wandering around, but the parking lot is gated and locked after 9 PM. The breakfast is cooked to order and buffet -- it reminds me of the buffet breakfast you get on a cruise ship. We definitely plan to stay at hotel Sierra in the future. Mehr

Very good value for $. Upgraded to suite for free, good breakfast options, nice staff.

Since we had three people (one couple with adult daughter) this room worked perfectly. There was a separate living room with sofa bed. The room(s) were large and comfortable and very clean. Everything was very, very nice!

We stay here anytime we are going to be in the area. The rooms are spacious with separate bedroom and lounge area. Great complimentary breakfast. Has been purchased by Hyatt and were told the name will be changed.

We have stayed here a few times with our son for his baseball tournaments. They have a great staff! Great rooms and a awesome breakfast.

I have two married children who live in the Sacramento area, so have been there often. This is by far the best room we have ever had, and for the best price. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. This hotel had good reviews, and prices so low it made me question how good it really could be. Turns out it was a very nice hotel. Not the newest or most glamorous, but more than I expected. We booked a King and it turned out to be a nice, large, two room suite. The "continental" breakfast was typical, except for the fact that you could place custom […] orders and have the chef make you (almost) whatever you want. Perfect for my little guy who has a myriad of food allergies. Definitely a 5 rating on that service. I would specifically look for availability at this hotel on my next trip. FABULOUS!!! Was floored by how beautiful the room was or should I say, "suite"! Beautifully decorated, lush bedding and the breakfast was incredible! Incredible deal and much more pleased than if we had spent double somewhere else! Highly Recommend!

Very very nice place. Room has a clock radio that doubles as a noise machine, which helped drown out the freeway noise. Fridge and microwave very handy. Pillows were divine! Going through a change of ownership, hopefully they won't change a thing.

Great hotel with all suite rooms. I loved how modern and comfortable they were. Came in just for an overnight stay in prep for a Regatta but wished we could have enjoyed the facilities more - It felt as if we were staying in a boutique hotel but was so surprised at the wonderful price. We'll be back!

Bed was comfortable, made to order breakfast bar was great. Requested extra towels and they were delivered within a short time. Would stay again.

We stayed hear for a local baseball tournament and was very happy with the hotel. Nice pool and weight room. My only complaint would be that there is no food service for lunch. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful and plentiful.

My wife and I paid for a standard room and merely requested a quiet room away from the highway. The room they gave us turned out to be a corner suite that was probably the quietest in the whole hotel, and easily the quietest room I've ever stayed in! Second time I have stayed here. Both times were great. Excellent cook to order breakfast that was included.

I was VERY impressed with my whole experience. The room was beautiful and spacious. Very clean. And very reasonably priced!!!! I travel to Folsom quite often and I will stay there every time now. :)

The hotel was above our expectations! Clean, comfortable and quiet. The food was exceptional for the price and we will stay with them again!

Not good, human feces all over the bathroom and walls when first getting there, got changed to a decent room, still felt dirty. Breakfast was good,

This is a very nice looking hotel inside and out. You can feel that it's older but that they did remodel and upkeep is ongoing. The spa is a bit small but the pool area is very nice with agood sized pool, BBQ and lots of seating with chairs and loungers. The breakfast is yummy with an actual cook. The Sierra Rancho was upgraded and my room/suite was beautiful ( bath a litte old ). The breakfast was fantastic.......

Could not ask for more. Clean, relaxing, comfortable, modern, great pool, jacuzzi and patio right off the indoor bar/restaurant. Staff were great. We will find a reason to go back.
